I really needed that shower. Playing with Kurn was fun but who knew playing VR could be a whole workoutpass? And Kurn barely looked fazed. Perhaps I should train a little as well. But I hate that shit. Perhaps I can play VR and call that my workout. I'm in my own little world when I suddenly hear Lazarus' voice.

"So you want to go to the dining hall or stay here and eat?"

"Aaaah! What are you doing in here?"

At my outburst he chuckles and speaks again. "Just so you know I'm in the living room speaking through the com. If you press the flashing symbol on the tablet you can speak back to me."

Looking at the tablet in the shower I see the flashing symbol. "Why would you do that?" My voice is not more than an angry growl as I speak to the tablet.

He's laughing like it was the best prank he's ever done. "I would have loved to see your face when I spoke." I shake my head at his shenanigans and start to understand what he said about him being the mischievous one of him and Kurn. He keeps laughing and I feel myself starting to chuckle. What can I say, I love a little mischief as well. I guess I have to remember to get back at him.

"I want to go to the dining hall and as an apology you can show me the VR room after." I say with some confidence in my voice.

"As the female desires." Is his answer and I imagine him doing some mock bow. "But before that we have to see Skillys."

This day turned out quite well. This morning, after what happened after breakfast and what he said I had a bad feeling in my stomach. But meeting his friend and playing with him seems to have lightened the mood between us. He has been playful and joking between all the seriousness and that is exactly what I needed.

I am playful and like to joke around. Me and my friends usually do pranks on each other or on unknowing citizens around us. When he is playful I dare to be more playful as well. Trying to forget, or ignore, all that has happened. Sure it's hard considering these aliens are large and blue but I try my best to act like that is normal.

I don't really have anything left on earth. Last time I actually did something with my friends was two weeks ago, or at least two weeks prior to being abducted. All I do is wake up, go to work, go home, fix dinner, see a movie and then sleep again. I have no interest in doing anything since what happened with Jason. My therapist says that I have a minor depression, but that's normal after a separation. Besides, I'm too tired after working 7-19 to meet up with friends anyway. It's like I have just given up on life back at home. A new beginning could be good for me. But I don't know what this life will expect out of me, except having children.

After my shower I decided to be nice to Lazarus and chose a dress, this one is light pink and fits perfectly as the other two outfits did. Lazarus said that I looked delicious in a dress and feeling desired by a man is exhilarating. Sure, Jason said I looked beautiful but I never saw the pure desire in his eyes that I see in Lazarus.

When I enter the living room he turns towards me and his gaze travels from my face, down my body and then back up again. I can see his approval of my choice in clothing in his eyes. I bite my lip as he comes towards me with confident strides.

"Beautiful, as always." He takes my hand and brings it up to his mouth to kiss my knuckles. "I will have to hold on tight to you so no other male will steal you during lunch." I actually give out one of those girly giggles. You know those that the girls do in movies when the hot guy looks their way.

Clearing my throat in embarrassment I give him a cheesy reply. "You clean up rather well too." I give myself a mental slap on the forehead. Honestly, is that the best I could do? He looks at me funny but then shrugs letting my stupidness go.

He leads the way to the dining hall. "There will be Galdrians, Farnders and Grongers there. The Grongers are loud but they are alright. They will not touch you. They are only interested in their own species and have never mated outside their species."

The dining hall is loud with chatter and occasional outburst from some frog like thing that must be the Grongers. Upon our entry the hall slowly falls into silence and all eyes turn to me. I feel my face glow red as a neon sighn outside a stripclub. Lazarus acts like nothing is out of the ordinary leading me in with a hand on the small of my back. I can hear murmurs and whispers as we pass the aliens seated around the dining hall. Someone waves at Lazarus and he steers us in that direction. When we come closer I think that I recognise one of the males to be Kurn, but honestly, everyone kind of looks the same.

"Hey. This is Elina. Elina, this is Sulu, Reli and Makkan, and of course Kurn." Lazarus introduces everyone at the table and they shake my hand. Sulu and Reli have a dark blue tone to their skin and Makkan is a paler blue than Lazarus. "They are all a part of my platoon."

"Nice to finally meet the human." Sulu gives me a large smile. "Hope you like it on the ship so far."

"You should see her in the game room. She goes all in to kill off those aliens." Kurn laughs out. I bite my lip and look down at the table, feeling a bit shy about Kurn's compliment. It is a compliment, right? Lazarus pulled out a chair and motions for me to sit.

"I'll get us something to eat." Lazarus whispers in my ear and I give him a shy nod.

"Do you like games?" Makkan exclaims. "I love to play games! Have you tried the VR-room yet?"

My head snaps up to look at Makkan and all the shyness evaporates. "No. We didn't have time. Lazarus promised me that he would take me later today. Maybe I can persuade him to take me after lunch." I smile with my whole face at the prospect of playing some more. "Maybe you can come as well? Kurn said that six can play at the same time." I look around the little group that's sitting around the table.

"That would be great!" Makkan can barely sit still on his chair from excitement.

