"...where am I?" You looked up from your spot on the floor, you rubbed your eyes with a bloody hand.

"Blood? Am I bleeding?" You looked around, horrified to find yourself in a pool of blood.

"Wh-what h-happened?" You rose to your knees when a sharp pain stabbed your chest.

"What?" You put your hand over your chest and discovered a large hole, reaching to your back you found another.

"Mirror...I need a mirror" You walked on shakey legs out of the room you woke up in.

"What is this place?" You dragged your hand against the wall for balance, leaving a trail of bloody smears. Eventually you found a small, tile-floored room with a huge mirror covering most of a wall, when you looked in to the mirror you gasped at what you saw. A gaping hole was torn out of the middle of your chest, your once beautiful E/C eyes were sunken and bloodshot, your H/L H/C hair was in bloody knots, your S/C skin was extremely pale with empty veins sticking out of your arms and neck.

"W-who did t-this to me?" You gripped the edge of the sink with such force that pieces started to crumble and fall off. An image flashed through your troubled mind: a faceless man in a suit.

"He did this to me" You searched your broken memories for a name to fit the faceless man.

"Ssslenderm-"

"Y/N! WE'RE HERE! ARE YOU OKAY!?" A mans voice rang in your ears.

"Y/N? Are you up here?" A woman climbed the stairs, eyeing the bloody marks on the walls. You watched her as she made her way into the room you had awoken in; a horrified scream followed and the woman rushed out calling for whoever Y/N was. She stopped when she saw you standing in the tile room, you stared at her as she cautiously walked towards you.

"Y/N?" She asked, a man ran up the stairs with a strange looking tool in his hand, he went to stand next to the woman and pointed the tool at you.

"Who's Y/N?" You asked.

"Our daughter" She placed her hands on the side of your face, immediately you heard a sizzling noise and the skin seemed to melt off her hands, leaving only bone behind. She fell back, screaming, you tried to help her by grabbing her arms but that only made things worse. Black lines marched across her skin and in a few seconds she was nothing but a skeleton lying in a puddle of flesh. In a blind fury the man pressed a button on the tool and something shot your shoulder. You rushed to get away from him but accidentally brushed his arm with your fingers. He screamed and dropped the tool, you could only watch as he turned to mush and collapsed next to the woman. You clasped a hand over your mouth and wept for the people you never knew. You walked back to the tile room, stepping over people puddles, and stared into the mirror. A small plant sat on the edge of the counter, you reached out and gave it the smallest of touches and it withered and turned black, more tears rolled down your cheeks.

"I'M A MONSTER!" You broke the mirror, picked up one of the shards, and slashed your own throat. But death never came, all the blood you could bleed stained the carpet in the waking room. Desperate for death you plunged the shard into your heart, but still you breathed.

"WHY CAN'T I DIE!?" You slumped to the floor, bringing your knees to your torn chest.

"If anyone has answers, it's the faceless man...the Slenderman" You thought.

"Yes, I will find him...and if he caused this..." You looked at your hands.

"...I'll kill him"

You walked out of the house Y/N once called home; only to be seen again by Slenderman and the killers you once heald captive.
