Despite Taehyung's inner drama, the movie continued on like nothing happened. He acted like everything was perfectly fine, studied his lines and acted in front of the camera as well as in real life. Because Jungkook and him weren't talking, not even their usual bickering. Taehyung felt upset that Jungkook was ignoring him the entire time as if he was the only culprit but he didn't dare to cause another fight with the brunet who already looked in a pretty bad mood.
So Taehyung sucked it up, concreting a smile onto his face and continued like he was totally fine.
"Ah, Taehyung-ssi! This is Do Jihan, he will be portraying Akma in the movie", Taehyung has just entered the set, today's scene was the first interaction of the wizard Akma with Taewha, back when Taewha was portrayed as fourteen and for that, he has been styled differently, looking so much younger with the blush make up all over his face. He looked cute, adorable even and everyone couldn't help but to stare at his beauty.
Han Minjun waved him over, by his side , a known actor and one of his friends. Taehyung smiled sweetly at the famous actor who was known for his brilliance in portraying movie villains, switching from a charming man to a menacing psycho in seconds and Taehyung admired his talent.
"It's nice to meet you, Jihan Sunbae-nim. I'm Kim Taehyung, please take care of me", he introduced himself with a full bow, to show respect to his senior. But the man shook his head with a fond smile before shaking hands with Taehyung.
"Hello Taehyung, the pleasure is mutual. I've seen most of your movies, you are a magnificent actor. Hope we can be friends. Oh, and please feel free to call me Jihan Hyung, Sunbae-nim makes me feel so old", Jihan joked and Minjun patted him on his back before shooting Taehyung a friendly smile. "You're going to shoot together, so take your time and get to know each other. But I want you on set in twenty though", Minjun said, sternly in the end. Taehyung quickly nodded with wide puppy eyes.

Minjun smiled another time before he left, crossing paths with a staff member and getting into conversation with her. Jihan and Taehyung did the same, talking on friendly base and Taehyung felt happy to find another mutual fan of photography. Jihan was always so serious and mean in his roles, when in reality, he was such a sweetheart with an undying love for his cat. He truly was a professional and Taehyung wanted to be like him.
The two were so engulfed in their conversation that they didn't notice Christopher Wang crossing their path and Taehyung nearly ran into him if it wasn't for Chris to catch him, hands daring to grab his waist. Taehyung mewled, surprised when he almost crashed into the writer's chest and backed away with blushing cheeks. "Oh Chris! Didn't see you there, hehe", he giggled cutely at the end, trying to hide his embarrassment.
Jihan moved close to the actor, checking if he was okay and Chris' blinding smile faltered upon seeing another person, another man with Taehyung. An ugly feeling overtook him when he glared at the end offering support to Taehyung. The gorgeous bronze-haired beauty stayed unaware of the sudden tense atmosphere.
"Hey Taehyung-ssi. I see you've met Jihan. But don't get too friendly with each other as it'll affect your roles", Chris smiled but it was more a predator snarling at its prey. This smile was directed at Jihan who froze, hand lingering protectively above Taehyung's shoulder who blinked up innocently to Chris.
"No worries Mr. Wang, we are professionals!", Jihan beamed at Chris, chin hooked on Taehyung's shoulder which surprised the younger actor but also made him giddy because he loved making friends. The situation nearly escalated if it wasn't for the staff member calling Taehyung's name who apologized to the two of them, bowing politely before quickly scurrying into the direction of the call.

As soon as Taehyung was gone and out of sight, Chris turned around to Jihan, an evident snarl now on his face. "Stay away from Taehyung, you worm. This is not your movie", he seethed, pure hatred lacing in his voice for the actor, who took the role of his favorite character, the evil wizard Akma. He wasn't supposed to be evil, only misunderstood and craving for a beauty to own, just like in Beauty and the Beast.
Jihan glared back at Chris, not liking the script writer at all. "And it isn't yours either. You are just the script writer, you have nothing to say here. And you are not Taehyung's boyfriend so don't act like you are. He's allowed to have friends and I am his friend. So fuck off before I tell him you're staring at his ass", Jihan warned the taller before walking away, bumping into Chris' shoulder on purpose.
The script writer grit his teeth while glaring after the famous actor. Knowing he was right, because at the end, Chris would always play an unimportant role compared to anyone else. And getting Taehyung like he dreamed of, was something that got further further out of reach.
Jihan just entered the set, the green screen used to portray the scenery of the castle, in front of it a beautiful crafted garden where they would recreate Taewha's and Akma's first meeting. He admired the scenery and didn't catch the glare thrown into his direction, another man being upset with him for staying in the presence of a certain beauty.
It was none other than Jeon Jungkook, burning with jealousy. He felt stupid, and unwanted even because Taehyung seemed to have found someone else already while he was left with the hurtful shatters of his heart. He walked past Jihan, bumping into him on purpose and when the older actor stumbled, ready to scold the person crashing into him, Jungkook couldn't stop his tongue from slipping.
"Don't get into my way, Do", he hissed quietly at the elder before storming away from the set. Jihan stood there dumbfounded, looking after the young actor who had visibly tensed shoulders. Jihan couldn't explain why he was acting this way.
"What's Jeon's problem? I thought he was nice", he mumbled to himself but dismissed it with a shake of his head. Unknown to him, the reason behind Jungkook's behavior was jealousy. And the burning wish to finally call Taehyung his.

