《I'm your kid too, father》Lucien

we are back at the nasty ass club
dear grandmother is sitting shackled on a chair
Elijah looks dead scary playing with a knife
"Let me guess-- you brought me back from the dead to torture me"
Elijah rolls his eyes
"My dear mother, we simply need your blood. Though, in the even that you should suffer horribly, I can't promise i won't enjoy it immensely"
I hum "I like this side of you, Elijah"
Klaus arrives joining us
he sits by me "Ah, mother, I've arrived just in time for another one of your deaths. Maybe we will have Sam do it as he is the only one who hasn't. But as much as I appreciate the front-row seat, I'm afraid I'm going to have to postpone the festivities"
Elijah growls "You're in excellent spirits"
"Lucky for you, as I'm the one needed to save the day" Klaus smirks
"Is that what it's called?"
"Why not? My plan's worked perfectly"
Elijah lunges for him
"CAN YOU TWO NOT FOR TWO SECONDS" I yell "Who is the seven year old here? Me or the two of you? Jesus can you not wait till after Dahlia's dead to have one of your death matches?"
they both blink at me
"Fair enough" Elijah grumbles
Klaus looks at me amused "and what did you have in mind?"
"Mind games" I shrug "Everyone has a weakness; Dahlia's is so obvious grandmother"
Ester rolls her eyes "Ah, yes. You expect me to walk willingly to my death"
"Your willing participation would be a bonus" Klaus grins "But it's far from necessary. If needs be, I'll drag you there myself"
I poke Klaus
he looks at me
"Could you take this off" I ask holding up my arm "Please"
Klaus takes my arm in his hands and slips the bracelet off my wrist

oh thank fucking god
Rebekah walks in the room
"Yes, dear mother, you do not have a choice. Then again, why should you be any different from the rest of us? We're all dancing puppets in Nik's end-of-days marionette show. He forces every move we make"
"And how long are you gonna stand there and pretend you don't need me to? The both of you have fought me at every turn, leaving me no choice but to act alone! We're no strangers to disagreements on the battlefield, but we also have a very long history of doing whatever it takes to win the war"
Elijah stand hitting the table "And what of Gia?" he walks forward "Hayley?"
okay
"Collateral damage"
Elijah jumps over the table and punches him
"You claim your actions are part of some ruse-- this was a punishment"
"Punishment? Whatever for? Perhaps the dagger you put in my heart"
Elijah's gonna start shouting now
"You brought that upon yourself! No, we have fought together for centuries, and once again, to break your enemy, you broke your family" Damn "Well, now this-- whatever the outcome tonight, you will no longer see me by your side. You want to be alone? Well, congratulations. You have your wish"
Elijah grabs Ester
"Come, Mother"
----------------------------------------------------------------------------
they left me here with Hope and Cami
about an hour later I hear them walk into the dinning room
I was going to go in but Rebekah and him we're arguing then she leaves
"Did she die? What happened?" I ask walking in the room where some human is bleeding on the carpet
that's an expensive carpet
taking the humans hand I put it above a bowl
Klaus is staring at me "Why did you do that"
"The carpet is nice and expensive" I tell "There's no need to ruin yet another carpet. So, is she dead and where is Ester?"

"Both dead" he whispers "Why are you so comfortable around dead bodies"
I shrug "I don't remember not being comfortable around them. It's just a dead body. People die all the time" then I revert my eyes to leave
"Where are you going"
my eyes dart to him "why do you care"
his eyes fall "I'm your father"
"wow" I snap "Hell must have just frozen" then I leave

Hayley is still a dog in the bayou which is still funny
the rest of them keep trying to talk to me and I just can't
I'm eight years old now...they lost their chance
Klaus tries to corner me to make me talk to him. Honestly, it's getting hard to dodge him. He didn't want me then so now he doesn't get me.
Elijah tries to ask me about the books I'm reading because he wants to get to know me. Apparently we like the same kind of books but there's nothing to fix because we don't know each other.
The relief is that Rebekah is not here to do anything. Although I doubt she would be trying anything
Freya's cool though, she's been teaching me magic and I'm pretty good.
so far Hope doesn't have magic but I think she will soon
Klaus is leaving
"Where are you going" I ask
he stops and looks at me "My art gallery"
"Can I come?" I question "I'm tired of being in this house?"
"sure" he smiles really big "Just stay close to me"
about thirty minutes later we're there
"It's a derivative fiasco-- little atmosphere, less technique. It's nothing more than a self-congratulatory ego trip"
a smile breaks out on my face
"I wouldn't expect you to host an art show without compelling the critics to speak your praise" a guy with brow hair and brown eyes says behind Klaus and I
"And I wouldn't expect an uncultured savage to crash such a formal affair"
oh he knows this vampire
"Yeah, not my usual scene"
the critic has moved on
"Though, that mouthy blood bag does have a point. Your work is derivative--"
"Oh" apparently this guy amuses Klaus
"Of Degas, I'd say. Although, I happen to know that you compelled Degas to mentor you. I always thought this work improved after your influence"
My hands go up "What is going on right now?"
the guy finally looks at me
Klaus sighs "Lucien this is my son Samael. Samael this is my first turned vampire Lucien"
"Son" this Lucien smiles "Never pictured you for a father type"
"Me or you both" I smirk "I'm thirsty"
he chuckles at me "I am quite parched as well"
so here we are in a booth where these two are reminiscing about the past
"Oh, Kol! Kol was a bloody loon! I love it"
Klaus laughs loudly
"But Finn! Oh, Finn-- Finn was fine...as long as you didn't have to speak to him"
"Have you spoken to her" Klaus asks
"Who's her?" I ask "Do you have some shade on Klaus?"
Lucien smirks at me "Aurora was your father's first love. We parted centuries ago"
wonder what Cami would think of this?
oh speaking of Cami she walks in the club
Klaus claps Lucien on the shoulder "Please, excuse me, there's someone I need to speak to"
he goes to walk away
"Anyone tasty" Lucien asks
Klaus smirks back but then looks at me "Stay here and behave"
my eyes roll and I turn to Lucien
"tell me some of Klaus's dark deep secrets"
"Oh, we are going to get along great, little Mikaelson"
"Samael" I give "I was thinking the same thing"

