I saw a guy with nice fluffy hair he was kinda cute I rolled the window down I sniffled my nose"uhm yes" I say with obvious pain in my voice "hey is it okay if I come in with you?" The guy says with a soft tone it warms my heart so I nod my head in response and unlock the door he went on the passenger side opened the door and sat down "hey uhm probably roll the window up" the guy says pointing towards the window I just nod I rolled it up and looked back at him "hi I'm Steve,Steve Harrington"he says with a smile and has his hand out I shook it "I'm josey,Josey lee" I say with a shy smile "I saw you crying and wanted to make sure that you are okay?" Steve said with a genuine smile "yea I'm alright it's just my brother died this year and uhm somebody saw a photo of him and yelled some things about him"I said while looking down at my shoes a tear slid down my face then another one and before I knew it I was crying silently so he wouldn't laugh at me he put his index finger under my chin and moved my head towards him he used his thumbs to wipe my tears I smiled at him and he smiled back "Okay how about this right now it's lunch period so if you want you can come eat with me?" He said smiling "yeah I would like that"I say smiling at him.

BILLYS POV

I went outside to my car and when I did I saw Steve going inside Joseys car for some odd reason I was jealous.Nah I wasn't was i?Whatever after 15 minutes they came back out laughing I glared at them and then I saw Steve leave to the school after a few minutes he came back with 2 trays, god this guy is so damn annoying they were eating together on top of joseys hood.I felt like shit after what Tommy did to her in class but now seeing her with Steve Harrington makes me so damn jealous I don't even like her though.

JOSEY POV

When the bell rang meaning for next period me and Steve hugged each other "which class do you have now maybe I can help you find it?" Steve asks "I have gym class" I say with a smile "Wait really?Thats my next class we can go in together" steve says I nod in reply and we walked into school together everyone was whispering and looking at us I was very much confused I looked up at steve to see that he didn't really mind all the attention when we got to gym I went to the girls locker room and started to get changed "Are you dating Harrington?"A girl says looking me up and down "Oh no we are just friends that's it"I say giving her a fake smile then after that she walked away.

I began waking into gym class since I just got done changing and that's where I saw fucking Billy Hargrove and all of his little buddies especially Tommy but this time with a black eye?I rolled my eyes and went to go sit on the bench and wait for the coach to come in,after a few minutes steve came in and sat next to me "Hey Josey"he says with a genuine smile I smiled back and in the corner of my eye I noticed Billy watching us he looked..jealous?But why "Hey Steve can you tell me about Billy Hargrove?"i asked he rolled his eyes and said "He fucks every girl in town especially the moms and he is a douche if he gives you that smirk or grin then he probably wants to bang you" Steve says leaning back on the bench with annoyance in his voice I just nodded.After a few minutes Billy starts waking towards us "Hey josey I'm sorry about what Tommy did in class maybe I can make it up to you with dinner?" Billy says to me with a shit eating grin Steve looked at me confused "I can't tonight uh I am busy" I say nervously "With what?What are you busy with"he says with a smirk "Me and her are uh going to the arcade with each other" Steve says with a smile "Right josey?" He adds "Oh yea me and Steve are going to the arcade" I say smiling "Alright then how about Wednesday at 7:30pm?" He says with his shit eating grin not even taking a glance at Steve "Oh I uh sure" I say with a fake smile ,,damn this man knows how to pulls bitches,, after I said that he says "I'll pick you up" I just nod in reply "Wait how does he know where you live?" Steve asked with a confused look on his face "we are neighbors he lives across the street from me"I say he just nods in reply after that Billy grins at me and walks away.