Dungeon Core Chat Room.
This is a slower-paced "experiment and dungeon building" web novel that tries to use the idea of peer-to-peer communication with Dungeon Cores instead of Dungeon to slave monster communication to break up the detailed dungeon building. Rank 1 description: (minimum met for system initialization...detailed description as follows) Each race was given a system by the gods to make up for their shortcomings and balance their place in this world. Humans: Abysmally bad at understanding and using magic unable to use more than the lowest of magic were given the "Skill System" magic in the form of premade skills with use, study, and mastery tied to experience. Elves: Intuitively understand magic and have long lives leading to vast knowledge and skill in their chosen fields. However, as a species, they have nearly zero sex drive and less than low fertility, so they were gifted the "World Tree System" with experience gained through the care of natural areas – gifting the chance of children to increase their numbers without dirty copulation. All “natural” or “wild” monsters are given an "Evolution system" designed around killing and consuming as many creatures as possible, slowly increasing strength and, at thresholds, allowing mutations to alter them multiple times. Dungeon cores are different. Unlike humans, they can see, manipulate and live off mana. Unlike Elves, they naturally crystallize after extended periods of time in high mana level areas. However, they cannot easily move or communicate and typically go insane without companionship. As a species other than the odd eccentric they are unimaginative. Brute forcing solutions without the drive to truly innovate. Thus they have been gifted with the "Dungeon Connection System" a magical version of the internet accessible by their peers that allows them to barter and sell: bait, traps, monsters, and knowledge, as well as entertain each other with “adventure streams” using exciting recorded battles and humorous reels of arrogant chumps biting off more than they can chew to often fatal effects. This is the casual story of a dungeon unluckily spawned far from potential adventurers forced to innovate beyond its peers to find its place in this world. Rank 2 Description: Justification. I've been on a dungeon core kick for months and while I love the genre – it's sparse with entries. Often the forced conflict gets repetitive and frantic solving of threats "power levels" the protagonist to god levels to progress the plot – taking away the nice steady progression fantasy I'm looking for. (Progression in this story is linked to how strong of monsters/traps/whatever he can create not his "level"...this is demonstrated by some of his newer monsters beating his older monsters not with discrete "this monster has 10 attack this one has 40") Additionally, the focus on 3rd parties with their drama takes away from the reason I’m reading dungeon core novels in the first place – I'm looking for magical crafting, experimentation and kingdom building – not defence from higher and higher levelled enemies looking to steal/destroy/control the MC. This novel is kind of just me writing the story I wish I could read. I like thinking about the experimentation that can be done in fantasy settings using 'mana' as an excuse to make up rules and try to keep them internally consistent. IE once I define how a rule works, I'm going to commit to keeping it – no breaking hard truths I've given when it's convenient, even if it backs me into a corner. Hopefully, that should make the story interesting to read even if it's SOL and less action-oriented. There will be problems to solve and a clear progression in strength (of created monsters and knowledge) however due to not wanting to force conflict for the sake of conflict the general theme will be closer to slice of life with few action sequences and no overarching goal so please keep that in mind when picking this up as the genre is not for everyone. Finally, I have a clear goal of what I want from this story (not an endless romp but a series of arcs and then a conclusion that's a couple of dozen medium-sized chapters long) I want to commit to finishing it or at least bringing it to a point of rest. I hate all the engaging stories that stop with a “hiatus” indefinitely so in the event I lose motivation I'll work to end this even if the ending becomes rushed/unsatisfying just to give a sense of closure. I’m planning on including several polls in terms of direction and taking feedback heavily into account if I get enough readers (but may choose to ignore it if it deviates too far from the direction I want to take this as in feedback like: “The MC needs a cartoonishly evil arch-enemy that wants to enslave him and force the mc to pump out magic items” or “the MC needs to make a body and learn teleportation then live with humans” will get shot down without consideration.)

A regular guy in his 20s gets sucked into a world full of levels, monsters, gods, and propchecies with nothing but his ukulele and the clothes on his back. Uke in hand, Wesley made his way to the local branch of the Bard College to pick up a few levels and hit the road to travel the new world. For a while its all magic forests and incredible sights, but as time goes on it seems more and more likely that Wesley is actually one of these "prophesied heroes" that the lore on this world is full of. Fortunately for him, whatever Dark Lord he was supposed to duel didn't seem to get the memo and the world seems to be at peace. So it's probably nothing, right? This is the story of Wesley's adventuring party as they do their best to get him to fulfull his destiny. A power-hungry [Rogue], a slightly evil [Cleric], a [Mage] that just wants to go home, and a [Lord] who just wants to study the blade.
