《SUNRISE ༘ bakugo katsuki》16

You weren't feeling well after the visit to your parents. You honestly felt bad, but you were glad that you finally stood up for yourself.
It was either living your life under the expectations of your family or living your life under your own expectations.
If you wanted happiness, then it was your choice to choose, not your parents.
And Katsuki was your own definition of happiness.
You were sprawled on the bed with your phone in hand, simply surfing through the net.
You harshly sat up straight when you remembered you were going to meet with Katsuki in a few days.
And you hadn't thought of a gift yet.
The scarf wasn't a gift at all. It was just the spur of the moment that you wanted to buy him a scarf because he wasn't wearing one that day.
Plus, you wanted him to wear it all throughout the winter season. It was from you after all and you're glad that Katsuki wears it outside. You could feel your heart swelling when you see him with the red scarf.
It was around 4 in the afternoon, you took a quick shower since you hadn't taken a bath the whole day, wore your winter clothes, then headed to the mall.
You didn't have any gift in mind. But you were heading to the mall anyway, thinking that you could find something while walking around the mall.
In the end, you couldn't find anything. For the months you've spent with Katsuki, there was so little that you knew about him. You decided to send Kirishima a message, then realizing you didn't have his contact number.
You asked Sekijiro for Kirishima's number, then finally sent him a message when Sekijiro gave you the number.
Kirishima, this is
L/N Y/N. I was
wondering if you could
help me choose
a gift for Katsuki.
Hey, L/N!
Kirishima was honestly surprised to receive a message from you. But he was willing to help anyway.
Recently, I heard from
him that he's having
a hard time sleeping
He didn't tell me why
though
And he always sleeps
early
So I guess a blanket
or a small pillow
will do?
Sorry I couldn't help
that much🙏🏻
No problem. If
anything, you were
of great help.

Thank you for this.
Anytime!
You shut your phone off and head to the home and living section of the department store. Kirishima's advice did help since you didn't know a lot about Katsuki, thus the new discovered information about Katsuki at least helped you in narrowing down your choices on what to choose.
You stood in-front of the pillow section varying in different colors and sizes.
You wanted to buy him a red colored pillow, it just matches his eyes, plus the color red symbolizes a lot of things, and you intended it to mean 'romance'.
Your eyes caught on an average sized pillow and a red crocheted blanket. Sweet. It was a two in one package. The pillow was in deep maroon, a soft touch to the skin and the blanket wasn't too small nor too large, it was perfect.
You immediately asked the staff to get you a new pair of it, which was done smoothly and now you were paying for it on the counter.
"Would you like this wrapped up as a gift, sir?" The woman cashier asked.
Even better. She said that the wrapping of gifts for this week was free when exceeding a certain cost.
Just perfect. You nodded in delight and watched the blanket and pillow being put in a medium sized box, covered in the typical holiday theme with a regular bow on top. They placed the box inside a larger paperbag and you thanked them for it.
You couldn't wait to meet Katsuki.
You decide to stroll once more, there might be something that Katsuki would like. You stood in-front of a glass panel, beyond it was the famous best-selling romance manga.
Your thoughts went back to when Katsuki had mentioned he reads mangas. A teasing thought of buying him one was tempting, you ended up purchasing it anyway.
You exit the mall, passing by the large park filled with Christmas lights, kids, and couples.
It was already dark, you forgot how much time you'd spent inside already. The temperature dropped drastically. The weather forecast didn't mention anything about the sudden drop of temperature.
As you were walking along the Christmas lights, you spotted a familiar red scarf and a blonde-haired person, who was watching the kids play around the gigantic Christmas tree in-front of him.