The devil's got my number
Dalton was always a nice place. Always had been. When that new couple moved here, we were all ecstatic. They were wealthy, but not arrogant, always willing to help out their neighbors. All around the perfect kind of migrant. They brought a child with them. Jacob. He was beautiful, just like his parents. He had his mother's beautiful hair, and his father's beautiful eyes. But he was different. He wasn't social, or nice, like his parents. He mainly kept to himself. Until one day he didn't. Strange tales, of the boy running around the neighborhood at night started to pop up. Of sacrificing children and dark rituals. The average person dismissed it as just that, rumors. But those of us that had seen the boy, knew the truth. His eyes were no longer the deep, vibrant color of his father. They were the green of rot, his skin the color of a corpse. The devil had taken the boy, and, like a disease, he was spreading his curse.

Earth Ravaged: The Alliance Chronicles Book 1
Originally published on Amazon in 2013, now published here as a serial for the free enjoyment of all. Book 3 to come later this year. This one could also stand a complete re-write with the knowledge and skill I've developed in the interim, and I may do so once I have pushed out chapters for the third book in the series. In the not too distant future, a group of seven people will set out on a mission of exploration to a nearby star system. Their destination is the Tau Ceti system, one of ten planned destinations as part of a new privately-funded space programme, involving many countries across the Earth. However, old problems still exist, and while they make their successful launch, they have no idea what begins to take place at home, what they will face on their journey, and who decides to pay Earth a visit while they are gone.

[Archive] Legend of the Nameless Hero
A WhiteSamurai original Web Novel There are always the mysterious tales of heroes, those who fight against the Demons, who fight for justice and those who head mighty quests against tyranny. Heroes that are born to destiny, Heroes that are forged through tragedy, and Heroes that are brought to the world in times of great peril and strife. Not all true Heroes are wanted or beloved, but all life understands, that throughout all time and space, for those who truly stand as Heroes, they never need to be called one. The sands of time are the only true judge for those who journey upon the true path, the only one they will ever need. This is the tale, no, the Legend, the Legend of the one who throughout all time, would forever be, the First Hero. This is Their story, a story of true hardship, of a sorrow greater than any other that would stand as a symbol of inspiration no matter the test of time. A tale of darkness, a true curse, an impending evil hidden beyond the horizons that threatened the very future of existence. This is the tale, of one of the few great figures, who, in the face of true evil, continued to stand. . . . _______________________________________________________________ :Disclaimer: _______________________________________________________________ . . . All Chapters are subject to sudden revision, scrapping, or complete removal from the canonical storyline. The author of "Legend of the Nameless Hero" uses RoyalRoad as a method of experimentation with genre's and writing styles for Fantasy-style works for the sake of eventual publication. The end result isn't to release perfect chapters on RoyalRoadl, but eventually develop the story as intended using the best material to produce the highest quality work. The best mentality when reading works from WhiteSamurai is to see it as the ability to read and review pre-release transcripts or "Rough Copies" before publication. Viewer discretion and maturity are both requested and required. . . . _______________________________________________________________ :About: _______________________________________________________________ . . . This story follows direct character point of views along with an intentional third person narrative to explain to the readers what the characters won't. (I don't use my characters to go give extensive explanations for every last thing like EVERYTHING DOES) This tale shall encompass the life of the Hero from the moment she is summoned into the Kingdom of Kremor, to the Legendary Final Clash. This isn't your run of the mill hack and slash raise an army and conquer, I don't follow that bandwagon. Real life holds politics, intrigue, economics, structure, populations, civil opinions, history, psychology, heart, suffering, wonder, advancement, curiosity, ambition, and so many more things that would lead to me hitting some character limit. I refuse to take the same route that others use by simply ignoring these factors, my worlds, my stories, are as real as they get. There's no plot armor here, if someone screws up, they've screwed up and there's no magical sword in a well for them. I write in 'Seasons' not 'Books' as many often do, these are generally, not always, hundreds of chapters long, though as I have yet to finish a season, the average length is in the air. I go by an ideal of what I call 'Universal Lore' which includes the policy that things that exist within the story don't follow the rule where the Protagonist needs to be there so that it will happen. There will be some things that will happen, and the hero, and sometimes the reader, won't know happened until they enter a place, or news gets to them. A person needs to be in the right place at the right time, I hate plot holes and meta characters above all else... For my works, comments are practically demanded as reactions, thoughts, and various viewpoints are like sweet fuel to my writing spirit. Reviews are highly accepted and appreciated, BUT ONLY IF THEY ARE EDUCATED AND THOROUGHLY EXPLAINED. Those that throw down a low rating ARE HIGHLY REQUESTED to extensively detail and explain their viewpoints on the work. They should also be willing to come back to the work at a later date if messaged by the Author, Me, due to issues they mentioned being taken care of. I'm never against scrapping a chapter or rewriting several paragraphs if there are character or story discrepancies. I want the highest quality work possible, and every comment, every review, are tools for me to use to further that goal. . . . Enjoy the work. ~White Status: (Ongoing)
