"Oh sweet child, you're going through so much", a tender voice cooed above Taehyung's head and when he opened his eyes, he was met with the sight of a smiling man looking at him. The man had the face of his father but Taehyung knew that it wasn't him. 

"Sit up and lay by my side, sweet child, you deserve a rest after all you've been through", the god of dreams gently said and patted the side next to him. He was laying on a large bed in the middle of a poppy field and Taehyung instinctively knew who it was and that he was dreaming.

"Morpheus", Taehyung mumbled tiredly, rubbing one fist over his eyes before facing the smiling god of dreams who started to caress his hair as soon as Taehyung laid down next to him. "Hello, beautiful child. You're going through so much pain yet you're being so strong and I'm truly proud of you", Morpheus mumbled gently.

The man, as the god of dreams, knew about all of Taehyung's darkest wishes and deepest desires, knowing every sleeping person inside out as he was the one creating their dreams and he was especially close with the son of Demeter.

He has seen Jeon Jeongguk's dreams, knew about his desire for the little god of flowers and he felt the need to bring them together, they were fated after all. Fated to be together, no matter how many tried ripping them apart. Morpheus wanted to make Taehyung realize that Hades wasn't a bad man, only held down by his bad reputation. 

"Come to me and allow me to help you forget the pain in your gentle heart, my child", the god of dreams smiled and Taehyung complied, not even the little god of flowers could resist the seduction of the god of dreams. 

So Taehyung laid down next to Morpheus, his head perfectly fitting into the spot between his shoulder and neck, snuggling close and inhaling the familiar scent. The god always took the form of Taehyung's father since he knew how much the boy missed him, all the time. Seokjin and Taehyung held a strong bond that nothing could replace.

"I miss my father", Taehyung whispered out tiredly, feeling content on Morpheus' hold but he also knew that this form of relaxation was fake and would soon enough be over as soon as he opened his eyes. He felt the god shuffle, a hand coming down to play with his obsidian locks before a sigh was heard. 

"I know you do, my beautiful child and I understand that. After all the struggle you went through, you deserve happiness. But", and with the last exclaim Taehyung sat up. "Don't you believe that someone else deserves happiness? You have nothing to be afraid of, of Jeon Jeongguk", Taehyung flinched away and turned his head, only to gasp out loudly when he saw Morpheus' form.

"N-no! Step b-back!", he squeaked out in horror, moving to the edge of the bed to crouch down, trying to hide from the so familiar form of his captor. Of Jeongguk. But this Jeongguk wasn't the real Hades, only the dream version yet it still terrified Taehyung to the core.

"Taehyung, my dear child you have nothing to be afraid of. I can assure you, that Hades doesn't want to hurt you. I saw his heart and it only holds love for you. Yes, you met roughly but your own father Zeus didn't leave him a choice than to reach out for you like this", Morpheus in Jeongguk's body cooed out, voice a beautiful timbre that was supposed to calm Taehyung's nerves but it only roughened them.

"No! H-he kidnapped me! A-and he tricked me into staying with him, I hate him, he took me away from my family!", Taehyung sobbed out, small body protectively bent over while he eyed the god of sleep with teary eyes. He knew that this wasn't the real Hades yet he was terrified.

He heard Morpheus sigh and the little beauty lifted his head again. "Yet I am here in the form of him. My beautiful child, I always slip into the form of the one you seek the biggest comfort from. Now tell me, how can I be him when you feel nothing but disgust for him?", the god of dreams asked the petit male who whimpered and shook his head frantically.

"That's a lie! I don't feel anything for him!", he hissed out angrily yet Morpheus shook his head gently. "Don't lie to the one who has seen your heart. It is destined for you to be with him. That was why your father banned him into the underworld", Morpheus sighed out and Taehyung's defiance crumbled by these words.

"W-what? What do you mean?", he whispered out lowly, sparkling brown eyes looking up to the almighty god who sighed softly, sat down back on the mattress and patted his side. Jeongguk's doe eyes hopefully looked into Taehyung's direction yet the male refused to come forward.

"Your father Zeus is a man of many characteristics but one that suits him the most is passionate. Whatever he does, he does it with passion. And so, he loves your father with passion. Kim Seokjin is the love of his life and Namjoon would do anything to be back with Demeter again. Yet he can't, an old treaty bounds him to Hera and he cannot break it. So he holds onto the last thing that is left from his love life with Seokjin, which is you, their son. Namjoon loves you dearly, almost as much as he loves Seokjin", Morpheus explained, Jeongguk's hands curling in his lap while he looked over to Taehyung.

The little god of flowers didn't understand. What had that to do with him and Jeongguk's allegedly bond?

"There is a prophecy telling that Zeus will fall once the a god from the big three finds his true soulmate, their souls bounded in an immortal band and wherever one is, the other shall be with him. It is the purest magic out of all and Namjoon has thought of it as his bond with Seokjin so he finally accepted his bond with Hera and married Park Jimin", Taehyung gasped by this, this was the first time he has heard from this!

"To protect not only his love but also his power as King of Olympus. But it wasn't his destiny to find his soulmate, it was Jeongguk's, his adopted brother. Jeongguk was not always caged in the depth of the underworld", Morpheus said and a flash of pain flew over his face. "We were friends in Olympus, free to roam around the mountain before we were separated on that destined day."

"Which day?", Taehyung whispered, not daring to look into Morpheus' sad eyes since he knew all secrets of every sleeping being out there. 

"Your birthday, my poor poor child."

Taehyung gasped, tears brimming in his eyes because he couldn't believe it. "T-this can't be true", he whimpered out shocked, shaking his head silently and making his fluffy locks bounce. Morpheus pitied the poor male, it wasn't his fault after all that he was chosen to be his own father's downfall.

"It sadly is. On the day of your birth, Jeongguk walked to your crib and once he saw you, your souls were bounded. Your father found out and threw Jeongguk from the Olympus, into the darkest pits of hell and forbid the god of the underworld to never fully leave his kingdom again. He wanted to prevent you two from meeting but destiny cannot be stopped. Namjoon wanted to kill the one responsible for making his brother turn against him but how could he do that to the child of the love of his life? The only thing left from his Seokjin? So he chose his heart instead of his power and let you live", tears ran down Taehyung's face.

But the dream started to crumble down out of the sudden from his distress and Morpheus panicked. He had so much more to tell the young god of flowers but he knew that Zeus must've find out what he was planning and wanted to stop him. Zeus wanted to keep his lovely son innocent and far away from Hades. He couldn't risk losing the only thing left from his past lover.

"You have to trust Jeongguk! Give him a chance and believe the own truth of your heart! Taehyung, you hold the key to destiny in your hand!", Morpheus yelled, taking his own form of a tall lanky male with silver hair and the saddest blue eyes, not being able to hold up the dream anymore.

"And please, if you see Kim Yugyeom, tell him that I still love him!"

And with that, Taehyung awoke from this changing dream with rapidly beating heart.