Making your way towards him, the sudden rapid beating of your heart was too loud and impossible for him not to hear.
"Katsuki."
The said man flinched and turned around. His red eyes widened with surprise. "What are you doing here?" Katsuki says.
"How rude, can't you ask me something else like how I've been?" You said and Katsuki frowns.
"Whatever. I thought you were out in the city." He says, bringing his eyes back to the playful children.
He was so nervous in all honesty. He didn't expect to see you at all. You weren't even the type to go shopping unless your fridge was empty.
"The visit didn't go well so I had to come back home earlier than expected." You truthfully said.
"I see." Katsuki says, out of words to say.
It wasn't like there was anything he could say after suddenly meeting you. He had just bought a gift for you. Suddenly meeting you with a gift on the other hand was nerve-wracking. He didn't want you to find out he was hiding something.
Katsuki's eyes shifted to the large paperbag that you were bringing. "Shopping?" He asks.
You nodded as you briefly glanced at the paperbag and back to his face. "It's the holidays after all." You said, hiding the fact that it was a gift for him.
"Right." Katsuki shortly says. God, it was so awkward. Meeting each other after buying gifts for one another was humorous to see from a 3rd perspective.
"Mommy, It's snowing!"
The both of you looked up and truth be told, ever so slowly, snow was falling and giving the plain colored sidewalk droplets of white.
With eyes still looking up in the sky, feeling them on your faces, sliding down to the ground, you decided to open up a topic that you have read on the internet.
"Katsuki. Have you heard about the Korean belief about the first snowfall?" You asked.
Katsuki looked at you, surprised. No way, he read it too?
You stared back at Katsuki with the beautiful Christmas lights reflecting on his eyes, giving them a beautiful shimmer.
"They say true love will form when they witness the first snowfall together." You said.
Katsuki's heart was rapidly beating. He was getting nervous, he was beginning to feel hot despite the shivering temperature. What were you trying to imply? Just what were you trying to say?
Katsuki didn't want to think ahead like the last time. So, he waited for you to continue speaking.
"Katsuki. I know I might sound selfish, the fact that I used you just to confirm if I'm gay or not, it's just selfish on my part, and I want to apologize for that." You said sincerely.
"And to answer your question from last time, yes. I really am gay. But I already knew before you asked, I apologize for lying." You said and slightly bowed your head, then met Katsuki's surprised look.
What the fuck is he tryna say? Katsuki's thoughts were running wild. Were you just going to apologize then stay away from him after finding out your identity?
Katsuki could feel his heart ache at the thought of not getting involved with you any more than just being a trainer.
"Katsuki. I was never good at expressing my emotions. But I hope that what I am going to say to you now will mean something to you." Just like Katsuki, you were also feeling nervous. Heck, your chest was pounding so bad it reached your ears.
Katsuki held your stare almost breathlessly.
"Lately, I've been feeling something unsettling inside me, something I couldn't name before. But now that I do, it made me realize just why I chose to go out of my way for you. It made me realize why I always wanted for us to go in the company together, why I want us to go home together, and do almost everything together.
I am so captivated, smitten - and probably corny - fallen deeply into you, and every fiber of my being is aching for you.
Bakugo Katsuki, allow me further, deeper into your life."
Katsuki's heart swelled. Damn, his wish came true, huh. He wanted to confess as well, but he literally sucks at words. "You idiot..." Katsuki mutters that instead of something sweet.
You chuckled heartily. But was cut off when Katsuki grabbed you by the collar and smashed his lips on yours.
With eyes screaming in love, with lips parted with desire, their hearts started to beat in sync.

8 99Super Sekken (An Action Shonen Story)
This is the author’s first story ever written. It may not be great, but do check it out, and I hope you enjoy! I’m currently working on its sequel. Hope. Courage. Self-value. Friends. These all were traits that former junior high soccer champion and first year Miyuki Sekken had none of until she first walked into the doors of her local High School. Despite being a sports athlete phenomenon in her school district, Miyuki dreaded its attention, and even quit her career in pursuit of living a simplistic daily routine. This daily routine would be inevitably interrupted when she chooses to 'branch out' by talking to people. Whether it be a chance of bad luck, fate, or karma, Sekken ends up speaking to someone who was unknowingly suffering from a curse: a curse that causes anyone who tries to get close to them to disappear. Miyuki Sekken would be the next victim, finding herself face-to-face against a once-thought mythical mafia. This gang is not just any gang either, but one who is run solely by the school students of Maguro High, who hold secrets to powers unheard of by the world. How will this first year survive? Will she conquer her anxiety and thwart the gang's vicious rule? Or will she end up losing more than she could have imagined? P.S. I am not a good drawer, so I use Picrews and photo editors to get the general idea for my characters' designs. Rights to the Picrews used go to their respective authors.

"Explosions are my specialty, I can and will be your doom,Now get down on your knees, baby, I'll make your world go boom."• • •Unconventional poems of a conformed man. I voice all my inner chaotic turmoils in rhyming words so they sound less pathetic. And also, I spice it up with dirty poetry, in good ol' me style, so I don't ruin the esthetics.
