Levina's POV

Two weeks had passed since Lucifer and I had finally mated and every night after work and dinner we'd fall into bed together and make love again and again. Sometimes he'd dominate me but for now we were just learning each other's bodies.

But now I was sitting in therapy with Angelica staring daggers at me. She was clearly pissed about our mating and she kept bringing up the worst parts of my abduction and assaults from Seth. Making me over analyze why he did what he did and was starting to make me believe I earned it.

I was already in tears when the door burst open and Seph walked in with a glare that could rival Hades' "That's enough! What the fuck are you doing to Vina?!" Seph came and pulled me out of my chair and put me behind her. "You're done here. And you're lucky it was me picking up Levina today and not Lucifer. We both will be finding a new therapist and you can believe that Hades will hear about this. He may be fair and let you live."

Seph snapped us back to her house, into the nursery actually and I collapsed when I saw Shadow. "Thank you. You didn't have to do that."

Seph sat on the floor next to me and pulled me into her arms where I released fresh tears. "Levina she was victim blaming you. And I could feel your doubt and self-blaming from the waiting room. None of what happened was your fault it was all Seth. And Angelica should not have been treating you that way." I nodded as the tears kept coming.

"I'm sorry I don't know why I'm crying so much." I wiped my tears as one of the pups came over and flopped into my lap. "I should have brought Cass."

"No need." Lucifer said from behind me with Cass in his arms, I lifted the pup from my lap and dashed into Lucifer's arms. Squishing him and Cass, as Cass gave me little licks on my cheek. And Lucifer held me tightly to him. "I felt your distress. I know you were at therapy but it seemed so much worse."

I froze but Seph was there, "Angelica was being just down right cruel to Vina. Victim blaming her and making her relive things over and over."

Lucifer's hold tightened as he stroked my hair. "Why the fuck would she do that?" He all but growled and I pulled back to look at him. Setting Cass down, Lucifer came back within my space to cup my cheek.

"Why do you think?" I pointed to his mark on my neck. "She's jealous and unhappy that you finally claimed me." He growled and was gone before I could stop him. "Is he going to kill her?" I asked Seph as we watched Cass play with his siblings.

"Just take her and torture her for a bit and then kill her." Seph pulled out her phone and smiled, "Hades is going with him." She squeezed my shoulder, "Don't worry about it, she's getting everything she deserves. She's never been the best person. Come on let's go make some lunch so it's ready for them when they get back."

When we got to the kitchen Seph started pulling out ingredients, "You okay? Besides the obvious. You seem tired or something?"

"I am, I don't know if it's my body still adjusting or what. I'm finding new powers every day and Lucifer is making me practice conjuring." She nodded and stared grilling the chicken breasts. The smell wasn't great, again I didn't know if it was because of my new enhancements. I cut the lettuce while Cerberus begged by the stove with Seph. "Want me to get them their lunches?"

Seph laughed and booped Cerberus on the nose, "If you wouldn't mind that'd be great. Their meat is on the right side of the fridge. You know what they take." I nodded and set the lettuce aside then grabbed the steak out the fridge. I cut the pups up into little cubes and left Shadow's and Cerberus' whole. Then took the steaks to the nursery, where I dished up a little hard food for all of them then put the steaks in their dishes. The pups ran to eat, then Shadow, then Cerberus making sure his mate and pups ate first.

The raw steak smell was getting to me so I went to go wash my hands off in the bathroom. But the nausea just wouldn't go away, I opened the toilet as my stomach revolted and I threw up my contents. After my stomach was empty, I felt a little better but not much. I rinsed my mouth out then went back to the kitchen. "Hey are you okay? I thought I heard you throw up."

"You did. The steak smell was just too strong." At least I hoped that's what it was. "Hey Seph?"

Seph hummed while she arranged the chicken wraps, "Yes sweetie?"

"How would I know if I was pregnant?" She stopped what she was doing and looked at me.

"Oh, my gods! I didn't know you two were trying so soon."

"We weren't none of our matings were intended that way."

Her eyebrows scrunched up. "Then it's not possible. You two have to agree beforehand. But your symptoms are alarming." She rubbed her chin, "Well Lucifer would for sure know. Your scent would change and he'd be more protective and growly..." Her eyes widened the same time mine did, "Oh shit! You're pregnant and he probably doesn't really know what the scent change would mean."

I started pacing, I was panicking, "But we still have to deal with Seth and so many things. We didn't get to explore us. Yeah, I wanted kids but not this soon. Maybe we're wrong, maybe I'm just reacting to changing. Is there a way to find out before I tell Luce."

"Tell Luce what?" His voice had me closing my eyes.

I turned around and smiled at him, "Nothing baby! Just talking about Angelica."

He narrowed his eyes and crossed his arms over his chest, "Wanna try again? I can still smell when you're lying." I looked to Seph and she waved me on encouragingly.

"Can you smell anything else that's different about me?" He froze but then crooked a finger at me to come closer. As I walked the few feet to him, he grabbed me by the waist then leaned down so his face was in my neck, he inhaled deeply over my mark and sighed.

"No love you smell the same as you did after we mated." He looked confused as I turned back to Seph she shrugged like it was no big deal.

