- Chairman Rimuru Tempest, please begin the conference.
Treyni said to Rimuru.
- Uhh....
Rimuru looked at Treyni while sweating. Seeing this, Treyni smiled at him and it made Rimuru sweat even more.
I was sitting on a chair with my captains behind me.
- Uh... I've never led a meeting like this before, so it's not my strong suit. So I'll just say what's on my mind.
- Wait!
I said as everybody looked at me with curiosity.
- I want to ask that why THE HELL IS MY CHAIR LIKE THIS?!
I said being calm at first and then being angry.
"WHY IS MY CHAIR LIKE THIS?!! IT'S SO EMBARRASSING!!!!!"
- First of all, Ray was the one who brought this from your nation.
I looked at Ryo who bowed on the ground.
- I AM SORRY, MASTER!
"Why is he bowing... ON THE GROUND?!!! EVERYBODY WILL THINK I AM SOME KIND OF HEARTLESS RULER."
I looked around the room for a bit to see that the Ogres under Rimuru were glaring at me.
"They must be thinking I make the Ogres under me do something like this too."
I thought with a little sweat appearing on my face.
- No, no. It's okay. I just wanted to know who brought this chair. It's so comfortable!
- Thank you, Master!
He said as he rose up again.
- Secondy, your captains and army contributed the most in the fight with the orcs. So, I permitted Ray to do it. Any questions?
- I see.
"So, I am getting special treatment? How many orcs did we even kill?"
I was thinking as Rimuru started talking again.
- Where were we now? Yes. I'd like you to save your deliberations until after that. I'll start by saying this: I don't intent to charge the orcs with any crimes.

"Nothing surprising because he promised it with Geld."
The orcs were surprised hearing this and looked at each other.
- I know this may upset the Lizardmen, who suffered the most casualties, but hear me out. The cause of all this was starvation due to a famine. Anyone, of any race, might have made the same choices under those conditions. Of course, this is just my public stance on the matter.
- Then may we hear your personal thoughts on it, as well?
The lizardman chieftain said.
- I've taken all of the Orc's sins upon myself. If anyone has a complaint, bring it to me.
Orc- P-Please, wait! Surely there is no logic to-
- That was my promise with the Demon Lord Geld.
The orc sat down and looked down.
- I see. However, I feel that answer is somewhat unfair.
Rimuru was thinking something but Benimaru stepped forward.
- There is one immutable rule shared among all monsters: "Survival of the fittest". The moment they faced each other, they were both prepared for that.
- You guys lost your home, too. Don't you have any complaints?
Rimuru said looking at Benimaru and then at Keller.
- It would be a lie if I said we didn't, but it's okay since all of the Ogres are happy living in the city that Hanma-sama offered us. Benimaru and his friends are also happy living with Rimuru-san.
- You are right, chief.
All the ogres nodded at this. Meliodas also nodded at which Benimaru looked a little confused.
- Uh..huh
- I see... That is a fair point. But there is one thing I must know.
- What's that?
- What will be done with the orcs? You have said you will not charge them with any crimes. Does that mean you intend to accept all of their survivors?

"Now, I can know how many orcs are left after I interfered with the main story."
- Even with their numbers down, there are still 90,000 of them.
"90,000?!! That means my army has killed 60,000 orcs during the battle. Wow. But, it may cause some problem in the future..."
- That being said... It may sound like some kind of dream but I'm thinking we all can work together.
- Working together?
- Meaning what, exactly?
The Chieftain's daughter asked.
- The lizardmen will share a clean water source and fish, the goblins will offer places to live, and our town will give them processed goods. And in return, the orcs will contribute labour and Hanma's nation will...
- My nation can't provide water like the lizardmen or processed goods like your town but we can provide some aces for the orcs to live and military power if there is a war in the near future.
I said with a smile as I stepped up from my chair.
- Military Power?
- You will understand in the near future.
I said with a smile.
"I can provide them with water or food even processed goods but.. I would only like to provide them with military power as I want it to be my nation's speciality."
I thought as Rimuru continued talking.
- Okay. As I was saying, all the races of the Great Forest of Jura will form an alliance and build a mutually cooperative relationship. It'd be really cool if we could create a nation where all races could co-exist!
Orc- A-And you're saying we could also take part in this alliance?
- Well, you have nowhere else to go, do you? I have a place for you so do some work. I-
- We won't tolerate slackers.
"Is he reading my mind or something?"
Rimuru looked at Hanma to see that he was smiling at him.
Orcs- Yes, Sir!
They shouted as they bowed down on the ground.
Orc- Of course! Of course we will! We will devote our lives to our work!
Rimuru nodded and looked at the Lizardman Chieftain who also nodded.
- We would be honored to join forces with you.
The lizardman Chieftain said.
- Treyni-San, is that okay with you?
- Certainly. The treants under my protection will share the bounty of the forest, as well. I believe we can alleviate the Orc's hunger for sometime.
The orcs looked at her crying.
- Then... As a caretaker of the forest, I, Treyni, hereby pledge to acknowledge the Great Rimuru and Lord Hanma as the new chancellor of the Great Forest of Jura...
- Chancellor?!
- Me too?!!
I asked with shock.
- and declare the Jura Forest Alliance to be established under Chancellor Rimuru and Lord Hanma.
The Dryad said as she bowed down. All of the races present there soon bowed too.
- Uh... Eh... Bu....
"Why me too??? I don't want to get a lot of paperwork like Rimuru got in the manga... Wait. I can just let Rimuru handle it. Yes!"
I looked at Rimuru and saw him sweating. I gave him a thumbs up and he looked confused.
- Okay, um... I guess that's how it's gonna be, So-
Rimuru was saying while sweating a lot but I cutted her sentence.
- So we'll be counting on all of you!
Everybody except Rimuru and Hanma- Yes!
"Does he really have a mind reading Skill?!"
