-------------------------------

Christian was seated in his rocking chair and faced towards the door which he knew will open in 30 exact seconds. He had Christopher and Cora adjacent to each other and to his left. A tall man with a similar dress up like Samael stood with his hands cross in the front and head down, on his right.

The light of the room was dim but the moon was shining in from the ventilators on the top and the windows. A cool breeze was flowing in through the same paths chilling the entire house that was surrounded by huge trees from four sides. The rogue clinked his shoe against the floor of the dusty room with a smirk sitting on his lips while his throat gulped down the thick red liquid like always.

"Here come your children" he smiles with his eyes closed directing the words towards the former alpha-luna couple.

*Knock* *Knock*

A snip of his fingers widely opens the door showcasing a tall stood warlock and the whimpering alpha on the floor. Samael tightens his wrist, nails digging into the skin and his palms sweating little by little. He then relaxes his hand and sucks in a deep breath as silent as possible. Showing any kind of nervousness now would only draw him into trouble.

"Samael!! My son" Christian opens his arms with a wide smile. The warlock shudders at the sweet tone which was very unusual to him. He bends his covered head in front of his father as he steps forward, stopping at the rouge arm's length.

The rogue holds Samael by his shoulders and proudly smiles towards him. "You are back"

"Yes, father"

Christopher's brows twitch in frustration. He was watching his son, who's the face he haven't even seen yet, call that man "father". He wouldn't have any bothered if his son addressed his brother as a father if he liked to.

But, the man who stood here was just a disgusting man. And his son calling that man father was making his skin crawl.

Christopher's eyes snap to the floor where the younger alpha was tied up and blood seeping from his mouth.

"BLAKE!!!!" the scream leaves his mouth as soon as his eyes find his son. He slams the grills of the jail trying to break them and be out for his son. "Blake! Blake!!!!!"

Now that Christopher was shouting Cora's tired eyes too fall on their son that laid lifeless on the floor. "Blake?" she trembled standing up from her position. "BLAKE! BABY, WHAT'S WRONG?!?" she screams her voice coming out all hoarse.

"WHAT DID YOU DO TO MY SON?!?" the former alpha yells at Samael who was trembling under the black robe. He made himself ready for the scene but the raised voice of his biological father made him feel guilty about the thing he didn't even do.

It was obvious in these four walls that he was the one responsible for Blake's state.

"SAM, DID YOU DO THAT?" Cora enquired with all the strength she could gain. With whatever little time she had known Sam for, she knew that he wasn't a person to do something this harsh. And knowing that the younger alpha was his brother made it seem unbelievable. "To your own brother?"

"Haa..." Christian sighed throwing his hands in the air. "Why are you teaming up on my poor son?" he sounded pissed and offended. "He did what he was told to," he said. "Right?"

Samael nods hesitantly making his parents shake with anger. Christopher jerks the grills again in order to break through the barriers. "Brother, please" the rogue rolls his eyes. He was in a playful mood right now and he did not want his brother to ruin it.

Christopher gritted his teeth in anger. It's been years since he lost his wolf but he never once regretted it this much like how he did it now. He felt helpless and useless. He closes his eyes the tears of agony threatening to fall. Opening his eyes, he glares at the rogue flames visible in his eyes.

"You will regret all this Christian, you will regret it all," the former alpha says before falling on the ground. Cora follows the lead slump to the floor.

Christian smirks at the warning and turns his back to the miserable couple. He walks to the twins and bends down on his toes.

Blake laid on the floor with his eyes closed and face glued to the ground, a cut beneath his eyes, blood seeping out from the corner of his mouth, and a big red rash on the visible side of his cheek.

His lips were swollen and turning purple from the hits he might have received from Samael. And the breath coming out in gaps.

Christian examined the alpha's scrunched body very carefully. Blake was trying his best to keep his eyes shut, keeping up their act and follow what all his twin has instructed.

Examining the alpha completely, Christian then looked at Samael. The warlock was shaking in fear internally. He knew if his father spots even the slightest bit of doubt on them, he would not think before slaughtering them into pieces.

"Samael..." the name jerked the big man, but he fisted his nervousness before turning to his father's call.

".....Yes, father?" he asks with a stable voice.

"He will survive until the process, won't he?" the rogue questions and the warlock relaxes. This was a good sign.

"Yes, father" he nods as an answer.

"Great" he stands up from position, taking two steps towards the warlock. He pats him on the shoulder with a smile and the next thing the people in the room saw was Samael being slammed against the grilled prison of his father, shaking the entire boxed cell.

His head hit the iron-made cells which were stronger than any normal ones. A sore pain rushes through his head, his throat has also been captured.

The slam frightens the former alpha as well every single person in the room. Blake's heart explodes out of his chest upon the heavy sound but he did not dare to put everyone in danger now and was forced to keep them closed.

"SAMAEL!" Cora scurries towards the end of her cell, nearing her son. "Stop it, Christian!"

"Shhh...." the rogue silenced the woman in a go placing a finger on his lips while Christopher watched it with a wide eye. The robe of the warlock was snatched away from his body leaving him in a loose fit of pants and vest. "Samael"

"Y-yes, fa-father" the warlock struggled to answer with the invisible grip against his throat.

