Kai and i are happy together now. I'm happy, he's happy and even Damon is happy. Well, Damon is happy because i'm happy but it counts. But Stefan isn't happy at all. It bothers him even though HE broke up with ME not the other way around. Kai knows that and tries to rub it into his face whenever the three of us see eachother.

Damon, Kai, Stefan and i were hanging out on the parking lot of the Grill. They threw us out because they were closing for the night. Kinda wierd with the ex around but i'm civil with it. I have to.

Damon was telling an emberassing story about me and i couldn't help but blush and look anywhere else but into their eyes.

Damon chuckled "...and then she ran drunk into against the glass door of our backyard. She fell backwards on her butt and started to laugh like crazy. "

Kai started to laugh. I put a hand on my forehead and shook my head. I looked around and saw an old friend of mine breaking into the Grill.

Me "Hi, i think i just saw an old friend breaking into the Grill. "

Damon joked "then let's tell her that breaking into something is not the right way"

I laughed "Coming from you"

Stefan "Let's go inside"

We walked inside and my jaw droped. Jasmine was standing there with a little flame in her hand. Kai turned the lights on. She looked devastated.

Damon "Jasmine?"

I looked at him "you know here?"

Damon shrugged "we had something going on back in the 20s"

i nodded and looked at her.

Me "What are you doing with that flame?"

Jasmine "You killed him."

I asked confused "killed who?"

Jasmine "You killed Flynn"

I bit my lip. crap.

I took a deep breath "Carrie, listen to me, I'm sorry about what happened to Flynn but we didn't have a choice. He didn't leave us one"

Claire scoffed and nodded" Yeah, right, you think that's why I'm willing to blow this place? because your little friends killed him? you falling for Stefan, sacrificing your life for him, it's all just a fairytale-camelot-shit in Mystic Falls."

I sighed "Thank you for that"

Claire "But once Camelot dies, everyone will know my truth, that love means death."

i had to try to calm her down. I took a step torwards her. She held the flame out to me and i raised my hands as a piece sign.

I shook my head " You're wrong, It's not. You saw all these happy people outside, right? They're happy out there because love is real, love is....it's life itself..and if I die today it'll be ok because i loved."

I could sense the fear on the three vampires behind me because of my last sentence.

I took another step closer. I could feel tears running down my cheeks. I was moved by my own words.

I took a shaky breath''Because I was one of those people lucky enough to have felt it, from the moment he walked into my life everything changed, I became someone I didn't even know I was capable of becoming, I became the very best versiono..of myself and that would've never been possible without our love. Claire smiled a little with trears in her eyes "You really know how to make a girl believe in love again."

She made the fire disapear.

I sighed relieved.

I looked around and saw the three guys looking at me in awe. Looks, like they were as moved as i was.

I took a deep breath "i-i-i need fresh air"

I stormed outside. I walked to the side of the Grill and put a hand on the wall to support myself. The other one went to my stomach. I was crying now. I heard someone leaving the Grill and coming my way.

I turned around and saw Stefan. I leaned my back against the wall and looked at him.

Stefan said shyly "Hey "

I replied half smiling "hi.."

Stefan took a deep breath "It was..a very brave thing you did back there"

I nodded and looked down"Yeah, that's me..always trying to save the world"

I wiped my tears away.

Stefan took a step closer "You ok?"

I scoffed sobbing and looked at him "How can i be ok after that speach?. I almost turned it off back there, so emotional moved was i"

Stefan narrowed his eyebrows "Why didn't you? what stopped you?"

Me "Because i meant every single word i said but i didn't direct it at you, Stefan. Yes, i loved you, believe, i loved you so much...but there was only one person who made me see that, eventhough i loved others around me..., i didn't love mysel. And that person wasn't you. It was Kai. I've moved on, Stefan, and i'm happy, just like you are with Caroline. "

I saw a tear rolling down his cheek.

I smiled under tears and nodded "i'm happy"

Me "Because i meant every single word i said but i didn't direct it at you, Stefan. I smiled.

I know i mean much to her but so much?. It's an amzing feeling.

You guys have no idea how scared i was when she said those things to Claire. I thought she meant Stefan. I feel so honord. I-i-i'm speechless.

She's mine. She'll always be mine.
