"So..about this party." Kat said and clapped her hands once. "What about it?" I asked as I pulled my knees to my chest. "We have to plan it." She said as I giggled. "Oh yeah." I said and leaned my head on Colby's shoulder again. Almost everyone went home or went to bed so it was just Colby, Ki, Kat, Sam, and I that were sitting out by the fire.

"All I require is hot men." Ki said as Colby laughed. "Alright, check. Sam and I can go get the alcohol tomorrow if you guys want to go get the snacks and stuff." He said as Kat perked up. "We can show Ki the city!" She said as I nodded and closed my eyes.

"I would love that!" Ki said excitedly as Colby rubbed my arm gently, warming me up even more. I could feel myself drifting off to sleep a little bit as the girls started talking about the things they wanted to do.

"You tired?" Colby asked quietly causing me to flinch. "Hmm?" I asked and looked up at him. "Wanna go to bed?" He asked as I nodded. "Okay." He said then stood up.

"Are you guys going to bed?" Sam asked as I nodded. "Yeah. Let me know if you need anything, Ki." I said as she stood up to hug me. "Okay, sleep well babes. We'll see you tomorrow." She said as I smiled. "Sleep well." I said then turned to go inside.

Colby and I went to the kitchen so I could grab some water. "Did you want me to sleep with you tonight?" He asked as I giggled. "That was so forward." I said as he rolled his eyes playfully. "I meant sleep in the same bed as you, dork." He said as I slapped my forehead.

"Duh. Uh...no. I think I'm so drunk I'll be okay." I said then kissed his cheek. "Goodnight, goober." I said as he laughed. "Goodnight, dork." He said as I turned to go to my room.

When I got into my bed I fell asleep almost immediately. I luckily didn't have any dreams, which was a huge improvement from a couple weeks ago.

"Violet!!!" Kat and Ki squealed at the same time, jumping up and down on the bed. "Whaaaat?" I groaned and rubbed my eyes as my head pounded. "Rise and shine!" Ki said as I pulled the covers over my head. "We have to plan the party for tomorrow!" Kat said and yanked the covers back.

"Right now? It couldn't have waited until the afternoon?" I groaned out as Ki laughed. "Bro, it's 3pm. Kat and I have already went to the store, got Pedialyte AND drank it. We are READY." She said as I sat up. "Did you get me some?" I asked as I closed my eyes again.

"Hell yeah we did. Drink up and get your ass out of bed." Kat said and tossed something heavy onto my lap. I shook my head as I unscrewed the cap.

I took a big sip then got out of bed and went to go get ready. I hated being hungover but it was worth it because last night was so fun.

As soon as I was ready I grabbed the bottle of Pedialyte and made my way to the kitchen. "She lives!" Tara said as I drank my drink. "Ha. Are you coming shopping with us?" I asked as she nodded and grabbed her bag. "Yup. Kat and Ki are in the car." She said as I laughed. "I think Kat is stealing my friend." I said and grabbed my wallet.

"Ki is chill as hell. She should move here." Tara said as we made our way to the car. "You're here!!" Ki yelled as Tara and I got in the car. "In the flesh, where are we going?" I asked then took another sip of my drink.

"Just the grocery store. We have to get snacks! Maybe some cookie dough too." Kat said as she started driving us to the store. "We should get some new outfits too. It's been forever since we have had a party." Tara said as I checked my phone.

I smiled at the text then typed my response. "Earth to Violet!" Tara asked as she nudged my shoulder. "Sorry, what?" I asked then locked my phone. "We're here." She said with a laugh and gestured to the parked car.

"Oh shit." I said with a laugh then got out of the car. "Come on slow poke." Ki said with a laugh as she linked her arm through mine. "Sorry, I'm still so hungover." I said with a laugh as we made our way inside.

"Well you better saddle up because tomorrow we are drinking until we can't stand." Ki said as I laughed. "Don't worry, I'll be doing better by then." I said and grabbed a basket.