Lazarus comes back with a tray and two plates of food and again it looks and smells delicious. "Thank you." I give him the sweetest smile I can produce. "Can we go to the VR-room after lunch?"

Lazarus hesitates before answering. "Do you remember that we have to see Skillys after lunch?" And my face drops into a pout immediately.

"Oooh! She's going all female on you, man." Kurn gives Lazarus a sly smirk. "He's whipped already." The other around the table laughs and I can't help but giggle with them.

"The beautiful sound of a female. How I have missed it. It's not the same over the virtual com." Reli sighs. "I could easily get used to having you around the ship. Just promise that you will sit with us from time to time."

"You guys are my best friends so of course I'll sit with you." I manage to press out between my giggles.

"We're your only friends, baby." Kurn says with a wink.

I turn to Lazarus to answer his question, with a new question. "Do we really have to meet Skillys first?" I look at him with wide pleading eyes and bite my lip. Yeah I can go all puppy-eyed to get my will through.

"If we don't we won't have time for it later." He picks up a string of my hair and puts it behind my ear. His fingers then gently follow the shell of my ear and then my cheek to finally stop under my chin. With his thumb he pulls my lip free of my teeth. "If you are a good girl I will take you to the VR-room after the examination." He holds my gaze captive with his own while he says all of this. I'm completely mesmerized by him and all I can do as an answer is nod at him. "That's a good girl." He praises me and I feel my cheeks flush. He leans towards me to give me a kiss when someone clears their throat loudly.

"As wonderful as it is to see two mates interacting, I would like to remind you that we, your best friends, are here as well." Kurn smirks at us as I quickly break the moment between me and Lazarus. Lazarus on the other hand gives out an angry growl and glare at Kurn.

During the meal me and Makkan have a heated discussion about games. He wants to know what kind of games I usually play and what kind of games there are on earth. Kurn jumps in from time to time and he promises that he will try to download a few games from earth and program them to work on their technology. Lazarus leaves us for a short time to speak to another captain and he also comes by with him to introduce us. Apparently that captain is to supervise Lazarus' platoon for a few shifts as well as his own so that Lazarus has time with me.

After the lunch is over we wave goodbye to my "best friends" with the promise to meet at the VR-room later. Then Lazarus and I make our way to the examination room to meet Skillys and Nim. I feel a little apprehensive about going to the examination room. Lazarus takes my hand and gives it a reassuring squeeze.

Skillys and Nim are in an excited discussion as we enter the examination room. Skillys turn towards us with a large smile on his thin lips. "Us have exciting news for thee." He waits for us to take a seat, me on the bed and Lazarus on the chair next to it. "But first us are very curious about how thee's day has been?" He turns towards me. "Have thee slept alright? Have thee eaten and been able to keep the food?"

"Ehm. Yes on all of those questions. I slept well and have eaten three times and feel well. No pain, no nausea or dizziness." I think if there is something more I should add but instead Lazarus starts talking.

"She has seemed fine all night and day. She has had one episode of faintness but did not lose councessnes. It was probably stress related and I was able to calm her down." While Lazarus is talking Nim comes up to me to take some blood samples. "She has been active and has played some VR-game in the game room. She has eaten a few different meals, both meats and vegetables so far and it doesn't seem like she reacts to anything." I get a little irritated that Lazarus keeps talking to Skillis about me when I could do that. It's like being at the doctors with your parents.

"I can speak for myself." I throw a small glare in Lazarus' direction. "But all that he says is true." Just to spite Lazarus I add. "I have felt completely normal except for the fact that I shouldn't be here." At this Lazarus gives a low growl. Somehow this meeting with Skillys has brought back the feeling of being forced into something I myself has not chosen and I feel like I want to revolt.

"We have already discussed this. There is no way I will let you return to your home planet." We both glare at each other until Skillys gives a little cough to catch our attention.

"Well. Anyway, it is good that human Elina is feeling fine. How has thees interaction been?" His small pale eyes flew between us in hope to not miss anything.

"We haven't fucked if that's what you're asking." I sneer at him.

And at the same time Lazarus says. "We have made some big progress." At this I raise a questioning eyebrow but Lazarus has his attention aimed at Skillys. "As Elina says we still haven't had intercorse, but there has been progress in the everyday relationship."

"And all those times that you have gone a little too far." Lazarus turns to me with a sexy smirk on his lips and gives me a wink.

"Yes. All those times. They have been good." I keep glaring at him. How can that be a good thing when he doesn't respect my boundaries?

"That is very good to hear as us have some interesting news. Do the blood samples show the same result today, Nim?" Skillys turns to Nim that is standing by the counter and runs my newly taken samples through the machine.

"Yes, Skillys. Today's samples show that us read yesterday's sample right. It seems that Elina is going to be fertile in the coming days." Nim has a large toothy smile on her face as she looks between me and Lazarus. But her smile falls some as her eyes land on me. My face must have shown the horror I was feeling.

Fertile. They expect me to get pregnant in the next few days? I haven't even known Lazarus for more than a day and now they want me to be impregnated by him? I feel sweat break out on my forehead and my back, it feels like my lunch is making its way back out the way it came in.
