Minho had been sleeping less and less. he had been less relaxed for as long as he could remember.

all he could think about is how, or why this would happen.

as far as he knew, he wasn't gay. he had liked, and been attracted to girls for all his life. he had thought he was straight.

but, then again, there is no such thing as a straight line. no actual human can draw a fully straight line. so everyone had to like someone the same gender as them once... right?

why had people said "falling into love" and not "rising into love?" Minho asked himself

but he had quickly answered his own question.

It's because if you said rising into love, you'd become a better version of yourself. but we say falling because your whole life comes down for this one person. you fall to the ground, and you can't recover. everything you have, you drop. for that one person.

and that's what Minho was afraid of.
