I couldn't stop thinking about that hanji and what happened last night....she was the only manager I hired so far that was actually good with kids.... considering she has some of her own.

I heard her knock and I signal her to come in.

"Hey Mr. Ackerman I-"

"Levi...just call me Levi"

"Oh yeah sorry...um Levi I finished this paperwork for you anything else?"

I shook my head "no that's all, you can feel free to go home if you want until Mikasa is ready to be picked up" I said resuming my work.

She nodded "well I'll be heading out see you later tonight Levi" she said Leaving.

I nodded and continued working...I sighed "wait hanji!" I yelled getting her attention.

She turned around and looked at me "yes?"

"Tommorow since it's the weekend and Mikasa won't be at work I was wondering if you would like to meet at the park with your kids so Mikasa can play with them...." I said.

She smiled "yeah that's sounds great I'll meet you at the park tommorow, what time?"

"How about 2" I said crossing my arms.

She nodded "sounds good, anyway see ya later" she said waving then leaving.

I watched her leave then went back to work.

The next day

I was making breakfast for Mikasa as I saw her get out of bed and walked into the kitchen tired.

"Morning kid" I said as I finished the eggs.

"Morning daddy" she rubbed her eyes then I handed her the plate of food.

"Would you like some strawberries too?" I asked.

She nodded, I got some strawberries and started cutting them the way she liked them.

I handed her the plate of strawberries as I made my plate of breakfast and got my tea.

I started drinking my tea and watched Mikasa chow down her strawberries.

After she finished she took her plate to the sink. And went to her room to change.

I finished my food and went to go Change. I chose some some black pants, a white shirt and a black leather jacket.

I walked to Mikasa's room and Knocked "hey we are leaving soon, I need to go run some errands before we go to the park"

"Ok!"

I sat on the couch and waited until I saw her run out.

"Ok I'm ready" she said smiling.

I nodded "ok let's go" I said as we went outside.

We went to the grocery store because we needed more milk and we ran out of Windex and some paper towels.

As I was shopping I picked out my stuff and while I was finishing up Mikasa kept pointing as the candy aisle.

"No Mikasa you don't need any candy"

"Please daddy!!!!!"

"No"

"Please"

"No

"PLEASEEEEE"

".......tch fine"

We went down the aisle and she picked out the candy she wanted and we went to self checkout.

I was walking when all of a sudden I saw another cart ram Into us....

SHIT I grabbed Mikasa out of the cart as fast as I could as my cart fell. I looked at the person who hit us.

"OI watch where you fucking going dumbass!" I said furiously.

"You were in the way dumbass" said a tall man.

I glared at him then I felt Mikasa hide in my neck I sighed I couldn't fight someone in front of her.....

"Tch whatever fucker" I said as I picked up my cart and put all my stuff back in it.

I was walking away when he grabbed my shoulder. My eyes widened I was going to beat his ass for even touching me.

"Don't call me a fucker midget" he said.

I clenched my fist. "Get your disgusting hand off my shoulder....."

I turned to look at him and gave him my most intimidating glare....he just looked at me then we both noticed we where creating a scene.....

He glared at me then let go of my shoulder....I saw employees coming to make sure we didn't fight.

He walked away getting his cart then leaving.

I looked at Mikasa who was scared....good thing I didn't fight because I would have put her in more danger because I was holding her.

I kissed the top of her head "hey it's ok...we are leaving now don't worry"

She nodded as I continued walking to the checkout zone, I checked out then returned to the car.

Mikasa stayed quiet...."daddy was that a bad man...."

I sighed "he wasn't a nice man that's for sure but don't worry about him we won't see him again".

She nodded then we arrived home. I put up the groceries and then we headed to the park. We got there and I saw hanji trying to discipline her kids....

I grinned as I saw the brunete boy jump onto Hanjis back causing her to fall.

I walked up to them holding Mikasa's hand.

"Oi you good four eyes" I said.

She flinched "oh yeah I'm fine" I saw her kids look at me and smiled.

"Hi there Mr Levi!" The brunete boy said smiling. I saw the blonde boy shying behind hanji as I nodded to the brunete boy.

He looked at mikasa and smiled "hey Mikasa ready to play!"

Mikasa smiled and nodded, I let go of her hand as the three of them ran to the playground.

Me and hanji followed them and sat at a bench near the playground.

"So what's your kids name" I asked.

She smiled "the brown haired one is Eren and the blonde is Armin".

I nodded "is it hard raising two boys" I asked.

She shook her head "if you don't know what your doing then yes but I don't seem to have a hard time with them....they mostly make sure I'm ok more than themselves" she sighed.

I looked at her "do they act the same to their father?"

Her smile faded and she looked down. "Their father left me when they were born so the answer to that question is no" she chuckled....

Shit...."oh I'm sorry I didn't know-" she cut me off.

"Oh no, no,no it's fine didn't expect you to know" she said smiling.

I sighed "as you can tell Mikasa doesn't have a mother either"

"Hey you don't have to tell me if your not comfortable..." she said nervously.

I shook my head "it's fine I don't really mind, but same as you....when she found out she was pregnant she got mad at me and put the blame all on me.....she wanted an abortion but I somehow convinced he to keep it....after she gave birth she left right after to never be seen again.....but I eventually saw her again with another man....so I moved on raising Mikasa on my own....." I explained

She looked at me with sorrowful eyes..."I'm really sorry Levi..."

I shrugged "it's fine....I'm just glad she kept Mikasa Instead of killing her...."

We stayed quiet....I Never told anyone about me and Mikasa's past....why is she any different?.....who knows....maybe I was finally able.....

To trust someone again.....
