"No!" Jimin screamed, clutching Jungkook's hand desperately. "No, please! Don't! You can't!"
Jungkook just kept his blank face before slowly smiling a very wicked smile.
"No!" Jimin repeated, struggling and thrashing.
And then Jungkook pushed him, and Jimin fell...
...into his sled and went plummeting down the snow-covered hill, screaming all the way and hanging on for dear life.
Jungkook laughed as he watched Jimin's sled continue past the hill and onto the iced-over pond, where he eventually trailed to a stop.
Jimin just hunched in his sled, unwilling to let go or move after the past thirty seconds of feeling his stomach trying to make the transition into his throat.
"NOW BRING IT BACK UP!" Jungkook yelled, cupping his hands around his mouth.
Jimin shook his head.
"YOU HAVE TO!"
"UH UH!"
"WHY NOT?!"
"BECAUSE THEN YOU'LL MAKE ME GO AGAIN! NOT HAPPENING, KOOKIE!"
Jungkook gave up with a bunny-tooth grin as he turned to his hyungs. "That's our only sled..." he began slyly. "And Jimin's going to freeze, sitting there on the ice."
A few seconds later, Yoongi, Hobi, and Tae were skidding down the hill and over to Jimin. Yoongi and Hobi picked Jimin up, Yoongi carrying Jimin's upper half and Hobi carrying Jimin's legs, and Tae was left to grab the sled.
After an arduous climb back up the snow, Yoongi and Hobi dropped Jimin into the snow at the top of the hill, and he squirmed as cold particles hit the unprotected back of his neck.
"No! Hyungs! It's cold! It hurts!"
Jin just laughed and wrapped his arms around Jimin from behind and pulled him up into a standing position. "Better?"
Jimin nodded. "Thanks, hyung. You're the only one I can trust," he whispered.

"Am I your favorite hyung?" Jin asked, winking, and Jimin tilted his head before nodding.
"Jin-hyung is my favorite hyung."
Hobi and Yoongi turned to Jin, glaring, and a few seconds later snowballs were hitting Jin in his precious face.
"Trying to steal Jiminie away from us?" Yoongi asked, unamused as he rolled more snowballs.
"Not fair, hyung. Not fair," Hobi agreed, only as he threw, Jin scooted over to hide behind Jimin, and the snowball got Jimin in the face instead.
"AHHH! HYUNG IT'S COLD!!! IT HURTS!!!"
Hobi laughed before running over to Jimin and brushing the snow off his face, revealing Jimin's red nose and teary eyes. "Sorry sorry sorry!"
Jimin couldn't stay mad at Hobi, but that didn't mean he wasn't about to get even. He grabbed a bunch of snow and tossed it at Hobi, who shrieked and ran away.
Yoongi, Hobi, Jin, and Jimin continued to play around until Jimin was pushed into the snow and instantly surrounded by the other three.
"Tell us who's your favorite hyung," Yoongi demanded, holding a snowball threateningly.
"Yeah, don't be afraid. Tell us," Hobi said, grinning while also holding a snowball.
"Go on, tell us," Jin said encouragingly, a snowball in his hand as well.
"Um um um..." Jimin trailed off before smiling hesitantly. "You're all my favorite?"
"Not going to work," Yoongi rejected immediately.
Jimin paused before giving them puppy eyes, but they shook their heads.
Finally, Jimin looked over at his remaining brothers. "Kookie! Tae! Save me!" he yelled desperately, and the two triplets began throwing snowballs at their hyungs.
Most of the snow fell on Jimin anyway, but he grinned.
After a second, however, his grin fell off his face as he saw five faces looking down at him.

"Who is your favorite brother?" Tae asked, blinking widely.
"Yeah, not hyung, just brother in general," Kookie added before biting his lip and batting his eyelashes. "You know the table thing was a complete accident right?"
"Yeah but I'm the one who solved the case of his abduction," Tae interrupted pointedly, and Hobi hopped up and down.
"But- I'm- I'm special somehow too!" he said weakly.
Yoongi pushed Hobi aside. "Who do you trust to keep you safe?" he asked, crossing his arms.
"I give the best cuddles," Jin said.
"So? Who's your favorite?" they all asked in unison.
Jimin swallowed. He didn't want to pick favorites. He loved all of his brothers. Just having brothers at all made him deliriously happy, let alone the fact that he had the best brothers in the world.
Suddenly, someone else joined Jimin's line of sight.
Namjoon tilted his head with a soft smile on his face. "I thought I was your favorite."
Jimin's face slowly lit up as he held his arms out, and Namjoon picked him up, swinging him around in his arms. "Of course Dad is my favorite!"
The other kids sighed in frustration, but nobody was going to challenge Namjoon for favorite rights.
Namjoon refused to name a favorite either, but he couldn't deny that he had a soft spot for Jimin, his lost son who had come home to him.
But Namjooon had learned something in Jimin's absence.
He really couldn't have a favorite. He couldn't value one above the rest. When Jimin had been gone, he'd lived through a haze. Not because Jimin had been his favorite.
Simply because one of his kids was missing.
Namjoon's favorite was his family, each one of them all together.
He had a feeling that his kids felt the same way too.
