《SUNRISE ༘ bakugo katsuki》6

Katsuki woke up feeling his head pound for a good while. He sat up straight with wide eyes as he realized he wasn't familiar with the room he's in.
He slowly started to recall on what happened last night, how he openly told you he liked men and women, how he told you he didn't have any dating experience, how he tried to take off your clothes-
What?
Katsuki grabs a fistful of his hair in frustration. He couldn't believe he tried taking your clothes off when you laid him on the bed.
He looked down and sighed in relief as he saw he was wearing the same set of clothes since last night.
He exited the room and saw a piece of paper on top of the kitchen counter.
i left you some soup for your hangover
i left early for work, please lock the door as you go out
Katsuki's eyes wandered to the table and indeed saw a bowl. He felt his stomach grumble and immediately devoured the contents of it.
As he left your unit, walking mindlessly to his apartment, his thoughts went back to your conversation with him.
Wait, what the fuck was his proposal again? Katsuki thought as he opened the door, taking a fresh bath. He absolutely felt so sticky.
Katsuki was already dead-asleep when you told him that the two of you should date. All Katsuki heard was you wanted to know if you really preferred men.
That raised the question in Katsuki's mind as he was scrubbing his arm harshly. "WHAT AM I SUPPOSED TO DO?!"
It was around 8 in the evening, you had just gotten out of work. You bought yourself an energy drink that Katsuki recommended. But you decided to buy 2 to give 1 for him as well, since you knew he had sessions for a client tonight.
You entered the gym, changing your office clothes into your gym ones. As you were still in the changing room, you could hear loud voices from outside. You sighed. It seems like there's another petty client that's complaining.

You were just going to slide it off as you exit the changing room when you saw who was getting yelled at.
Bakugo.
You stayed at the sidelines, listening to what the person was talking about. You looked for Sekijiro in hopes for him to calm the situation when you saw an empty front desk. He must be out for some errand.
You saw a red-headed trainer approaching them, trying to calm down the client but he kept yelling at Katsuki.
You sighed and approached them.
"Are the trainers here even that good?! All you make me do is run since last week!" The man says.
"Sir, I hope you understand that you don't get fit overnig-"
"Excuses!" The man cuts Katsuki off.
"Sir, please calm down." The red-head says as he approaches, also known as Kirishima Eijiro.
"I'm not even making any progress since my membership with this fake!" The man says as he spat out the word 'fake'.
Katsuki held it in him to not yell back at the person. If he were to start yelling at his client, Sekijiro would kick him out. Plus, this kind of situation already happened before and it didn't end well for Katsuki. He was a more hot-headed person before, and he had to be suspended from the gym for a week by Sekijiro.
"Excuse me, what seems to be the problem here." Katsuki's eyes widen and look behind him.
You were standing tall behind Katsuki as you stared at Katsuki's client. "Oy, this is none of your business-"
Once again, the petty client spoke, cutting Katsuki off.
"All he says is to make me run on the treadmill since I got here! I'm not even making any progress! So much for 'number one trainer'!"
"When did you start?" You asked. You vaguely remember the client's face from a week ago. He seems new here.
"Last Monday for fuck's sake!" The client angrily yells.

