Levina's POV

By the end of the week being stuck only in Lucifer's house was driving me stir crazy. I organized his video games, the consoles, his office was completely cleaned and organized. I'd finished my play through of Fallout 4 and had moved onto Outer Worlds but I was getting bored. Mid-day I decided to look at his backyard, it's was sparse but large with a lush green lawn. I had ideas on how to turn this some of this space into a nice oasis but I would need help with supplies. I wanted it to be surprise so after I drew up my idea, I called Bee. "Hey Bee could you stop over at the house I have an idea I want to surprise Lucifer with but I need help."

"Sure, Levina I'll be right over." The next second Bee was standing in the backyard with me. He was a lean man with blonde hair and blue eyes. I showed him the design and his eyes widened, "He will love this. He's always talked about doing something out here but never did it."

I breathed a sigh of relief, "Really?" I asked to double check.

"Yes! This design is amazing! I might need you to do something for my backyard. I just have to talk Des into it." Lucifer had filled me in a little on his right-hand man and his mate, Desmond. Lucifer has known Beelzebub or Bee as he prefers since Lucifer fell. They became fast friends and then he met Desmond and they mated right away.

"Well help me with this and then bring him over to see our handy work. We can have a double date."

Bee laughed and nodded, "I like the way you think. Let's get started."

Lucifer's POV

Work was fucking boring I wanted nothing more than to be home with Levina. When I popped in, I heard laughing coming from the kitchen. So, this is where Bee went off to. When I got to the kitchen, they had an empty bottle of wine between them and a second almost gone. I'd be more jealous if I didn't know Bee and know that he loved Des with all his heart. "Hey guys, is this what you've been doing all day?"

Levina giggled and shook her head, "No not all day. We finished an hour ago and were waiting for you to get home to show you."

She only slurred her words a little, my mate was a light weight. "Show me what love?" She wobbled from her bar stool and laced her hand through mine.

"Close your eyes Luce." She giggled again and I could hear Bee trying to contain his laughter but obliged my mate and closed my eyes and let her lead me through the house. "Open your eyes."

I opened my eyes and sucked in a breath, "Vina..."

"Do you love it? Or do you hate it? We can change it back." The uneasiness in her voice made me finally move, I scooped her up in my arms and hugged her.

"No Vina baby I love it! This is amazing!" I set her down and wondered to my backyard oasis her and Bee made. She gave me a granite outdoor kitchen with a gas stove top, a built-in grill, and a pizza oven. An amazing dining table to fit eight sat a few feet to the side, then there was a cozy living area with two loveseats and a couch. All of it fit my modern home in grays and blues. She had done some intricate paving for a patio area surrounding a brick firepit. With the most comfortable looking chairs I've ever seen, off the firepit she left a good part of the yard grassy. "How did you guys do this all-in-one day?"

"Levina had the plans designed already I just helped with the supplies." Bee said as he sat in one of the loveseats.

"You designed all of this?" I turned to her where she still stood by the patio door looking sheepish.

She nodded her head slowly, "Yeah I just... I liked... there was so much wasted space." My happiness was being waned by the anger of whoever made her second guess herself all the time.

"Come here precious." I crooked a finger at her and she slowly walked over. When she was a foot away, I cupped her cheeks and brought her flush against me and tilted her head back so I could look directly into those stormy eyes. "I love this. You did amazing, I can't wait to cook for you out here." A blush covered her face and I could almost feel her unease at being complimented. "Well Bee are you going to bring Des over to celebrate or am I kicking you out to celebrate with Levina?" She blushed even further as I stared straight at her while I spoke to him.

"I'll be right back with Des. Behave you two." With a wink he took off.

I titled her head down to kiss her forehead then let go of her. She still trembled when she was touched and I didn't want to push her. "Pizza sound good for dinner?" She nodded bashfully before ducking inside the house. I was about to follow after when she came back out with a bottle of cabernet and four wine glasses. "That's some grip love."

She rolled her eyes before setting everything down on the counter next to me. "You learn how to handle more when you have to." She remarked with a wink, making my damn cock twitch in my pants at the innuendo. And that fucking wink.

"Open the bottle love," She giggled again but did as she was told. "You're so good at following orders precious."

Her cheeks heated at that before she looked up at me and batted her eyelashes, "Thank you daddy." Oh, fuck this woman is going to kill me. I rolled up the sleeves of my dress shirt and saw her eyes darken with lust.

I snapped up the ingredients for margherita pizza. "Normally I make my own dough from scratch but I don't have time before the guys get back. Wanna roll out that dough for me into 3 separate balls?"

She nodded before responding, "Sure but isn't that a little much for the four of us?"

