After three long week hawks was finally out of the hospital. Miriko had convinced (y/n) not to go to the hospital claiming if she didn't hawks would get extremely clingy. And she was correct.

"(y/n) how come you didn't come back"he says hugging her as giggles.

" because I was busy"she says. Hawks pouts.

"You could have visited I just got fangirls"

"At least they kept you company"

"It's not the same" he huffed. Miriko laughs as endeavor sighs annoyed.

"Anyway I have matters to attend to"endeavor says.

"Yeah so do I so you two have fun"miriko smiles

Hawks never let go of (y/n) flying all around the house.

"k-keigo I'm g-gonna....f-fall" she whimpers.

"nah I won't let that happen"hr says finally landing on the balcony outside placed her down before flying in front of her.

"I really missed you"He says in a baby voice while he squished her cheeks.

"i-i did t-"she tried to speak but hawks squished her lips together as he smiled.

"awe your like a cute little ducky"he says finally letting her cheeks go. She fixed her glasses as she giggled. Hawks chuckles as he relaxed in the air.

"come here girly"he says as he swoops her up in the air.

So pretty much for the rest of the day Hawks never let her go.

(y/n) nervously stood in front of the school.

"You liked this one remember I promise you'll make lots of friends "hawks says. (y/n) takes a deep breath as she walks inside.

Most kids we bigger than her but said nothing as they minded there own business.

Going to her locker she tried to open it. She grunts as she tried to open it after doing the code.

"Oh I had that locker last year!"says a voice. (y/n) turns a teen with purple hair walks over as he unlocks the locker.

"o-oh...."she says. The teen grins as he turns to her gesturing the books in her hands.

"I'm tanjiro nice to meet you"he smiles holding his hand out.

"u-uh....(y/n)"she mutters shyly taking his hand. He gently shakes as he takes the books from her hand and placed them in the locker.

"well (y/n) I can drop you off at your class if you want, I can tell that your new"he says. She nods it would be nice to have an older friend.

"if you want you can meet my other friends too and my sister!"he says as he held out his hand for her. (y/n) quickly grabs his hand as he lead her to class.

"okay this is where we say our goodbyes"he says.

"forever?"she frowns. Tanjiro laughs as he shakes.

"No, I'll pick you up after school okay"he says. (y/n) nods as she walks in her class.

A boy with big blue eyes and brown hair runs over.

"hi! I'm Phil!"he smiles. (y/n) jumps at his sudden appearance.

(y/n) for once liked school she had a few friends in her class and a upperclassmen as well.

At the end of class (y/n) walks out of class looking for her older friend.

"ah (y/n)! There you guys this is who I was talking about"a familiar voice says. (y/n) jumps as she turns around. Tanjiro walks over as he smiles.

"how was school?"he asked bending down.

"i-it was...fun"she smiles. She didn't get why but she likes tanjiro alot.

"so this is (y/n)..."says a deeper voice. (y/n) and tanjiro turn as three teens walk over one with black hair and blue tips, the other with bright yellow hair and a girl with long black hair.

"guys this is (y/n), (y/n) this zenits, nezuku and inosuke"he says. "I have another but he goes to collage "he says. He then realized (y/n) was hugging him too shy to speak. Tanjiro smiles as he picks her up.

"don't be shy there nice"he says.

"she's small"inosuke says as he crossed his arms.

"I thought you meant a girl around our age"zenitsu whines. Nezuku hums happily.

"h-hi..."she says shyly looking at her hands.

"...but then again she's still cute"zenitsu adds.

"still short"inosuke states. Nezuku gave her a closed eye smile.

"glad you guys are getting along come on giyu should be leaving school soon"tanjiro smiles.

Hawks POV

I can't believe that forgot to tell (y/n) to wait for me! Hopefully she did.

She was no where near the school. I asked if I could look at the camera.

(y/n) stood next to some teenagers when a boy with yellow hair picks her up and runs as three other followed.

Went I sent my feathers one of them alarmed me that she was down town. I flew, quickly landing causing the attention of a few peoole I wasn't trying to get attention and I'm guess from the vibe I'm giving on everyone else knew this too.

I turned to where My feather was saying where she was.

(y/n) was... in front of a noodle shop? Not only that she was in someone's lap along with four teens on the camera. But the person she was sitting on wasn't in the camera.

I flew over as they all turned.

"Hawks!?"The teens except the one that looks like the oldest said and the girl.

"heyo "I wave. (y/n) doesnt say anything she looks at me confused.

"What do we have the pleasure of meeting you"says the boy with purple hair.

"I'm here to pick that one"I said pointing at (y/n). She gave me a pouty face.

"I-i...want...t-to s-stay"she whimpers hugging the teen. I shake my head.

"maybe next time "I said. She wanted to protest but she looks at the floor shyly.

"(y/n) if you want we can meet again tomorrow"the Teen with black hair says as he rubs her head. Oh you got to be kidding me. She nods as the teen helps her off his lap. (y/n) reluctantly walks to me as I pick her up.

"who knew Mr. Tough guy had a soft spot for kiddies"zenitsu taunts. Giyu gave him a blank stare.

"I have no shame for caring about a child, then again if the child was anyone but (y/n) I predict that the situation would be different"he says.

Hawks gave (y/n) a confused look.

"You only made friend with one kid that was your age"he says.

"No, but I would prefer you bot to be around kids... That old"

"No....giyu-senpai and tanjiro-senpai a-are the n-nicest"she mumbled.

Six of Hawks feathers was stuck in a glass container. A picture of (y/n)'s new friends was placed inside.

"ashes ashes..."there was oil poured on both the feathers and the photo.

"we all fall down" a matched was dropped as they burned. A small laugh was made as a girl with orange hair follows the boy with a sad look.