We walked around for the next thirty or so minutes picking out a bunch of chips and other snacks that we could have out during the party. I also grabbed a couple things that I could make for dinner tonight.

We then made our way to target so we could go shopping for some clothes.

"Oh this is cute!" Ki said and held up a denim dress. "That would look so good on you." I said and browsed the selections.

"Guys, do you think I should dye my hair pink?" Kat asked as she held up a pink dress in front of her body. "Absolutely." I said and pulled out a dark blue mini skirt.

"I miss the blue." Tara said with a sigh. "You had blue hair?" Ki asked as we sifted through the clothes on the rack. "Yeah, I miss it too." Kat said longingly as I grinned. "You should do it again." I said with a shrug as she chewed her lip. "I kinda want to..but pink this time." She said as I nodded. "So it's settled. We're doing it." I said and gave Ki a high five.

We took our time picking out the outfits we were going to wear tomorrow before we left and went to Sally's so we could do Kat's hair tonight. I had done Daisy's hair for years and I liked doing it so I was excited to get back into it.

"Are you sure you know what you're doing?" Kat asked as I tried to decide which developer to use. "Yeah, I used to bleach Daisy's hair all the time." I mumbled as I picked out the developer I needed. "I'm really trusting you, V." Kat said nervously as I chuckled. "I won't let you down." I said then turned to Ki.

"Do you want me to do yours too?" I asked as she perked up. "Can we do some streaks?" She asked as I nodded. "Yeah. What about you, T?" I asked and turned to Tara. "No, I just got my hair done a couple days ago." She said with a sigh as I nodded and grabbed the bleach I would need.

After that we went over to the next aisle so Kat and Ki could pick out their colors. Kat decided to go with a pink ombré starting with a dark pink root, transitioning to a lighter pink on the bottom. Ki chose a deep blue for the streaks I would do in her hair.

Once we were all checked out we went home. It was already dark by the time we got home so the guys were back from filming.

"Jesus, did you guys buy the whole damn store?" Colby asked as he tried to peak in my target bag. "No peaking!" I scolded as he squinted at me. "What's in there?" He asked suspiciously as I set the rest of the stuff on the counter.

"My outfit for tomorrow. You can't see it yet." I said then kissed him before turning with my bag so I could put it in my bedroom. "You're a tease, V." He called out as I shook my head and walked away.

I put my bag in my room then went back to the kitchen so I could set up to do the girl's hair.

"Woah, what are you guys doing?" Sam asked as Kat pulled up two chairs so they could sit down. "Violet is doing our hair." Kat said as he looked at me with disbelief. "Is there anything you can't do?" He asked as I laughed.

"There are so many things I can't do..like sudoku. Fuck sudoku." I said then put some gloves on and got to work.

"I'm so nervous." Kat said as I started to apply the bleach to her hair. "Don't be, I promise you'll look so good." I said as I focused.

"Are you gonna do some of my hair pink?" Colby asked as he sat down at the island. "If you want me to." I said as I focused. "Ki, can you be my assistant and hand me the foils?" I asked as she nodded and grabbed the box and handed me one.

"Are you allowed to have colored hair for your job?" I asked Ki as she laughed. "Fuck if I know. I'm doing it anyways, Steak 'n Shake can suck my dick." She said as everyone started to laugh.

I loved how well she fit in. It made me have even more hope for our friendship.

It took a while to finish applying the bleach to both of their heads but once it was done I started cooking dinner so it had time to process.

"Babe, will you help me?" I asked as I pulled the ingredients out to make pizza. "Of course." Colby said then came over to help me.

Colby has actually become a really good cook since I have been showing him the ropes. It made me happy that we could do this together. It made me think I was making my dad proud.

We made the dough and let everyone put together their own personalized pizzas which was fun. I couldn't help but feel the happiness blooming in my chest once again.