"Did I ever punish you for useless stuff before?" he questions.

Warlocks do have the ability to heal wounds quickly and vanish them like they weren't even there to begin with, but for Samael... Samael was a hybrid, he would take in the wounds on his body like a warlock also heal them as quickly as possible.

However, the marks of those wounds never left his body, that trait in him was just like any other werewolf. This also is the reason why his half-naked upper body was covered in wounds.

Barely any skin was visible with no mark. And all those were just a part of Samael's upbringing. His father was just teaching him to deal with life.

"No, f-father"

"See, he is used to it" Christian shakes his head at Cora. "Now, Samael. Tell me why are you being punished?" the words reach Blake's sharp ears bringing clarity to his doubts.

His brother was being hurt. He clenches his fist, Kai crawls at the back to break and kill the person who touched his family. Blake tightly shuts his eyes trying his best to stop the blue from breaking out.

"We can't ruin this, Kai. Please"

*growl*

"I know, please. We can't risk everything"

The wolf whines and settles down but with no change in his anger level.

"B-because I-I was wrong" the warlock reverts.

"Hmmm....." the grip against Samael tightens after his answer. "Wrong? No, Samael. This punishment-"

"Mmhhh" the warlock breath hitches.

"-is because you were on the right" he finishes.

A hush spread through the room confusing every being including Samael. "Uh-huh. You were on the right and missed your path to our evil tracks just in a week, Samael. You were acting like a saint you never were.

You planned on being nice and forget everything about your past, weren't you Samael? Forget about the lives you presented me to consume on, hm?"

If words could kill, Samael would've already been dead. 'Cause every single word leaving his father's lips was cutting his skin through, reverting the hallow feeling inside him.

"I should bring you back, don't you think so?" Samael gulps down his fears and reminds himself of the promise he made.

This was the last day he would ever step into this house. After today, Blake and his family will never suffer from any torture of this man. This will be the end of everything.

If wanted, it will also be the end of his chapter. End of Samael Jensen.

"Yes, father" he finally answers. He somehow had to buy some time for the plan to get executed. And be alive for the sake of his family's safety.

"But-" the grip against the warlock's throat relaxes as he falls to the ground with a loud thud. "This can wait. Before that, let's deal with your brother. The thirst for the alpha blood is definitely a priority" he turns to Blake.

*cough* *cough*

"H-he needs to be con-conscious for the process, father" Samael managed from the ground.

"Oh, right" the rogue gives a thought. "Let's wait for the sleeping beauty to wake up"

He sucks in a breath and visibly relaxes. Looking through the window cross his wishes for Easton to show up fast.

----------------------

"Think about it last time, Easton. 3000 is a huge number" Duncan suggests.

"I did have math in school, Duncan. Of course, I know it" the older alpha comments.

"But- Blake will not like it"

"I know how to take care of him"

"The warlock, Sam. He will not like it"

"I don't give a fuck if he doesn't like it. However, he was the one who confirmed my preparation for the plan" the older alpha lets out the truth.

"You are kidding me, and you asked him?" the beta questions.

"Uh-huh. He knew that place better than anyone else. It was obvious if I could take some suggestions from him"

"But, dude! I thought you guys were enemies!!!"

"We still are" he shrugs loading his gun.

"What?!?"

"Derek we are leaving in 5" with that, the older alpha steps out with all his sharpened weapons.

"What the fuck?!?"

-------------------------

"You sure you will be fine?" Easton caresses his younger brother's forehead which was a bit sweaty.

"I am fine, Easton" Ezra replies with a smile however his body seemed kind of lifeless from all the vomits.

"If you want I can have Duncan take care of you, I can manage there-"

"No. Stop. What are you talking about? Duncan is your beta first and then my mate. I agree he is needed here but he is more responsible there. You can't leave him behind" the young alpha argues.

"Right. I am sorry"

"It's okay. I am fine, the pack doctor is going to come back with my report today, will know what caused this bad food poisoning"

Pack doctors were usually the ones that would treat the soldier's wounds after a war. They were practically business-less for most of the year since werewolves never do catch any disease but Ezra's case brought them some work.

"Great. I will be back as soon as possible"

"With my brother-in-law" Ezra reassures with a stern sentence.

"With your brother-in-law," the older alpha confirms with a smile. With that Easton walks out of the room leaving Duncan and Ezra alone.

"You better take care, stupid" Ezra says with a stupid grin.

"Huh, says the one who is being rested in bed for the past two days" the beta reverts with a cocky answer.

"You are shameless, Duncan. I am trying to be considerate and you are making fun of me" he glares at his mate.

"Oh right! My bad" he pauses. "You are being in bed for three days straight not two. Today does count" he nods his head appreciating his extra effort of calculating 1+2=3.

"I shouldn't have expected anything from you. Just go" the alpha slides down from the headboard to his pillow and closes his eyes.

A kiss gets delivered on his forehead which reciprocates a smile on the alpha's lips. "I will be back" Duncan reassures.

"You better be" Ezra smiles opening his eyes to find the beautiful grey orbs.

The beta bends further down to peck on his mate's lips and then look into his shimmering eyes. "I love you"

"I love you too, asshole" Ezra brings his mate closer by his neck and hugs him living in the moment. "I love you a lot"
