I never thought I would be going back. I got rid of that part of my life, I let go of that to became a normal teenager. But once again here I am giving up my perfectly normal life.

"Katies here!" I hear my stepdad scream from downstairs.

I zip of my last bag and roll it to the doorway. I take a second to look around at my now empty room.

"Lorelia!"

Ok guess it's time to go. I take my bags downstairs and say hi to Katie. She take one of my bags and puts it in the car.

With a simple 'Bye John' we're gone. I take one last look at the home I grew up in and watch it disappear from my view.

This is it, it's official. I'm starting over. New home, new school, new people.

I'm only going to know two other people in New York other then Katie.

That would be Maddie, her mom Hayley. Hayley and Katie we're both my mother's partners and we're there on her last mission with me. Hayley has always there for me she's like a second mom and Katies like my older sister.

We got to the airport, got our boarding passes, got our luggage taken care of and made our way to our gate.

When they called our section we began to board and took out seats. As the plain lifted off, Katie took my hand.

"Look at you, going back to finish what you started. This is going to be our new life. Maddie can't wait to have you at school with her, and Hayley is glad your coming back to shield. You know this is what your mom would have wanted, she'd be so proud of you Rory" she smiled and squeezed my hand.

I couldn't bring myself you say anything back so I just smiled and squeezed her hand, then looked out the window. I hope she's right about this. I hope I'm not making a huge mistake.

When we finally landed and got to the pick up area (sorry idk what it's really called) we saw Maddie and Hayley waiting for us. I instantly ran over to them and basically tackled Maddie with a hug.

"Oh my gosh Rory I've missed you so fucking much!" I pull back and we both have tears in our eyes.

I go of to Hayley and throw myself on her, almost sobbing at this point. "I'm so glad your here hunny" I let go and Katie takes my place, giving them both quick hugs seen as she just saw them last week.

We head to there car and we go to the house that me and mom used to stay at when we had missions.

This is where I was going to live from now on.

Honestly I'm happy it's still here, mom used to teach me all sorts of things her.

She would teach me fighting and combat skills along with normal things like Algebra, and Biology.

She would even help me practice for my Dance recitals.

This place has so many good memories, it almost feels like she's still here with me.

They all helped me get settled and then we all go out to get some lunch and go shopping.

"So are you excited for school hunny?" Hayley asks and we get our food.

"Honestly I'm not too nervous, I have Madds with me so I won't be a complete loaner. I actually am kinda excited for school" I tell them

"You better be excited, your gonna be on dance team with me this year and I do need a new Co-captain since our old one moved." Maddie said a little too happily.

I grimace and say " Yea I don't know about that Madds"

"Well that's too bad, I already signed you up and put your name down for Co-captain. I showed our Director your videos from the studio and she said you'd be perfect. I already have your uniform and costumes at home" she said innocently with the biggest smirk on her face.

"Well I guess I'm joining the dance team then" I said while laughing. Maddie fist bumped the air with a huge smile.

"And how are you feeling about work?" Hayley asked with a hopeful smile.

At first I was confused, work? And then I realized she was talking about shield.

"Now that, I'm scared for, it's been 2 years Hayley. Sure I've kept up with myself and my skills but still. I'm just scared I'll have a repeat of last time. I'm scared that Nick might not trust me after last time." I replied with a sad smile.

"Oh Lorelia, everyone there knows that your more than capable. You were the youngest agent and probably still will be. A lot of people respect you for everything you had done at your age." She said with assurance.

"And for Fury, he has been nagging me for 2 years to get you back and you know it. No matter how many times I told him you said no he would say to keep asking you. Even if he doesn't say it out loud or show it, he missed you and he desperately wants you to come back Rory" Katie finishes with a laugh.

I smile and nod actually feeling a little bit better.

"Well why don't you girls take us home and go do some shopping. Me and Katie will go home relax and then make a late dinner since it's already 3:30 pm." Hayley said.

"Ok we'll be home around 7:30-8ish" I tell her

"Alright have fun and don't get into any trouble girls." Hayley says in her best mom tone
