A tripartite struggle continuing from generations was not willing to bow down. The Great lands of Gaerin, empire of Ambrose and the mighty Daxtros were never-bending in their fractions of borders.

Most of the people that were yet been spared by being killed from the wars were dying out of hunger and starvation despite the capital cities being flourishing. For blue blooded nobles what happened at the most was the constant occurring of hiked grain prices due to the droughts leading to famine.

Mutinies and small riots that broke throughout the small cities of the three empires were earlier easier to deal with but soon the treasury depleted for feeding the army soldiers and providing funds. Thus at last envoys were send from the imperial palace of Daxtros at the two nations for inviting the Kings to discuss the further scenario since the sufferings and difficulties were not hidden anymore.

Mount Laza, the highest peak of the alpine mountains in the north was choose as a meeting point, the place where the ceremony will be conducted and a document shall be signed.

The proceeding took an year to come into force, yet when the letter of the alliance was inked on the golden scroll not many were content. A marriage alliance was proposed between the Prince of Ambrose Prince Alexander with the princess of Gaerin- Semeara while similarly the Prince of Gaerin- Ragel was to take Princess Quare as his official wife to ensure harmonious relationship between the both nations.

King Qiza of Daxtros rather was interested in taking imperial concubines from the two nations and in turn discard his own empress- Queen Carsonia.

Thus the developing arrangement was even though a thorn in the hearts of the imperial families of the three countries yet it was a ceremonial document which insured the war stopping for another five decades and trade routes being opened again thus the profit far exceeded the life of some mere pawns born in the palace.

Moreover Prince Alexander and Princess Semeara were actually considered to be a soulful match.

With Princess Semeara's beauty tales reaching far and wide combined with the fact that she was her emperor father- King Kyzm's favorite and her mother, Queen Jeasen the imperial concubine who was greatly favored was the eldest daughter of the Great General Garx of Gaerin.

General Garx greatly loved his granddaughter, the princess and also was the fiercest of the men, thus by marrying the gentle and handsome crown Prince Alexander who would one day be the emperor with Princess Semeara, Ambrose will ensure the backing of General Garx who would not only dote on his granddaughter but would also never fight against Ambrose's Emperor again.

Amongst the golden opportunity that presented itself before Ambrose's King- King Heun, he could care less if he had to sacrifice his daughter, Princess Quare for the matter. Even after knowing the horrendous and inhumane ways of Prince Ragel, he agreed thinking that once the marriage is carried out things would end well for them yet it was a far fetched dream.

At one end where the promise was made in ink, the other end at Gaerin Imperial Palace was unhappy. Crown Prince Alexander was although having the status of a prince yet neither Emperor Kyzm nor his imperial concubine wanted their daughter to marry at such a far away land but for their own purposes.

Imperial concubine Jeasen knew it very well that the two country's situation was always severe, decades of hatred and rivalry shall not disappear in some years, it was only a matter of time and the war would commence again thus her daughter being married as a crown princess meant that she will send her own child to the mouth of a lion, if something went wrong, her precious Semeara would be tortured till her bones disappear.

King Kyzm favored imperial concubine Jeasen because of her beauty and intelligence yet the most important reason of it was because of her father General Garx who had served Gaerin for more than thirty years and also the son bore by her, the youngest prince at the age of seventeen was a genius thus King Kyzm was soon going to discard the current crown prince-the eldest son of his and in place appoint his youngest.

But for now according to this deal, if he let Semeara marry the crown prince Alexander then he would cut his own arm- General Garx and his youngest son can also go against him because he doted on his sister thus this was far beyond possible.

Prince Ragel sipped his exotic wine lazily, sitting infront of his emperor brother whose main focus was somewhere else.

"King Qiza wishes for three royal women of Gaerin to become his concubines, even though this looks quiet a simple demand at first yet the King of Daxtros is not only eyeing some women to play with but also to involve himself so deeply in the Gaerin and Ambrose's politics that he can no longer be separated.

Royal women would not only have strong families backing them but also may act as spies in future....this emperor finds it extremely displeasing.

At the other end Semeara can also be not married to Prince Alexander at all.... Do you have any suggestions brother?"

It reminded the two brothers of the time of the throne succession, when they sat together to form the web of schemes against other princes yet the present has completely altered.
