Lorelia lived with her step family. She was a shield agent from the age of 14 but when her mother who was also a shield agent died on a mission she quit at 16.

She is now 18 and only a few people know about her being an ex shield agent, one of them being her Aunt Katie who is more like an older sister.

Katie is 25 and is still an active agent. She was finally able to convince Lorelia to move to NY with her and go back to shield.

Lorelia never stopped training with Katie so she still has all her combat skills and techniques.

She comes off confident and put together but underneath that she's a mess.

She was born with enhancements which was the reason she was an agent from such a young age.

Beyond her combat and field skills she has Electrokinesis and Pyrokinesis. She is also telephatic and can make people see things but cannot read people's thoughts.

She hates her powers because she believes that they are why her mother Alexis is dead.

She was on a mission with her mother the day she died.

They had to take down a hydra facility who were going after enhanced people like her.

All of a sudden she couldn't control her powers.

It felt like someone was switching them on and off with a remote the lights started to flicker and computers started crashing.

Lorelia thought it was her when it was actually hydra that had devices all around the facility to "keep enhanced people in check"

She began to panic because her powers had a mind of there own and she couldn't control them

Alexis was trying to calm her down when all of a sudden she falling into Lorelia's arms while bleeding out.

Lorelia had convinced herself that because she couldn't control her powers in that moment she cost her mother her life.

She hates herself for it.

Before she left shield she asked fury find a way to take her powers away for good but that was nearly impossible, so instead she wears a ring that immobilizes her powers so she can never loose control. (This was all at the age of 16)