I was just so lucky.

As the pizzas baked, I rinsed out the girl's hair. "Your hair lifted so nicely. I'm gonna throw some olaplex in so it will feel healthy and moisturized." I explained as I washed Kat's hair in the sink. "HOLY SHIT!" Ki exclaimed from the bathroom as I laughed.

"It's so blonde, dude. How did you do that?!" She exclaimed as she came running back into the room. "I told you I know what I'm doing." I said and grabbed a towel so Kat could towel dry her hair a little bit.

"Can I look?" Kat asked as I shook my head. "Nope." I said then turned towards the oven so I could check on the pizzas.

"Holy shit, you're blonde." Sam said as he and Colby came back into the kitchen. "Does it look good?" Kat asked as Sam came over and kissed her head. "It looks great, I can't wait to see the pink." He said as Ki groaned.

"I feel so single." She said as I lunged and hugged her. "Ah, thanks girlfriend." She said and hugged me back. "Wow..I didn't think I would be fifth wheeling even after getting a girlfriend." Colby said as I laughed and went over to kiss him.

Just before our lips touched though the oven went off causing him to groan slightly. "Pizzas are done!" I said then skipped over to the oven and pulled them out.

We spent the next couple hours eating dinner and fooling around so Kat and Ki's hair could dry.

I cleaned up the kitchen a little bit then got to work on coloring their hair. I was getting a little tired from moving nonstop since I woke up but I was excited to see the results.

"Alright hit the showers." I said and shooed Kat and Ki out of the room. As soon as they walked away I sat down at the island and huffed out a deep sigh. "You okay?" Colby asked as he came over and stood in front of me. "Yeah, I'm tired." I said as he placed a gentle kiss on my forehead.

"I bet. Did you have a good day?" He asked as I stood up so I could clean the kitchen. "Yeah, I had a hangover for most of the day, but it was fun. I'm really happy I moved." I said as he grinned at me while we cleaned the kitchen together.

"I'm happy you moved, too." He said quietly which sent my heart into overdrive.

I was so madly in love with him.

As soon as the kitchen was fully cleaned Kat and Ki came into the room with big smiles on their faces. "Ready for the reveal?" Kat asked as I chuckled. "Are YOU ready for the reveal?" I asked as she pulled the towel off of her head revealing the prettiest pink colored hair.

I didn't want to toot my own horn, but I did a damn good job.

"No...I'm nervous." Kat said as Ki smiled widely at her. "It looks SO good. Look." Ki said and grabbed the hand mirror that was on the counter next to her. "Holy shit! Violet! This looks so good! Thank you!" Kat squealed then tackled me with a hug. "You're welcome." I said and hugged her back.

"Ki's turn." I said and grabbed the mirror from Kat. She pulled the towel off, revealing her blue streaked hair. "Aw! I love it!" Kat said as I handed Ki the mirror. "V! I love it!" Ki said and hugged me.

"You guys look great." I said with a grin then took Colby's hand. "I'm going to bed." I said as they smiled at me sympathetically. "Thanks for doing our hair, it means a lot." Ki said quietly as I smiled. "You're welcome, I'll see you tomorrow." I said and waved. "Love you, V!" They both called out as Colby and I walked to my bedroom.

"Will you sleep with me?" I asked as he laughed. "That was so forward." He said as I rolled my eyes at the deja vu moment. "I meant sleep in my bed, doofus." I said and slapped his chest before turning to get changed. "Of course I will." He said then started to strip down so he could get into the bed.

As soon as I laid down he pulled me into him, holding me close. "Goodnight. I love you, V." He mumbled as I nuzzled into his chest. "Goodnight, I love you too." I said and closed my eyes.

I let my mind race for a couple minutes, thinking about all the things we needed to get done tomorrow. I knew it wasn't anything formal but I still wanted to make it special for Ki since she was so excited for it.

It was going to be amazing.
