It was easy for Yoongi to convince Hoseok to come with him since the man has already decided that he was going to free Persephone from the clutches of Hades but he was surprised to see his uncle asking to accompany him yet he wasn't complaining at all.

Hoseok has already accepted that he was going down into the underworld all alone so it was a pleasant surprise to know that he wasn't actually going alone, having someone by his side who was fighting for the same goal. Getting Taehyung out of the underworld and back to his father's side where he belonged to.

Seokjin actually has made his warning come true, the god of harvest was too deep in his misery to let anything grow and the humans started to notice this change as well, crying out for the gods and begging for the harvest to return yet Demeter stayed adamant and hid inside the ever growing forest.

He hid away from the other gods, in the forests of Artemis who helped the distressed god and not allowing her father, Namjoon to follow Demeter into the forest, hiding Seokjin from his worried eyes. Seokjin was absolutely heartbroken, his little bundle of joy, his rose, his son has been ripped away from him.

His dear Taehyungie was gone, in the clutches of Hades and just the thought of them staying together in the underworld brought tears to Seokjin's eyes after recalling the horrible things Jeongguk has supposedly done. It never once crossed his mind that Namjoon has been lying about the gruesome actions his brother did so he could separate Taehyung and Jeongguk for his own selfish reasons.

So he drowned himself into his misery, ignoring Namjoon's desperate calls for him who in return ignored his fuming husband Jimin. The Queen of Olympus therefore urged Yoongi to get him back Taehyung, planning to tell Namjoon that it was all his plan in saving the favorite son so Namjoon would finally give him the attention he deserved.

Which led to Yoongi and Hoseok standing in front of the hell palace, the large black building threateningly towering over them at a height of more than twenty feet, the screams of the condemned filling their ears, the irritating smell of ash and burnt flesh in their nostrils and fire surrounding their vision.

"Hell, how much I hate this fucking place", Hoseok grumbled annoyed while Yoongi looked around, not feeling quite comfortable with staying in the underworld but he remembered the promise he has given Jimin to return Zeus' son safely.

"You've been here often?", Helios asked his nephew who nodded, pushing the tall two entrance doors open and stepping inside without even caring for the close coming demons. "Yes, I'm the delivery boy of the gods after all, so I can go to hell as part of few gods", Hoseok swiftly explained before turning to a small sized servant.

"Tell your Master, Hermes wants to speak with him and if he doesn't come out, we'll take what we came for without asking", Hoseok snarled at the demon, impatient and clearly not in the mood to wait. It would be impossible to steal anything from the hell's palace without Jeongguk's notice and the god of the underworld would rage when this came out, a war threatened so Hoseok decided to be civil, as much as he hated it.

But for Taehyung's sake, he was willing to cast his anger aside so he got his fiance back unharmed. Hoseok didn't want to think about the promise cord bounding Taehyung to the lord of death, that the poor god of flowers was forced to his side because Hoseok was a cheery person and believed in second chances. He was going to have Taehyung back for sure.

"Shouldn't you be crying your eyes out in your bed instead of pestering me, Hermes? I'm surprised you want to see the one breaking your engagement", Jeongguk's malicious words were the first thing that appeared before the god himself came into view, wearing ashy grey robes that revealed his veiny arms bulging with threatening muscles.

The golden shimmering promise cord and another, delicate looking cord seemed to make fun of Hoseok who grit his teeth. "You know why I'm here, I'm here for Taehyung", Hermes said but the god of the underworld seemed to completely ignore Hoseok because his black soulless eyes moved over to the god of the sun standing next to his nephew.

"Helios, you indeed are welcomed here. I was actually about to ask for your presence as I need a favor from you", Hades said with a charming smile yet Yoongi didn't flinch and only stared at the smiling god. It was a weird sight, the two men contrasting in their powers but appearing just like the opposite, the golden sun god stone faced while the dark underworld god was smiling.

Yoongi stared at the god suspiciously, not knowing what Hades was playing yet when he searched for the lie in his eyes, there was none. Just a weird sign of hope of whatever reason Yoongi was yet to find out about.

"And what would that be, ruler of hell? Because the only thing I could want is the return of Persephone", Yoongi said coldly, noticing the glint of pain in Jeongguk's eyes before he shook his head with a little laugh. "That I cannot give you. But after I show you why I need your help, I'm sure you will agree with me", Jeongguk said and made an elegant movement with his arm into one direction.

"I simply want to show you", Hades said with a charming smile, his usual dark colors disappearing around him yet Hoseok and Yoongi threw each other suspicious glances. "Oh please, you're in my territory, if I wanted to kill you for invading my privacy, I could've already done that", Jeongguk said amused.

Yoongi was the first one to step forward, knowing he had to finish this task to finally be with Jimin just like the other has promised. "Lead the way", he said through gritted, not wanting to trust the malicious god who was known for playing tricks and betraying anyone on his way. "Stay close and search for Taehyung", Yoongi told Hoseok who was already looking around to find his beloved fiance.

Jeongguk led them through some corridors, way too confusing used structure for them to recognize the way back, they heard screams and growls, probably a hell hound while they followed Jeongguk into the darkness of his palace.

He stopped in front of a door, turning to the two men and for the first time in centuries, Yoongi saw not one smile dancing on his pale lips. Instead, his face was clouded with worry. "Allow me to explain first before you're reaching for my throat", the king of the underworld said before he pushed the door open.

Revealing a beautiful bedroom created in the softest and surprisingly dreamy colors of purity and innocence. Hoseok couldn't help but to admire the beauty of the room before his eyes fell on the large bed in the middle of the room. Where a small soft person laid, chest weakly heaving up and down.

"It's about Taehyung. He's dying."

Hoseok exploded in furious rage.