"Then there really is nothing to worry about. Just adjusting to the changes still." If he couldn't smell that I was pregnant than maybe I wasn't.

"I'm confused." He said as he looked down at me, "Are you not feeling well?"

"Just getting used to the enhanced smelling." I shrugged. "Certain smells are bothering me."

"Sounds like you're pregnant to me." If I could kill Hades with a look I would and Seph's face said the same.

"Pregnant? But we didn't agree... that's not possible." Lucifer looked down at my stomach like it'd hold the answers.

"We're all-powerful beings we don't exactly follow the normal mating code." Hades said nonchalantly with a shrug.

"I'm sure I'm not. No reason to worry." I said trying to placate Lucifer but he let go of me to pace. "Lucifer?"

"Pregnant?" He was staring off into space now like he was trying to figure out the logistics. "Pregnant. I got my mate pregnant on the first try?" He looked at me then with so much happiness I thought he would combust. Then I was in his arms and I was spinning.

"Lucifer! You're going to make me sick!" He instantly stopped spinning but held me close.

"Oh, I'm sorry love. Have you been sick?" He pulled back to rub my belly.

"Just once, today was the first time. But the last few days I just haven't felt good. I thought I was getting another power." He nodded then kissed me deeply I could literally feel all of his love and happiness in that kiss.

A throat clearing broke us apart. "We can find out." Hades said.

"No, we are not calling her down here. She hates me!" Lucifer said quickly.

"It's the best and easiest way to find out if Vina's pregnant." Lucifer sighed and nodded. "I'll call her." Hades pulled out his phone as he left the room.

"Who's he calling?" I asked the room.

"Me!" A woman flashed in by gold light and was extremely beautiful and ethereal. "Lucifer I can't believe you finally found a mate!" She hugged Lucifer who was stiff as a board and Seph came over and wrapped an arm around my waist. "And possibly knocked her up in one go! You devil!"

"Hera can you please just tell us if she is for sure pregnant?" Lucifer was being calm but I could see he's worried.

Wait he just said Hera, the Hera? Holy shit! "Well, aren't you a pretty thing. Come here child." I stepped away from Seph after she gave me a squeeze. "I hope you made him work for it."

I wouldn't call getting over almost being raped working for it. "Something like that."

She raised an eyebrow and looked at Lucifer as he came up behind me, "Seth assaulted her." He gritted out.

"Ah yes your bastard son has been on earth, now I know why." She said with a dismissive hand.

"We're aware but you know as well as I, I can't open a war against him in that realm. And he isn't going to come back alone willingly. As it is he's assembling an army to try and steal her from me." He said through clenched teeth, "But that's not why you're here."

"Right. Hands dear." I held out my hands and she grabbed them in her smaller, delicate hands. A soft golden light flowed over me before she gave a brilliant smile, "Well my dear you definitely have a little devil in there."

I met Lucifer's eyes and he looked so happy. "How long will my pregnancy last?"

"Should be a month shorter than a human's." I nodded as Lucifer and I seemed to move closer to each other at the same time.

"So how did this happen, I thought we had to want it?" Lucifer asked.

"Lucifer you're akin to a God, I think finding your mate precedes that little rule. You were due for an heir. A true heir." Hera turned to me and smiled, "It was so nice to meet you Levina. Congratulations."

"Thank you." She smiled again and then was gone. "I think I'm ready to go home." I said quietly.

"Of course, love, I'll grab Cass." I nodded as he took off and was back in a flash. "Well thank you two as always. I'll see you later this week to finish with Angelica." Hades nodded and they shook hands before they hugged.

"And congratulations you two. I know it wasn't planned but conceiving is not usually that easy. Even for us." Hades gave me a brief hug and then Persephone.

"I'm so happy for you, we'll have to go baby shopping soon!" She squealed and I nodded along.

Lucifer snapped us home and he sat Cass down and he took off. "Love tell me what you're thinking. Are you okay with this? I know you wanted kids but not this soon."

"I'm yeah... I'm nervous. And I wanted more time for just us. But if this little miracle wanted to come now then I guess we're lucky. I guess breeding me actually worked. Maybe that's what triggered it?" I looked down at my belly and back at Luce, "Are you okay with this?"

Lucifer cupped my cheek and leaned his forehead against mine, "Levina my love I have always wanted children. And I'm glad my mate, my love, is carrying my child. I know we didn't plan this but I am beyond happy and I will be here with you through it all okay?"

"Yes daddy." I laughed, "Oh that's so true now."

"And I'll still punish you for being a brat." He quickly grabbed my throat and tilted my head up. "Even if you're pregnant my little mate. I can breed you over and over again because you're all carrying my child." I shivered in his hold.

"When can I see your devil?" I asked hesitantly.

"Mmm come with me tomorrow to torture Angelica and you can."

"I can come with? Yes please!"

"I may not be able to control myself after. I'll want to take you." I shivered again and nodded, "Wear a dress no panties."

"Yes daddy."

He kissed me roughly, "Good girl. Now get your ass in the play room." I groaned and dashed upstairs, excited for what he had in store for me.