"It would be if it were just going to be the four of us." She raised an eyebrow at me but before she could question it further Hades and Persephone flashed into the backyard. Levina looked at me then back at them with complete joy and a raised eyebrow, "I texted Hades while you were inside."

Vina gave me a peck on the cheek before dashing to hug Persephone. I snapped up two more bottles of wine and two more glasses. Levina gave a high-pitched squeal when Shadow and Cerberus appeared next. My mate was now kneeling next to her dog giving her a tight hug. Shadow's belly had definitely grown in the last week. "This looks amazing. It's about time you did something back here." Hades said as he clapped me on the shoulder before moving to pour the wine for everyone.

"It was Levina, Bee helped her with the magic." I started rolling out the dough then snapped to start the oven. Speaking of Bee, him and Des now stood next to the counter. "Hey guys. Vina love, let Shadow breath and come her for a second." She crinkled her nose mockingly at me before flashing me a smile and petting Shadow one last time. She walked shyly over to us, her tight jeans left nothing to the imagination and I was going to lose my mind. She stepped up next to me but slightly behind me. "Levina this is Desmond, Bee's mate and arguably the better of the two."

Bee smacked my arm but Levina gave a small laugh and held out her hand to shake Desmond's. "Hi it's nice to meet you, Desmond. I've heard so much from these two."

"Call me Des, and I can say the same. Hopefully they were as good as what I heard." She laughed again. Yeah, I could see her and Des being fast friends.

"Levina, Des is a type A too why don't you show him all the organizing you've done this last week."

Almost on cue they both responded, "I am not type a!" I raised an eyebrow at both of them.

Levina huffed but waved Des on, "Come on I'll show you." They went into the house but as she left, I heard her say, "For the king of hell he's so damn unorganized." I didn't hear Des' response but I laughed.

"She's good for you." Of course, Seph was the one to comment while she sipped her wine. I just rolled my eyes as I finished off the pizzas putting the first one into the oven.

"I have to concur with my wife. I've never seen you this happy." Hades said as he wrapped his arm around Seph's waist.

"She does make me happy; I mean look at this place, it's like she plucked this right out of my head!" I rubbed the back of my neck, "She understands me. But I'm worried about her, she's organized my entire house, played through at least four video games."

"Oh, which ones?" Hades interrupted but Seph elbowed him then waved me on.

"I don't even let her sleep alone anymore because she just ends up waking up to nightmares." I looked back to the house to make sure she wasn't coming.

"Has she talked about what happened yet?" Seph asked sadly but I shook my head. "Maybe she should see my therapist?"

"No." We all turned to Levina as so many emotions passed over her face before a cold mask sealed over.

"Vina, I think it might be a good idea..." I moved to step closer but she stepped back.

Des was still next to her and he spun her to face him, "Levina sweetie you should listen to him. He's sometimes right." Des shot me a cheeky smile, "I know a little something about the obsessive cleaning you've been doing and it's not healthy." Des had had his own trauma before Bee found him.

She played with the hem of her t-shirt, my t-shirt, before looking at Des. "It's not obsessive..." She looked at all of us and sighed in defeat. "Fine but Seph could you... could you come with me?"

"Yes of course." Des patted Levina's cheek in a comforting way. While Seph came over and patted her shoulder. "You could talk to one of us too..." Before Seph even finished Levina was shaking her head so fiercely I thought she'd get whiplash. "Okay then therapist." Seph said kind of sternly and Vina nodded grimly.

I pulled out the first pizza and set it on a tray, "Well dig in." My friends piled around while Levina hung back, "Here precious." I handed her a glass of wine after I had put the next pizza in. She took it and sipped quietly, she was withdrawing again and it was my fault. I leaned down to whisper in her ear, "You don't have to go to the therapist if you don't want to but I think it would help with the nightmares if you talked about it."

She shivered but I didn't know if it was because of my close proximity or where her thoughts were, "I don't think talking about it will help. It's what I saw while I was stuck in there."

It was the most I had gotten out of her, "Stuck in where? Baby, please tell me, it's killing me not being able to help."

I pulled her a little further away from the group and looked at her as softly as I could manage. She looked down at the ground as tears pooled at her eyes, "He kept me in a pitch-black room for a week. No light, no food, no interaction. After only a few hours I started hallucinating. Terrible, horrific things, monstrous things of my worst nightmares. When I wasn't hallucinating, I was asleep but the nightmares were all filled with Seth assaulting me in some way."

"Are your nightmares now about Seth or about the hallucinations?" I asked softly as I rubbed her cheek.

"Both." Before she could speak further Shadow came over to comfort her. "Go switch the pizzas." Levina said softly and I nodded as I left her to spoil her dog.

"What happened? Levina's mood changed." Seph asked as I put in the last pizza.