You honestly didn't know how to react.
"Do you expect immediate change after a week?" You voiced out your thoughts which stopped the client from speaking any further. Feeling all the embarrassment creeping to his face.
It shouldn't be right for a trainee to handle the situation, but without Sekijiro here, us trainers can't do anything. Kirishima thought as he remained standing behind the client. But he was thankful that someone stood up for Katsuki.
The client didn't want to be embarrassed like that, with quivering lips from shame, he continued to speak. "Even so! I pay shit ton of money for this piece of garbage, just to do the same thing every session!"
You felt yourself ticked at the language of the client. He was already saying rude things to Katsuki as if he wasn't there.
You inwardly pat yourself on the back for being a patient person, if you weren't, you would've punched the life out of this man.
You were about to speak when someone butts in as well. "I believe we've met at a bar before, sir. Don't you think that's the reason why you're not progressing?"
The four of you looked to the side and saw a pink-haired girl, crossing her arms.
Katsuki's eyes widen at the new information and so does the client whose face seems like his secret has been blown off.
"Sekijiro!" Kirishima called and waved as he saw Sekijiro entering the gym.
You sighed in relief as Katsuki and the client were dragged to Sekijiro's office. You were glad to see Sekijiro's back. It could've been worse.
"Hey, thanks for standing up for Katsuki. You too. I'm Kirishima Eijiro! A close friend of Katsuki's." The red-head introduced himself to you and the pink-haired girl.
Close friend? They're on a first name basis after all. You thought.
"I'm Ashido Mina! I'm new here by the way." The pink-haired says with a wide grin.
"L/N Y/N." You said and bowed.
Kirishima's eyes glinted in recognition as you said your name, but widely grinned either way.
"Nice meeting you guys! Sorry for the commotion earlier, it was so unmanly of me to let you guys handle it. You can all continue working out now!" He says. You and Mina bowed and left to your respective places.
You decided to wait for Katsuki by the treadmill, which was close to Sekijiro's office. A few moments later, the client exits first, rushing out of the gym. Then, a bummed Katsuki exits the office, followed by Sekijiro.
"Ah, L/N. I'm sorry you had to witness that." Sekijiro says as he saw you, which made Katsuki look up and your eyes met with his red ones.
"It's fine." You said.
Sekijiro gave you a closed-lip smile and faced Katsuki. "It seems your shift for Monday night is over. Sorry, Katsuki." Sekijiro says as he pats Katsuki on the shoulder.
"Whatever." The blonde says and leaves to the changing room.
Curiosity got the best of you and decided to ask. "How did it go?"
"The client asked for a refund for today's session and canceled his membership." Sekijiro says as he stares at the couple of people exercising in the gym.
You were only scheduled with Katsuki on the weekends and you only train by yourself during the weekdays. Katsuki would often correct you when he had the free time from training a client during the weekdays and you were grateful for that.
"I see. Is it okay if I ask him to be my trainer for tonight?" You ask and Sekijiro's eyes widen at you.
"Yes! It's perfectly fine! I'll call him out, you can settle your payment at the counter." Sekijiro says and rushes to the changing room.
You decided, ¥5100 won't hurt for tonight.

Author here, just wanted to say that if the synopsis did not sound as exciting as I had hoped it would be, try reading the first 10 chapters? I promise it won't be terrible! :) Whoops, forgot to mention, prologues don't count as chapters! If you've read this far, I might as well tell you what I was inspired by! However, this does NOT mean my story will be similiar in any way to the novels/stories/books listed below. By 'inspiration,' I refer to mainly how the characterizations plot devices, dialogue, conflict introduction/resolution, and thought processes are used and introduced in those works of literature. But in a way, you can interpret this list as, "if the author read and was inspired by these novels, then it's possible that we share similiar tastes, so I'll give this story a try." :) -Those Who Aspired to Become Gods: A darker fairy tale novel (My all-time fantasy favorite despite it being unfinished) -Forgotten Conqueror (Second all-time fantasy favorite) -Brandon Sanderson's The Reckoning trilogy (Third all-time fantasy favorite) -Kel Kade's 'King's Dark Tidings' -Brent Week's Night Angel saga -Red Rising trilogy -Infinite Realm: Monsters & Legends -Reborn: Apocalypse -Reborn: Evolving From Nothing -48 Hours a Day -The New World -Creep -Arrogant Young Master Template A Variation 4 -Can't Cure Deceit -Super Minion -Unparalleled -Unbound -Wake of the Ravager -Overgeared -Solo Leveling -The Tutorial Is Too Hard [email protected] -God of Money -A Snake's Life -The Snake Report -The Tower of God -UnOrdinary -Release that Witch!

His Trophy | Jerome Valeska
"Oh and Jim, Jim Gordon?" Jerome peered into the camera as if to yell out to an audience: "I have Rory here," he turned the camera towards Jim's daughter and revealed to the audience a girl that had been beaten and tormented, she was gaged and her eyes didn't look at the camera but above the lens; at Jerome who was holding the camera."Say hi to Daddy, doll face," he jeered from behind the camera. She looked down the lens and shook her head as if to tell Jim not to try. The camera went back to Jerome."She's a beauty isn't she, Jimbo," Jerome smirked into the camera, his laughter becoming harsh and wild: "and she's all mine, you try anything, and I mean anything, I kill her. She's my prisoner, my reward, and you're not taking her away from me Jimmy boy, on no, not this time" his words were spoken through waves of laughter.***Rory Gordan is the stepdaughter of Jim Gordon. Her mother moved a lot so Rory was born in Gotham City but raised in England and from the age of 10 she had been bouncing from one country to another with her mother. It was when she was visiting her long term boyfriend when her life got flipped upside down, not only did she meet one of the craziest boys on the planet, but she discovered that she had a gift that would curse her forever. This story is a collection of scenes rather than a flowing plot, so its chronological but it skips scenes and jumps back and forth between different perspectives. The story is under editing, so it'll get more cohesive over time.••• I do not own any characters or plot lines from the tv show. However, all original characters like Rory do belong to me.Total Word Count [33,674]
