I gave a deep breath and stood there observing it, nothing changed. Forwarding my hands I pressed the doorbell. Waiting for someone to come and open it, which happened in a few minutes, my eyes fell on the figure of my little man. I saw his eyes grew and go to normal right away, he lightly shook his head and whispered "don't...don't mind still a year to go for dad to come back and you're already showing him like always...that hurts me." He whispered under his breath and closed the door. I smiled and knocked on it back again. Taemin opened the door but cursed under his breath.

Taehyung: Son, that's not acceptable.

I said as he looked at me.

He slowly moved forward and poked my stomach. He looked at me in shock as I saw his eyes getting filled up with tears.

Taemin: daddy!

He screamed and hugged me. I laughed and hugged him back...my eyes getting teary back again.

Taemin: I missed you~

I heard him and I hugged him tightly.

He separated the hug and pulled me inside. I looked around at the house, I smiled as I felt the fragrance that I had missed for 5 years straight. Taemin pushed me on the sofa as he came and sat on my lap hugging me tightly resting his head. I laughed as I looked at him, soon my eyes left tears too after seeing him cry.

Taemin: I missed you so much daddy.

Taehyung: I missed you more baby....but baby you're Heavy for me to carry now,

I said but still hugged him tightly not letting him go even after saying it.

Taemin raised his head as he smiled. He cupped my cheeks and started kissing all over. Closing my eyes I felt all of his love and the years he missed me like I did. I stroked his head slightly as he moved from my laps and sat next to me clinging. I giggled and looked at him. Happiness of meeting my family overwhelmed me. I looked around the place and smiled but I looked back at Taemin who had closed his eyes listening to my heartbeats.

Taehyung: Where's mommy?

Taemin: She went to the office. After you got jailed mommy has been handling the company with the help of Namjoonie grandpa.

I smiled.

Taehyung: when will she return?

Taemin: A few more hours.

He said looking at the clock.

Taemin: But daddy...weren't you supposed to be out of jail next year?

Taehyung: I was but due to my good behavior they decreased it.

Taemin looked at me and smiled.

Taemin: umm relieved now, after seeing you. Mommy will be happy too, but I need one thing for me.

Taehyung: What is it?

Taemin: a sibling.

My cheeks blushed as I looked at him,

Taemin: Daddy please....you can give me a lifetime sibling and cover up all the 5 years of birthday gifts you missed.

He said, making me giggle.

Taehyung: Let's see what your mom says. If she agrees, I am ready for it.

Taemin giggled and hugged me tightly.

Taemin: Do mommy know you're coming back today?

Taehyung: No, I wanted to surprise.

Taemin: Then let's do one thing..let me stay here like always while you go up and stay in your mommy's room and give her a surprise.

Taehyung: not a bad idea.

I said and Taemin laughed and hugged me back again.

Few more minutes I looked at my room after getting my bag. I saw Taemin sitting on the bed looking at me fondly and happily. I smiled and walked towards the bathroom and took a shower which was peaceful and stress relieving after 5 years. Wearing a fresh pair of clothes I walked out of the bathroom. And looked at Taemin managing the bed.

Taemin: daddy...I want to take a nap with you...but gotta lock the door. If Mommy ends up coming you go and hide in the bathroom and go and hide your stuff too.

He whispered as I nodded and hid my bag.

Getting inside the bed I left out a peaceful sigh...home back again to my family. I opened my arms as Taemin cuddled inside, he got older but his behavior was the same. I smiled and stroked his head. Kissing the top of it back again. Closing my eyes I hug him completely, falling into a peaceful sleep after a long time.

My body flinched and opened as I heard a knock. I looked at my side, looking at Taemin sleeping peacefully. I didn't want his plan to get ruined but I didn't want to wake him up as well. I slowly moved his body, waking him up. He looked at me with tiny eyes with sleep covering it.

Taehyung: Mommy's here...she's out. I will go and hide inside the bathroom when you open the door.

Taemin nodded as he walked towards the door after he saw me walking towards the bathroom.

I hid inside the closet and shut the door behind as I heard the sound of latch being clicked indicating he opened the door. My heart started racing as I gave deep breathes smiling to myself.

Y/n: what were you doing?

I heard her kind of strict voice.

Taemin: sleeping

Taemin answered.

Y/n: is it or are you watching some adult websites?

My eyes scrunched hearing it.

Taemin: mom...I never do that.

Y/n: but you have those friends who do it.

Taemin: and how do you know it?

Y/n: their face speaks all out.....but ignoring it how did my baby sleep?

Taemin: pretty well....

Y/n: good to hear that.

Taemin: mommy...

Y/n: hmm..

Taemin: Am I not allowed to meet dad?...it's been years I wanna see him.

His voice sounded sad as I looked down at my feet, still remembering I was the one who made everything worse since the beginning.

Y/n: Taemin.

I heard her whisper...her voice telling everything, everything she's dealing with.

I didn't hear any voices as I thought it would be better if I stepped out. Taking a deep breath and fixing my sweatshirt I walked out.

Y/n eyes looked at me as slowly it grew bigger. I heard Taemin giggling after seeing Y/n.

Taehyung: Y/n

I whispered as she stood up from bed. She looked at Taemin as he kept on chuckling.

Taemin: Daddy's back for forever mommy...

His cheerful voice said.

Y/n walked towards myself and stood in front of me. Her hand held mine as I lifted it up and kissed it. The feeling was totally different from how we used to see each other after every week at prison. I saw her eyes getting teary as without any more forward words I pulled her into my tight hug, closing my eyes feeling the warmth on myself different from how I felt our hug in prison.

Y/n: are you really back?

I heard her whisper. Humming in response I smiled as she tightened her clasp around me.

Taemin: Can I join too?

He said, already standing by my side. I smiled and pulled him to hug him tightly.

Missing every day and night, Dying to feel the warmth which I left behind was not something I wished for. It was my mistake which brought me here and brought me back to my land after suffering. I know people think it's not enough, And I say it too, But I never felt more worthless than ever. Suffering myself to feel the warmth, touch and see the smile on both of my baby's faces was the only thing I imagined and kept myself alive. To make myself comfortable even on a cold blocked floor remembering both are at my side hugging me wishing me to sleep peacefully.

But seeing them hurts me more remembering how much they have to deal, they were attached to me too like I was, enough after all those abuses. I was a husband and father which gradually brings deep feelings which relaxes my mind even if going through problems. The sympathy, the looks they went after the world knew my true self was not something anyone wished for. I was a devil and still live on their nightmares even after all these years, I know it even if they don't say it. And maybe my biggest nightmare is me...myself, for torturing my own people who never lost hopes for me to change and are still by my side.

I know how much I try to show and reciprocate how much I love them. I wouldn't have enough time...I can figure it out. But after all these curvy waves I am never letting anything go down hill and walk holding them and smiling with them.
