Everyone was sitting in the living room. Klaus was working on a sketch he wouldn't let Natalie see and Kol was sitting there board. Natalie was laying in Klaus lap reading a book she brought. So far it was okay. Elijah was in the room where Esther was last night.

When a door opens and Kol speaks. "Well, well, well, there's our girl."

Rebekah walks in. "Get out of my way, Kol."

"Out all night. What a scandal. I'm sure you had a good time with Daniel."

"If you don't shut your mouth the next thing to come out of it will be your teeth." She threatens

Klaus smiles.

She pushes Kol out the way. "Don't start Nik."

He holds in his laugh. "I didn't say anything."

"Don't worry bekah, Kol just mad because you had a good night and he didn't. He still pissed off about Damon." Natalie says

Kol rolls his eyes. "I'm bored. Our sister is having a good time. I need entertainment."

Klaus looks at him. "What are you waiting for? Go on. Have at it. You were just reunited with your lover."

"Valerie is doing something. So join me, Nik."

Klaus looks up and goes back to his sketch.

"It's the least you could do after sticking a dagger in my heart."

He sets his sketch book on the table. "Ok. Why not? I can make it up all the times I treated you bad."

"Yes, please Go. This house has enough men rolling around in it."

He points a her. "Just like you, bekah."

Rebekah throws a shoe at him. "Good riddance both of you."

Elijah walks in with burnt sage in his hand. "Rebekah."

"Not you, too, Elijah." She sighs

He holds the Sage in his hand. "I'm worried about mother. Have you not noticed her strange behavior?"

He walks over to her.

"She's been dead for a thousand years. What's strange for her?"

Natalie speaks up from behind her book. "I would listen to Elijah she's up to something."

"Burned sage. She was doing a privacy spell." He says

"You know she fancies such things. Why don't you ask Finn? He been doting on her."

"I don't trust Finn. He hates what we are. He always has." Elijah says

"That's not true. As for mother she returned for one reason, to make her family whole. She loves us. What trouble are looking to find?" Rebekah says

"Lie. She came here to kill you. Me as well, she linked me with you all."

Rebekah leaves the room. Natalie gets up and closes her book. "She's killing us Elijah. She thinks she's fixing the mistake she made. She thinks I'm not supposed to be here. Get the Salvatores to help. I'm going to the grill."

He nods and kisses her forehead. "Be careful."

"You too."

She gets out the car and walks inside the grill. She walks up to where Kol and Klaus are sitting.

She grabs Klaus drink and drinks it.

"Well hello to you love."

"You know today has been eventful. Come to find out Elena had my blood on stand by and willingly gave it to Esther. Now your mother is trying to kill us and Bonnie has to help: I wonder if she knows what Elena did."

She flags the bartender down for a drink. "Something strong please."

The bartender makes the drink and hands it to her. She takes it and drowns it slamming the glass on the bar.

"I'm going to the restroom."

They both nod. She walks to the bathroom and about to open the door when she feels pain in her chest. She looks down to see a dagger in her heart.

She looks up to Damon and fall into his arms. Damon carries her outside and puts her on the ground.

Klaus comes and pulls the dagger out of Natalie. He pushes both Stefan and Alaric back. He looks at Damon.

"I should have killed you months ago." Klaus says angry.

"Do it. That's not gonna stop Esther from killing you." Damon says smugly.

Kol comes out and sees Natalie in the ground coming back to life. She tries to sit up groaning in pain.

"What did you say about my mother?" Klaus whispers.

"You didn't know I was friends with your mummy? Yeah, we have a lot in common. She hates you as much as I do." Damon says.

Elijah speaks up. "Leave him! We still need him Niklaus."

"What did mother do? What did she do Elijah?" Klaus asks.

Elijah walks down the steps. "You tell me where the witches are, or I'll have my sister kill Elena right now."

Damon looks at the clock tower. "You told me we had til after 9?"

"I'm sure Rebekah be more than happy to start her work early."

Natalie, Klaus, Kol, and Elijah walk forward to where Esther and Finn are.

"My sons, Natalie come forward."

Finn reaches his arm out towards his mother. "Stay beside me."

"It's ok. They can't enter." Esther informs him.

Kol tries to walk forward but the flames rises. "That's lovely. We're stuck out here while the favorite son plays sacrificial lamb. How pathetic you are Finn."

"Be quiet, Kol. Your brother knows virtue you cannot even imagine."

Elijah looks at his mother. "Whatever you think of us, killing your own children would be an atrocity."

"My only regret is that I did not let you die a thousand years ago." Esther tells her kids.

"Enough. All this talk is boring me. End this now, mother, or I'll send you back to hell." Klaus tells her.

"For a thousand years, I've been forced to watch you, felt the pain of every victim, suffered while you shed blood." Esther continues to look at Klaus. "Even you, Elijah, with your claim to nobility, you're no better. All of you... you're a curse on this earth stretched out over generations. If you come to plead for your life... I'm sorry."

She then turns to Natalie. "Even you Natalie. Something that's not supposed to be on this earth. Mated to my son who has killed thousands of people yet you are still with him. Even after all the pain he has caused to people you stick by his side. You being an abomination yourself. You've wasted your time."

Natalie becomes angry. "You say all this yet you created them. You think you're doing the right thing by killing them you're not. None of your children wouldn't be like this if you stop your abusive of a husband from hitting them.

