"I need to get a job." I say in frustration.
"Why you have Levi? He does everything for you." Jules says.
"I don't want that anymore. I didn't go to college for nothing." I say.
"Then let's find you a job." She says.
"I went to school to become a doctor and look at me stuck here." I say.
"It's okay Rory. You'll find a job." She says.
There's a knock on the door and she opens.
It's Carter, I haven't talked to him about what I said the other night and that was weeks ago. I haven't seen him either.
"Oh Rory I didn't know you were here." He says awkwardly.
"Uh yeah Aurora and I were just talking about how she wants to get a job." Jules smiles.
"Cool." There's a long silence.
"Well I'm gonna go buy some sugar at the corner store. I'll leave you two." She closes the door and we continue with the awkward silence.
"Aurora do you want to be with me?" Carter questions.
"Yes Carter. I-I-I still love you. You make me so happy." I say.
"But Rory you have Levi and you two are married. I know you two love each other I could see it." He says.
"Yes I loved Levi at one point in my life. But now I'm 26 and I can finally really understand everything. I got married way too young. I loved Levi when we got married and for those 5 years everything was great and peaceful but now he's done this to me and I don't feel peaceful anymore. I feel resentment, I don't feel happy anymore when I'm with him. I have no trust for him anymore. I wish that I could because he's still in my heart but you always come into my head and that makes me feel so much better." I said.

"I don't want to do the same thing we did in high school Aurora. We aren't kids anymore. I want you. I want to love you. But you have to seriously pick now who do you want to be with. If you pick me, that'll be great. I'll cherish you, I'll love you, and never hurt you. But you can't lead me on and hurt me again. Because when you did it really messed me up when you left. If you pick Levi, I understand he's your husband after all." He says softly.
Carter's POV
She nodded slowly.
"I understand Carter."
She moved towards me a places her gentle hand on my cheek.
"I'm sorry for everything I've done to you." She whispers.
Aurora leaned her lips on to mine.
She kissed me with so much passion. Like if she was waiting for this.
She pull back a little and put her forehead on mine.
"Whatever happens, just know that a part of my heart will always be yours. I love you Carter." She smiles and pecks my lips.
"I love you too Aurora."
