'As if i would just sit back and pretend like nothing has happened.'

I looked at the window 'perhaps I can.' I stood up barely gathering all my strength and walked to the window in small steps. "Tsk.." it was locked. 'I knew it , something is off..and where is isaac I haven't seen him since we've gotten into the cart.'

I looked at the doors 'uh it opened!...it can't be.' I poked my head out looking left and right before stepping out barefooted "no guards?"

I wandered around.

Finally finding a staircase I walked down the stairs paying close attention to my surroundings 'it was empty..' I looked around then sighed quietly 'just how big is this place?' Finding an other staircase I waddled my way down and looked at the hallways , hearing Arthur's voice from the distance I quickly ran in the opposite direction only to be picked up by a familiar manner.

I looked at him , "looks like somebody decided to say hi to his older brother." He said fixing my sleepwear "why are you wandering around without shoes , you could catch a cold."

"Oh my , isn't that the rumored Little brother?" An unfamiliar voice said.

I lifted my cheek from Arthur's shoulder and looked at the stranger.

Arthur laid my head back down on his shoulder "Don't mind him."

"don't you have Business to take care of , Ryu?" Arthur said.

"No , I'm completely free." Ryu answered.

"I'm pretty sure You're quite busy." Arthur said in an irritated tone. "Not at all?" Ryu answered unbothered.

Their conversations continued on this manner for a while , I took that time to braid Arthur's short hair "done." I looked at it Proud of my work.

"hm?" Arthur looked at me.

"Pff—" ryu cracked up then collected his composure and cleared his throat.

"What's so funny?" Arthur questioned.

"nothing really."Ryu said as he fixed his tie "moreover, Your adorable little brother must have some Good skills."

"indeed , but that's none of Your business." Arthur said before continuing to walk down the hallway ryu following him with an idiot smile.

'...are those called slit eyes..?' I hid behind Arthur's shoulder as he was carrying me with my two toned eyes peeking at ryu then noticing him pause slightly.

Breaking the silence I said "I want isaac." While looking at Arthur.

"How about some cake?" Arthur said with a blank smile.

"where did isaac go?" I asked once again. "Hm? Should we go on a walk." Arthur said ignoring my questions.

"I want him now!" I said kicking him with my legs trying to get down.

"Isaac does not exist luv." Arthur said with a dark eyes holding me a little firmer.

"...?" I looked at him.

"Yes." He said continuing to walk down the hallway.

I looked at the garden surrounding us beginning to calm down "why should I believe You?"

. "Because little brothers are supposed to listen to what their older brothers say and order." He said as we sat down on a red huge couch.

As soon as we sat down I crawled away from him and found my spot then sat there quietly staring at my surroundings. I pulled out a necklace with the key that my dad's given me looking at it still clueless.

meanwhile older brother and his friend were still arguing "why. Are you still here." Arthur said out of annoyance.

"weren't you the one whom invited me?" Ryu said with a smile.

"You know , I'm sure you have heard of my brother's curse." Arthur said calmly taking a sip of his tea.

I hopped off of the couch to wander off but not before Arthur got ahold of me 'uh..now what?' Thinking to myself I looked at him blankly. "Wear these first." He slid some socks on my legs then a pair of shoes , then Put me down again. "Don't wander around too much." He said. I nodded then pitter-pattered my way to the maze looking bushes.

after minutes that felt like hours, Climbing a tree I sat on its branch and looked at my surroundings "I knew it , I'm lost."

Sighing I rocked my feet back and fourth 'wait, it's better if they never find me.' "Find?" I Quickly created an invisible barrier.

Hearing a familiar whimper I quickly looked at its direction "Xi!" Hopping off of the tree branch I jumped into the tigers arms rubbing its ears. "How did you get here?" I smiled nuzzling it.

"Luv!" I flinched hearing Arthur's call.

I hugged xi closely. 'Shh they can't find me , It's just You and me now.' Riding it's back I watched as xi took us to what seemed to be an exist , as it's gotten dark hearing the faint voices of my brother and the servants searching every corner for me.

I held onto xi tightly "it's cold , Xi , but you are warm."

I didn't know where to go or where xi would be taking me , I just wanted out. Even if it's for a bit.

waking up , feeling xi's tongue licking my face I gently tapped his nose signaling him to stop.

I yawned quietly and stretched before sitting up.

I blinked at the sight of a number of tigers watching me Quietly. I looked at xi 'is this your family xi?' I slowly stood up approaching them carefully and holding out my hand towards them with a warm smile for them to take a sniff "it's alright." I said quietly. 'It was oddly easy for me to interact with animals , and I can tell that I'm not human.'

'putting that aside i did want to become a vet in my previous life..didn't I.' I snuggled xi as he began to lick me once again , I closed my eyes after noticing the other tigers approaching and laying around us.

'I could stay like this forever..'.

a couple of weeks later———>

Holding a basket of berries I called the Pack "gather around." I sat down as they gathered around me sniffing me and the basket , I held some berries out in my hand "what do You think?"

'I found these by the river , I wonder if they are edible.' I thought to myself as I leant against a tree , noticing the cats falling asleep again I let out a soft giggle "you lazy kittens." I said as I scratched their fur causing them to Purr.

I wonder what's Isaac's doing , I hope that he's having fun and resting well , and Did they stop looking for me yet? I lost count of the days since I left the palace.' Just then I heard the sound of slow footsteps noticing the tigers jolting a wake and growling in its direction, I patted their heads trying to calm them down and climbed to the top of the tree sitting on a high branch allowing me to access my surroundings to a great distance "Go." I ordered the tigers to hide away thinking that the unknown footsteps might belong to a hunter. Watching carefully I watched as a figure of a number of soldiers approached. '..are they looking for me?speaking of the devil.' I thought to myself.

I flinched seeing two familiar faces 'Arthur?' "..I-isaac."I muttered quietly. 'What is he doing here , isn't he supposed to be on a break.

I gasped before covering my mouth as Isaac's eyes and mine almost met.

'Did he hear me? no it can't be , must be a coincidence.' I climbed a little higher and sighed as i wasn't good with height.

Feeling a sting on my leg I looked at it noticing a tiny shard of wood in it. "..owie.." realizing the sound I just made I quickly pressed my lips together 'I'm not coming back with you just give up already.' after a couple of hours of them searching my area they finally left.

Hopping off of the tree and landing safely with ease I hurried back to our secret base 'I discovered this place when I was taking a wash at this river, actually behind its waterfall there's a spacious cave.'

I went to sleep as early as usual using xi as a pillow. 'It's the best.' Curling up I snuggled xi as I fell into asleep.

a faint noise of something walking past the waterfall, the familiar figure knelt down and gently caressed my cheek , "...who?" I muttered being half asleep.

I flinched waking up and startling the tiger pack before calming down. 'A dream?' , "morning." I said nuzzling xi with a sleepy voice.

I lazily stretched and stood up. "Let's take a bath." "you guys have to take one too , You stink." I said before ignoring their whimpers.

Carelessly throwing my clothes off into god knows where , I dived into the water without hesitation. 'nothing beats a clean Luke warm water.' Followed by the pack jumping into the water and some pushing eachother into it causing the water to splash everywhere.

I giggled quietly at the scene I stood up in the river , I covered up with my hands as if it would make any difference. 'It still feels embarrassing..even though there's nobody around..' I looked at my hair as it's past my neck already , stroking it I thought to myself 'should I give it a little cut..?'

Glancing at the cats who seemed to be having fun earlier, I saw them growling and on guard "xi?" I quietly questioned before turning around to see the reason that made them on guard. "Your highness." Isaac casually bowed Politely placing his hand on his chest.
