2 months later

Me and Levi have began to grow more closer to eachother as friends. He usually does check ups on me to make sure I was doing ok.

Eren and armin have been more suspicious lately.... they always ask me about Levi and wonder if I liked him. I've never seen them act like this ever. Levi has been telling me Mikasa is acting the same way. Kids these days are always changing.

I got a message from Levi asking if I wanted to meet at the park again so the kids could play together. I replied with a "yeah sure" and told Eren and Armin to get ready.

We arrived at the park and I saw Levi on his phone with Mikasa next to him.

Mikasa ran to us and tried to hug me I bent down and she ran into my arms and hugged me.

"Hey Mikasa how are you today?" I said smiling.

She smiled "I'm doing good Mrs hanji"

I looked up at Levi who was walking twords us. "And how is mc shorty doing today?"

"Tch, shut up four eyes"

I laughed "I'll take that as a I'm good"

Eren, Armin and Mikasa ran to the playground while me and Levi sat at a bench.

"Ughhh these boys have been more tiring lately" I sighed.

"What do you mean by that shit face"

"Eren and Armin have been none stop bugging me about my relationship status with you" I sighed again.

"Mikasa has been the same way but I just ignore it saying we are just friends" Levi said crossing his arms.

I nodded "that's what I've been telling them but they seem to not believe me"

Levi sighed "they'll stop eventually"

I nodded again "yeah your right"

I watched them play then they hid into a slide I lifted an eyebrow curious to know what their talking about.

"Hey Levi what do you think is going through those kids heads right now?"

He shrugged "who knows"

I then just talked to Levi about work and if I had anymore new assignments.

We were Interrupted with Eren calling out to me.

"Mommy!" Eren yelled as he ran towards us.

He stopped in front of us and as always the other two followed him.

"Mommy can we go out to eat tonight?" He said giving me puppy eyes.

I smiled and nodded "sure"

"Can Mikasa and Mr Levi come?" He asked.

"Well that's up to them" I said looking at Levi.

He grinned "ya why not, Mikasa wanna go" he said looking at Mikasa.

She nodded her head yes.

"Ok what time is good for y'all?" I asked.

"How about 6 and where?"

"Hmmm where would y'all like to go" I said looking at the kids

They looked at eachother than at me and Levi.

"La wall Sina!" They all said together.

I smiled "ok la wall Sina it is" I looked at Levi and he nodded.

It was 5:30 and me and Mikasa were almost ready to leave.

"Oi Mikasa are you ready" I yelled.

I saw her run out of her room and into the living room.

"Yes daddy I'm ready" she said smiling.

I walked up to her and picked her up and held her she held onto my neck as we walked to the car.

We arrived at the restaurant and hanji wasn't there yet. I expected this so I went ahead and got us a table.

I waited then 20 minutes later I saw her walk in with her boys. She saw me and walked to us.

"Sorry I'm late Levi" she said nervously as they sat down.

"Tch it's alright four eyes just order your drinks"

They ordered their drinks and we began to just talk.

It was a weird feeling I got from her Everytime she talked I felt intrigued...I wanted to learn more about her. I already knew alot but it was still interesting.

"Oh and Levi after dinner I need to discuss something with you if that's alright"

I nodded "yeah what's it about?"

"Something...private if that's alright" she said.

I nodded usually it meant something she didn't want to say in front of the kids.

The rest of the dinner was mostly the kids having a blast and me and hanji just talking.

We finished up I offered to pay but hanji obviously refused and forcefully paid.

We got to our cars and after the kids were in I decided to ask her what she wanted.

"So what was it that you wanted to talk about?" I asked.

She looked nervous "oh yeah levi I came to tell you that me and the boys will be moving-"

I cut her off " what!? Why!?"

She looked at me surprised the smiled "well if you let me finish, I was offered another job with this company that would have a better wage and allow me more time with my boys"

I was.... surprised "oh well that's great hanji....I'm happy for you" I said quietly.

"Really!?"

I nodded, she then proceeded to hug me....she never hugged me before....it felt nice...

"Thank you Levi...for everything I'm glad you are my friend" she said happily.

I nodded "when do you leave?...."

"Oh in few weeks..... after the office party"

I nodded "well hanji it has been great having you as a manager at my office....I'll never find one like you...." I said.

Her face turned a little red and she smiled "oh well thank you Levi I'm a little flattered by that"

I nodded "well I'll see you later hanji" I said Walking to my car.

She nodded then waved me goodbye and left.

I got in my car and saw Mikasa passed out in the backseat. I grinned then drove home.

When we arrived home I took Mikasa and carried her to her bed....I don't know how I was planning to break the news to her....I kissed her head and left her room.....

I walked into my room and changed into some nightclothes. I laid in bed and stared at the ceiling.....

What the hell am I feeling right now....I should be happy for her....she got a promotion....why does it hurt so much....

The past few months she has been the only person who didn't completely annoy me...she was really nice and happy....

We both went through something similar...it was like we were meant to be friends....or even more.

What the hell....I need sleep....I need to push these thoughts away....

I turned off my light and went to sleep....

Why hanji.....do you have to leave me....