You sat there and watched as he hit Nik and would stop before he almost killed him. No child should have to go through that but you never stop him. If you never put that curse on Klaus he wouldn't have killed you."

She walks inside of it. "I wonder if you forgot that I'm half witch. Or maybe you think your stronger than me but you're not."

Esther puts her hand up causing Natalie to groan. She starts the spell while she think Natalie is hurting. Natalie looks at her as her eyes are golden.

Natalie raises her hand causing Esther to stop her spell as she starts bleeding from out her eyes, nose, mouth and ears.

Finn quickly grabs his mother as the flames go up. They all shield themselves until the fire goes out. They walk into the pentagon to only see Natalie just standing there.

Natalie exhales. She just stands there and looks up at the moon. The brothers turn to her as she starts to speak.

"You know today was supposed to be good. I was going to visit my dad while he was in his human form. We were going to go to all our favorite places before he turned back into a wolf. But that couldn't happened because someone just wanted to kill us. I honestly need a break." She feels her phone vibrate and she looks at it to see Caroline had texted her.

Never a bother. I'm on my way.

She looked back at the brother. "I need to go. Bonnie needs me."

She walks over to Klaus and kisses him on the cheek. She squeezes Kol and Elijah arm before leaving.

She arrived to see Caroline talking to Elena.

Caroline stands in the door way. "She doesn't want to see you."

"Please just let me talk to her." Elena pleads

"Abby's in 'transition'. It's gonna be really hard over the next few days, and if Bonnie needs some time to deal, then I think you should give it to her."

"She's always been there for me, Caroline. Please let me just be there for her, too." Elena says

Caroline sighs. "I'm sorry, Elena. I know that you want to help, but put yourself in her shoes. Everything that happened tonight was to save you. And that's ok, because she loves you so much. But somehow she's always the one who gets hurt."

Elena nods. "Yeah. You're right. I just—"

Natalie walks up to the door. She interrupts Elena, slapping her in her face.

"You bitch. You really thought you could get away by trying to kill me. I really was starting to tolerate you but now it's just fuck you all over again. You really think Bonnie, Caroline, Jenna, and Jeremy were going to forgive you. And you won't have the Salvatore to save you because I have a good amount of people on my side who would come after you."

She walks past Caroline inside the house. She goes up the stairs into care room. Bonnie is sitting in the bed when she looks up and sees her cousin.

Natalie goes and sits down by her and pulls her into a hug. "She's gonna wake up soon. Since she got her neck snapped she'll be unconscious for a while."

"Yeah I know just that Damon and Stefan are willing to do anything for Elena no matter the cost and I hate it." Bonnie tells her.

"I know. But that what happens when you think you're in love. Damon gonna see that eventually." Natalie tells her.

"I love you Natalie."

Natalie hugs her tight. "I love you more."

They Caroline come into the room with a note in her hand. She walks and hands it to Natalie. Natalie look down to see her name on it.

Dear Natalie,

You are one of the best people I have met in my entire lifetime. You're a fun person to hang around even if you annoy me sometimes. Your the only person beside Amoura to get me out my suit.

You're the best person for my family seeing as they have been somewhat making up. You make Klaus and Kol a better person. You even went out of the way to find the people we love. I know I am very thankful for that.

I just wanted to let you know that I'm leaving town with Amoura. We're going to travel and catch up. Thank you again for bringing her back to me.

Stay safe and keep being yourself. Stay loving Klaus and making him happy. I know he makes you happy. Amoura says that she was happy to meet you and keeping being the strong demanding women that you are.

Natalie smiled at the letter. She was going to miss Amoura and Elijah. She liked Amoura she was fun and a chill person.

She set the letter down to feel her phone. It was Kol. God she got why they were leaving but damn not both of them.

Hey Natalie, just wanted to let you know that me and Valerie fled Mystic Falls. We didn't want to be in the dreaded town any longer. We both wanted to thank you for bringing us back together. I'm not gonna make this long because I'm not good with being all sentimental.

Be safe and tell Klaus you love him we all see that's you're holding back. Valerie says keep being the bad bitch that you are. This is going to sound so corny but it's not goodbye it's just a see you later.

God two of her favorite siblings were leaving. I mean yea she loves Rebekah but she was staying and she barely had time to hang with Kol. And Elijah she had little time before he was daggered.

Caroline and Bonnie looked at Natalie as she sadly smiled.

"Are you okay Nat?" Caroline asks.

"I'll be okay care. I still have you two, Jenna, Nik and bekah. Now I'm really tired so I'm going to sleep. I'll be in your room Care."

She nodded as Natalie got up and went to her room. She freshened up and slept in just a shirt and shorts. She texted Klaus telling him she'll she him tmr before putting her phone on do not disturb.

She put on a random cartoon show until she fell asleep.

Merry Christmas everyone!!! I hope you all had a good day today. I know I did. My momma bought me an ice machine and 3 of my books came in. I cooked rotel dip for a Christmas party that I didn't go to because I don't like going places.

I didn't want to ask but face claim for Caroline love interest please?!!

I honestly hate the 1st part of this chapter and I don't know what to do with it so It will stay like that.

I'm going by a friends house for maybe a week. I'll try and update but no promises. I haven't seen my best friend since May.
