I slowly walked upstairs.. my heart rate is increasing a beat while climbing each step .. why was he so angry today.. I slowly opened the door to see him sleeping on the bed .. i went near the lamp and switches it off ..

i made sure that I don't make any sound while he was sleeping .. i changed into my pyjamas quickly and slowly climbed the bed and covered myself with a blanket .. i turned towards the bedtable and saw a letter..

i quickly grabbed that and turned on the flash in my phone to read it .. i opened the envelope and saw a greeting card .. i opened it ..

'' happy 1-month anniversary Priya ... I can't believe that we married one month ago .. i will always wait for your love no matter how much time it takes you to realise .. ''

my eyes became wet reading that card .. so all his preparations are for me .. he brought me roses as today is our 1 month anniversary .. ''i am sorry Arjun .. '' I said to him and ran my fingers through his hairs ..

i turned off the flash and kept that card aside and slept..

i woke up with the car honking sound ... i got up from my bed and went towards window .. i saw arjuns car leaving .. my face became pale seeing that .. he dint even wake me up .. dint even give me a morning kiss ..

i am disappointed now ... why don't i apologise him first .. i will plan a surprise and apologise him .. i picked my phone quickly and called to anitha aunty ..

i went to bathroom and freshed up .. i wore something simple and classy ..

i went down stairs to see my maid cleaning the dishes .. ''you look so beautiful dear''malini aunty said .. ''thanks aunty .. '' i said and smiled back ..''so why arent you going to office dear its already late '' she said ..

''i will go aunty .. but before that you will be teaching me how to make carrot halwa '' i said and showed my puppy eyes .. ''ok ok i will teach you beta '' she said and we started making .. she gave me instructions and i did it as she said ..

finally the dish is ready .. i took a spoon and tasted the dish .. ''yummy .. aunty its so good '' i said enjoying the halwa .. she chuckled .. '' wow priya .. you did an amazing job '' i said and patted myself .. i kept that halwa in fridge and thought to give it to arjun when he come home ..

''ok beta .. i will leave now .. do you need anything else '' she asked .. i nodded no .. after sometime i left for the office .. every thing in the office is going well .. all the deals are getting accepted by various companies and my father is very proud about me ..

what else do a girl want more than this .. making her father happy is the greatest thing a girl can ever do .. but what about the one who is the reason behind all of this my inner voice said ..

shall i call him .. nah .. i will surprise him .. i will go to his office directly and give him a surprise .. i started my car and went near a flower shop ..i took some red roses and reached his office ..

i entered into his huge office and every one is staring at me and that's common .. i reched his floor and was about to enter but his P.A said that he is in a very important meeting and he warned not to diturb him .. he is clearly making reasons to ignore me ..

''how dare he ... '' i thought and asked his PA to inform about me .. even though his PA said him ..he doesn't even care the shit about me... how rude .. i knocked his door impatiently .. as there was no reply i directly entered his cabin ..

''yeah this will be alright and we will confirm this '' arjun was explaining to a client and he suddenly looked into my eyes and widened his eyes ...all the clients looked at me and i smiled awkwardly at them ...

i saw vikram also sitting there with everyone .. he stood up and told me .. ''priya you here come inside .. guys she is my best friend .. '' vikram introduced me to everyone ..

''its ok '' he said and took the flowers from my hand ...

''what .. that easy .. you told me sorry so easily .. god .. i prepared my self for somany things .. i thought you would again become that arrogant khanna who sucks my blood '' i started blablering and he glared at me angrily ..

''why are you glaring at me like that am i wrong..? no not at all you are arrogant and ru...'' i was about to say something and he placed his lips on mine .. he dragged my waist and pulled me closer and i tightly held his collar ..

he kissed me so passionately .. his hands were making patterns on my waist giving me butterflies in my stomach .. i responded to his kiss .. after some time he left me and went toward his cabin without even glaring at me ..

now go to hell ... i am the one who said sorry .. and this fellow not even looking at me .. i left the office and went to my house .. i changed my dress and sat on the couch in the living room and was waiting for him to come so that i can give him that halwa which i made ..

he came home and went to bedroom to fresh up .. i hurried to kitchen and heated the halwa and kept it ready for him .. after a few minutes he came down and sat on the couch .. i gave him the bowl and asked him to try it ..

without even looking at me he took the bowl and started eating .. after completing it he kept that on table .. now tears started coming out of my eyes and i cant stop now .. i cant bare this silence ...

'' arjun ... '' sniffes ..''what did i even do''

''why do you ignore me like that .. i am so sorry about yesterday .. i should have given you time'' i said and cried ..

he walked towards me and hugged me tightly .. ''i am sorry priya .. i dint know that my avoiding you will affect you this much '' he said and caressed my hair ..

''you dint even tell me hows the dish '' i told him like a baby .. he chuckled ..''its awsome .. but not more than my wife'' he said and kissed me on my forehead ..

'' listen priya .. stay away from your friend.. i don't like to see him around you '' he said in a serious tone ..

''but why .. he is my best friend and he always help me '' i was saying and suddenly he picked me up in a bridal style and i tightly held his collar and looked into his eyes ..

''just stay away from him .. and now no more discussions .. lets sleep .'' he said and i shut my mouth ..

he placed me on the bed and wrapped his arms around me possesively and we both slept peacefully ..