"She told me some of what happened." Seph's eyes widened, "I'll tell you later. Maybe you could leave the dogs here tonight?"

"Of course. I'm glad she left all this grassy area in back for one of the pups." I nodded to Seph and took a sip of my wine. "And maybe some kids." I spit my wine out and gasped for air as Seph just patted me on the back as she laughed.

Levina stood and walked over, her face full of concern. "You okay?" She looked between us curiously.

"Yeah, I'm good Seph just caught me off guard." Levina nodded then gave me a pat on the chest as she walked to sit on of the loveseats with Shadow right behind her, her head in Levina's lap and body on the couch. Cerberus not far from his mate sat at their feet while Levina scratched behind his ears. "I think it's going to be awhile before we even consider kids. If she even wants them. We haven't even really kissed yet. She trembles if I touch her too long."

"She'll be ready for you some day. You'd have to be a fool to not see how much she wants you now. Her body and mind and maybe even her heart is at war and you can't push her." Seph said, knowing a little from her own experiences.

"I'm not pushing her. But I'm getting sick of these freezing showers. And she's wearing my clothes! Do you have any idea what that does to a man!" Seph laughed and nodded. "I'll wait as long as I have to for her."

Hades handed me a plate with pizza on it, "Here no more heavy talk. Go feed your mate, she hasn't eaten yet."

I nodded and crouched next to Levina, "Hey love why don't you give me your wine and you eat at least one piece." She sighed and nodded switching the wine for the plate. I ran my hand down her hair and she leaned into my touch. "Thank you precious."

She looked back at our friends before giving me a bashful smile, "Thank you daddy." She said it so quietly I barely heard her, so I know the others didn't. She was trying to respect my wishes but I knew calling me daddy helped calm her. I gave her a brilliant smile and kissed her temple before trying to discreetly adjust myself but she raised an eyebrow at me. "Problems?"

"Yes, woman you keep teasing me! With the names and those jeans and wearing my clothes! A man can only take so much!" I whispered to her and she just giggled. "You are a brat. You're doing it all on purpose aren't you? Trying to get a rise out me?"

"Oh, I'm trying to get something to rise." She said so seductively my dick strained hard against my slacks.

"Fuck woman! Stand up." She raised an eyebrow but pushed Shadow off her lap and stood. I moved behind her and pulled her onto my lap. Shadow curling up next to us. "Now eat precious or I'll bend you over my knee." She blushed hard and finally took a bite of her pizza. The rest of our friends joined us on the couches and I snapped on the table fireplace that was in front of us. I splayed my hand over her stomach and allowed myself just a moment to imagine what it would be like if it was swollen with my child. I shivered at the thought, making her shiver too but she just kept eating. Like she didn't care that she was affecting me.

I guess I didn't care either as long as she was eating. I knew she still wasn't eating during the day while I was gone, but I made her breakfast and dinner every day and she was at least eating that. Giving her a squeeze when she finished both pieces of pizza and a quick kiss to her neck, I snapped her plate away. The last pizza was done and I snapped it out of the oven and Levina rolled her eyes. "What was that for?" I asked her but she shook her head and I pinched her sides, making her giggle. "I didn't want to get up and embarrass myself." I whispered into her ear and she ground her ass onto my cock. "I'm not afraid to take you here in front of my friends so you better watch what you're doing precious."

She blushed and nodded and thankfully stopped squirming. Seph was practically in Hades' lap as was Des in Bee's so I was glad I wasn't the only one being tormented by my mate. Hades, Bee, and I talked business with Seph and Des inputting every once in a while. But Levina seemed content to lean against my chest and listen while she absently drew circles all over my hands and arms. She even got me to break out in goosebumps once and I felt her immense joy at getting such a reaction from me.

When she yawned, I kissed her temple again, "Alright I love you all but it's time for me to get this one to bed. Hades feel free to take the last pizza." He patted his stomach with an eager smile and Seph just rolled her eyes. I helped Vina stand from my lap, my cock finally behaving. She hugged everyone in turn after I did. She hugged Seph a little longer than the others and Seph patted her cheek before Levina came back over to me.

"Cerberus you be a good boy and take care of Shadow." Seph booped Cerberus on his nose and Levina turned to me with a happy smile. "You didn't tell her they were staying the night?" Seph scolded me.

"I forgot!" Levina hugged Seph again then ran into the house with the dogs on her tail.

"They're going to be in your bed you know that right?" Hades said with a laugh.

"As long as she's there too I don't give a fuck." I shook hands with Hades before hugging him again and they took off. Bee and Des had already left. When I got to my bedroom Levina had changed to a different one of my t-shirts, the blankets covered the rest if her so I couldn't see what else she had on. But both dogs were curled up behind her and she looked like she was in heaven as she pets Shadow with her eyes closed.
