"I don't want this anymore Jules." I sob into her chest.
"I know sweetie but you two love each other. Don't you want to fight for your relationship?" She rubs my back.
"I don't know anymore. Can I be honest with you Julie?" I raise my head.
"Of course Rory." She smiles.
"I...I love Levi so much but I love Carter." I sigh.
She cough in shock.
"Carter...my brother?" Her eyes widen when
I nod.
"But I thought you two were over with." She says.
"I thought so too but then we kissed and I remembered everything. His captivating smile, that would make me melt. His kindness, gentleness, and generosity. The love that we had for each other. I realized that I'm still deeply in love with Carter. He can never get out of my brain even when I'm with Levi." I hadn't
noticed that I was smiling thinking of Carter.
"Wow Rory. You really do love him." She chuckles.
"I really do Jules and I told him. He feels the same exact way. Now I just need to find a way to tell Levi that I want a divorce. He's not going to like that news." I shake my head.
"We'll find a way Rory. We always do." She holds my hand.
There's a knock on the door and she opens it.
"Puppy what's wrong?" Carter coos.
"That stupid asshole happened but I'm happy you're here with me." I say and kiss his lips.
"Why don't I take you to my apartment? We'll be able to talk and...make out." He tickles my sides and I laugh.
"Sounds like a great plan." I smile.

We didn't talk much. He tackled his lips on mine and we got to his bed.
He quickly took off my dress and kissed down
my belly.
"You sure you want to do this puppy?" He continue kissing.
"Yes please Carter." I moan.
***
"That was so damn good!" Carter tickles my bare stomach.
"Yes it was." I giggle.
"You hungry?" He smile at me.
"Famished." I say.
"Let's get some food into that pretty belly." He chuckles.
Carter order tacos from this local restaurant by his place and we ate.
"You look great in my shirt." He says putting a hand on my inner thigh.
"Thanks babe." I lick off some sour cream off his chin.
"I missed doing this with you." He smiles.
"Me too." I chuckle.

Cary Simms: The Fairy Mushroom Forest
From a young age, Cary Simms knew that she wasn't like the other boys her age. She didn't know why or how that was, but it seemed apparent to the bullies of her school. They would often call her names, chase after her after school, and beat her up when they could catch her. Her only protection, besides escape, was in the words of the Good Book. But that was before she stumbled into the supposedly haunted house at the end of her street. When a mysterious ring and a drawing on the back wall of the post office opened up a whole new world for her, things quickly went from weird to scary. At a new school, in a new world, surrounded by people who had access to magic, all Cary could think of was how to escape the witches that had her trapped there. It was only having her best friend by her side that gave her any comfort at all. ***This is my first attempt at a middle grade book, and would appreciate feedback.
