《Pokemon :Rise to the champion》Chapter-4 : Viridian city

Kenta POV
Soon I reached Viridian City. I am now in the Pokemon center, when I entered I was greeted by the nurse joy and Chansey
"Welcome to the viridian pokemon center, please place your pokeballs on the desk we will heal your pokemon," Nurse Joy told me in a cheerful voice as always.
People in this world are always so welcoming and so friendly. I don't believe there everything is good and fine in this world.
A world where pokemon can be used as weapons. People like team rocket knew it very well and follows the idealogy.
"how much time does it take for you to heal my pokemon" I have asked her. In the meanwhile, I will read some science magazines or anything which helps me to understand the current events in the world. But first I need to register for the pokemon league.
" it depends on pokemon injuries until then wait, young man" Nurse told me taking my pokemon and putting them inside a machine
" can I have a chat with you," I asked her? I should register for the pokemon league.
"of course, young man," She told me with a normal smile
"can I register for the pokemon league," I asked her?
"give me your Pokedex and I register you," She told me yawing. Looks like she is tired from working every day.
I gave her my Pokedex and she scanned the Pokedex in the scanner and boom I am registered for the pokemon league. I have heard some beep sounds and congratulations for the pokemon league from the ai.
"there you go, now you are officially registered in the pokemon league, is there anything you want to ask" She have asked me
"Can I be your friend, I don't have female friends your age" I lied. I have plenty of them but she doesn't need to know

A/n- Daisy: Am I a joke to you
"of course, you can be my friend if that pleases you kid*yawn*," She told me with a nonchalant expression.
Meh. To be fair she is attractive when she is yawning. Well If I have to say attractive people certainly have some unfair advantages. I am attractive and I know it very well to use it. It's a fair thing to use your charm well.
In Spite of this, I never liked it due to the fact that all should be treated same without any bias on their looks there are some nice guys/girls who are ugly, they are the victims of framing they are guilty until innocent, there are handsome boys/pretty girls who are self-centered manipulative, people like them even though are not up to the mark and bad sign, *sigh* looks are everything in that world.
I am not a good person to say that. But It's impossible for people to consider how attractive people are in personality.
That's why I wanted to form a female friend without any charm advantage, the people in the world are so naive, so friendly, so sometimes it is nice and accepting compared to most people I met in my world, although I can't deny there are bad people in this world, the good people here outweighs bad people easily, but it will not have any effect on my future goals.
" Are you okay? Sorry kid I didn't mean to offend you, I was just tired and drowsy from working all day, " She told me. I think she has considered my silence as I took offense from her laid-back expression. She has misunderstood my purpose.
Without any warning she pulled my face closer and hugged my face in her warm chest, they feel soft and warm, it is too sudden and fluffy for me to consider anything. So I hugged back in return. I think she thinks of me as an innocent little boy who feels sad that she had offended me.

I have touched her where I should have never touched her. But in the end, let's pretend nothing happened. It is accidental
Now I can't control it, Due to me being emotional I am in an exposed state, so all I can do is pray she doesn't hate me for what I am doing
"There you go kid, man you look very strong, I guess you pretty much liked rubbing yourself on my hospital dress "
"I can say you look pretty charming, rubbing yourself on a elder lady like that aren't you a naughty one"
"Sorry about that, I guess I became emotional you being my friend, I forgot what I am doing, also you are pretty and your body looked so good, so you being in a vulnerable state I couldn't control myself, " I told her another story which is pretty acceptable for a 10-year-old boy. What she can do is hit a 10-year-old boy.
" My, my you are such a charmer, you are a bold boy, to make such comments and advances on me despite being a kid aren't you such a charmer, you were so cute. You know what, it's my fault you experienced so you weren't wrong by that. I should've told you before hugging, "
"Pedophile. As my mother used to say to me. "
" my, my you are snarky, if you were older I would've invited you for dinner but I guess to give you a tip. "
"what tip. Does it help me to win pokemon battles?" I asked her. This is pretty much baseless conversation.
"Just be yourself when you want to hit women and automatically they will fall on you. you are just adorable the way you are, I wouldn't be surprised even if they did" She told me with confidence.
" I don't want any love advice." I have told her.
So much for wholesomeness. I think it's time for me to leave.
**DING**
"It looks like your pokemon are healed, it will give them to you now," She told me while giving back my pokemon from the machine.
I picked up the pokemon, but I was interrupted by another rival of mine.
"yo Kenta, I caught a new pokemon and I want to have a rematch," He told me with a cheerful expression.

Debut: the day every young gentleperson of age gathers to receive their Spirit Blessing and shift for the first time into their second form. Except for those who don't. Beatrice's worst fear is to be one of the unlucky few trapped perpetually in a human body, cut off from the magic of the spirits and unfit for any respectable pack or pride. But when the time comes to face her fear, the outcome is one she never could have imagined. Be warned, this story is some highly experimental fluff—an unapologetically girly, unrelentingly bisexual, Regency/Victorian-ish fantasy mish-mash. It does have a dark side, though, so don’t come in expecting all sunshine and roses. Worthy of note, given the reputation of shifter stories: there will be no explicit sex in this tale. There will, however, be lots of polyamorous romance, necromancy, portal magic, capricious spirits, elemental mages, an unconventional take on shifters and a highly ordered society built around their existence.

Soon though, it is all too clear that Alcar, clumsy and lazy as he is, lacks any natural magical talent. It also becomes apparent that Master Maluhk is only interested in ’apprentices’ in order to get someone to do his laundry and tidy up his books. At best, Alcar and the others have signed up to do unpaid labor. Things go from bad to worse when his fellow applicants for the role of apprentice prove to be reckless in the extreme, and as Master Maluhk’s tower catches fire, Alcar soon finds himself being blamed for their misdemeanors. Can Alcar clear his name, gain another chance, and learn enough to show that he has the potential to be a proper sorcerer’s apprentice? [participant in the Royal Road Writathon challenge]
