See I could have easily found that out but Ace isn't here , he's been working non stop since he heard the news , and I feel like he's angry with me.

Or even blaming me for this I don't know , he hasn't even been over sleeping which is something he does daily but not these two days.

I was laying down on the bed reading the great Gatsby , lets just say I have nothing better to do , and I love this book.

I stopped realizing I'm hungry , and I'm eating for 3 , so my meals are always satisfying. I got up , and slipped on some pants , meaning sweat pants because I'm comfortable.

My shirt was big , why ? Well because it's Ace's shirt , I can't sleep unless I'm in something of his , or he's right next to me.

I had to be cursed when I was a baby because they sent me to the human world , only suspect I got is my parents , it makes sense to me.

I walked down the castle hall way with my emoji slippers on , gosh I love being comfortable , the smell of the kitchen hitting my nose.

What do I even want to eat ? Gosh um pizza , some fried chicken , straw berries , ugh some salty fries , omg desert I want a brownie , and some chocolate chip cookies.

" Jrucilaaa " I sung while I walked in the kitchen with a huge smile on my face , " Veronica it's lovely to see you , what are you craving ? "

Jrucila asked while returning my smile , " Um pizza fries , fried chicken , strawberries chocolate chip cookies , ou and a brownie " I said while smiling.

" I forgot you were eating for 2 " Jrucila said while turning on the stove to get her cooking on , I walked out , and decided to not mind my business.

I walked in the council room knowing damn well Ace was working , which I couldn't care less because I'm working also.

I opened the door , gaining everyone's attention as usual , but not Aces he seemed distant. I also noticed there was bags under his eyes , he's obviously tired , or he was crying.

" Lady Veronica good after noon " someone with a shinny head said , sorry I don't know his name.

" same to you " I said while giving him a small smile , then I walked over to Aces pretty little king chair. And it was like he was ignoring me , because he was still talking to Jeremy about something I couldn't care less about.

" and what we let them use our armies , what do we get in return ? " Jeremy asked curiously , but the sound of his voice told me he was not having it.

" What are immortals ? " I asked while sitting down on Aces lap , and wrapping my arms around his neck , " Wow you don't tell her anything " Axel said while laughing at me.

But Ace surely didn't care he chose to kiss my neck , which I found funny because he was paying me no mind just 1 minute ago.

" There these beings that are born with two super natural abilities , and there immortal , but they can certainly die fast " Jeremy said while staring at Ace weirdly , guess he saw through the bullshit too.

" Ace stop " I said while closing my mouth fast because there is no way I'm moaning in front of his friends , and my brother. " I missed you " Ace said while slowly taking his time to mark me with his mouth.

" Yeah right " I said while breathing in a deep breath even though I don't need air. But hey my only way of stopping me from moaning.

But he didn't stop so I had one solution " prohibere " I said while stopping Ace from avoiding anything else.

" Ace are you okay ? " I asked while looking him in his eyes , my ex used to tell me the one's with the prettiest eyes held the most secrets.

" Are you , why are you even doing magic Ronnie ? " Ace asked while slightly raising his voice at me like I won't slap him , but I was seeing right though this.

I got up because he wanted to yell at me , which I was not having , I'm hungry I only want my food. " Bye guys " I said while waving at them , then made my way to the exit.

" Ronnie " Ace said while getting up , but I super sped out the room , and walked in the kitchen. " could you have someone send that up to my room ? " I asked , but it was a command really.

I made my way to my room , getting stared at because why ? Well I'm pregnant with a small baby bump , I'm beautiful least that's what everyone keeps telling me.

Oh and I'm a princess , I forget sometimes , I opened our room door and Ace was already in there. " I'm sorry " Ace said while staring down at the ground.

I could literally sense his sadness , perks of the mate bond ! " I know " I said while shutting the door , and making my way right towards Ace.

I wrapped my arms around his neck , and he wrapped his arms around my waist in return.

" See I've never meant to shut you out , before I met you I kept my emotions in the dark that's what my father taught me " Ace started , and I was just listening because we're partners , and that's how a relationship works with communication.

Also honesty but I'm pretty sure you know this , " he never even told me he loved me " Ace said while chuckling out a laugh , " he used to tell me and Axel that love was for the weak , he could have had the love I had but he messed up " Ace continued again.

" I don't blame him , who doesn't love sisters ? " Ace said very boldly , which made me punch him playfully on the shoulder.

He smiled at me before he continued , " then I found out he took my mother's happy ever after , then he tried to rape you I suddenly saw who he really was ...a monster. " Ace said slowly , " and even when I try to hate him I realize I can't he's my dad , I loved him since I was born " Ace said while shedding a tear.

" You can still love him Ace he's your dad " I said while embracing him into a hug , " what if he would have hurt you Ronnie " Ace said while crying in my arms.

" he couldn't hurt me Ace " I said while running my fingers threw his hair , " he could have hurt me Ronnie " Ace said while crying a little bit more.

didn't realize but his words were deep , and really had me worrying about his well being a little too much.

20 minutes later we ended up in bed laying down , this time I was laying on his chest , admiring his beautiful body.

While he played in my hair , " I'm sorry for doing magic " I said but I know he could see pass the bullshit. " No your not " Ace said while smiling , I could feel it , and told you.

" Veronica " I heard Jrucila say while knocking on the door , this time I got up first , " Thank you " I said while smiling at her. " Your welcome and I brought you up some lemonade since you didn't ask for a drink " Jrcuila said , I moved the cart into our room , happy that I'm now about to eat.

I shut the door behind me , and started to eat my food , the fried chicken first of course. I was eating like a hungry dog , I started to hear laughing coming from Ace.

" What ? " I asked while turning towards him , " nothing your just beautiful " Ace said while staring at me intensely. I rolled my eyes , why ? Well I never believed I was beautiful not about to start now.

" I love you " Ace said while kissing his mark on my neck , which I didn't even realize until it happened , " I love you more , and hey we're getting married tomorrow " I said while eating a fry , " I know " Ace said while grabbing a piece of my chicken.

" hey " I said noticing what he was doing , but I didn't feel like stopping him either.
