"Just stick your arms in the armholes so we can go," Namjoon said, losing patience at Yoongi, who shook his head, clutching his arms to his chest and refusing to put the coat on. "No! I don't want to!"
"You need to because-" Namjoon sighed. He'd already explained why coats were necessary about a dozen times, but of course Yoongi had ignored it every single time. "Just - arms in the armholes. Now."
"NO!"
Namjoon massaged his forehead. "Jin, please, help me out here. Make him cooperate."
Jin beamed, proud at having been chosen, and skipped over to Yoongi. "Yoongi, look! I'm wearing my coat! You should wear yours!"
"No."
Jin waited about three seconds before he tried physically prying Yoongi's hands off his chest and shoving them into the arms of the coat.
"Jin," Namjoon said, stopping him. "Violence is never the answer."
"Violence is sometimes the answer," countered Taehyung quietly.
"Hobi? Hobi, where are y- There you are. Hobi, come make Yoongi put his coat on," Namjoon said, grabbing on to whatever help he could.
Hobi just smiled, squatting down in front of Yoongi. "Yoongi? Can I tell you a secret?"
Yoongi hesitated before nodding once.
"Did you know that Kumamon wears a coat?" Hobi asked innocently, watching as Yoongi's face twitched slightly.
"He does not," Yoongi denied, but it was weak.
"Mmhm," Hobi said, grinning. "Because Kumamon doesn't want to get sick. How would you feel if Kumamon got sick?"
Yoongi swallowed. "I- no, I wouldn't like it."
Hobi nodded encouragingly. "And how do you think Kumamon would feel if you got sick?"
Yoongi's eyes widened slightly. "I- I don't know."
"I don't think Kumamon would be happy, do you?" Hobi prodded, and Yoongi swallowed again.
"Probably...probably not."
Hobi nodded, smiling.
And so the day was saved yet again by Kumamon.

"And make sure to wear your coat during recess!" Namjoon shouted out the window as Yoongi and Jin toddled off into their school, Yoongi looking back to stick his tongue out.

And that was how Yoongi came down with a cold.
Namjoon paced in the kitchen. What do I do? Somehow, they've never really gotten sick before...A miracle, for sure, but now I'm completely lost. What if I do the wrong thing and it actually gets worse?
Namjoon hesitated a moment longer before pulling out his phone and scrolling through his contacts before skipping to the T's. Then he hit the call button.
"Hello?"
Namjoon exhaled in relief. "This is Tuan, right?"
"Yeah? Oh wait, Kim, right? From work?"
"Yeah, I'm Kim Namjoon."
"Oh, all right, I got you. You can just skip the formalities and call me Mark. What's up?"
"Ah well...you have kids, right?"
Namjoon heard a high-pitched laugh. "Yeah, my two little angels Yugyeom and Kunpimook. Although he's going through this phase where he's trying to be a 'cool kid' and he insists that we all refer to him as BamBam. But what about them?"
"Well, what do you do when, you know, they get a cold?"
A beat of silence. "Wait, are you serious?"
Namjoon sighed, this time in frustration. "Yes, I'm serious. Yoongi - he's the one that looks like a turtle - just came down with something because he didn't wear his coat when I told him to a million times, and I'm not really sure how to make it go away. None of them have ever really gotten sick before, or if they did, their mother took care of it, but..." Namjoon cleared his throat. "But I have absolutely no idea what I'm doing and I need your help. Please."
"Well, sure, just-" A pause as the phone was pulled away from Mark's ear, but Namjoon could still hear what was going on. "BamBam! Stop doing that! It's disgusting! No, Yugyeom, not you too!" A sigh and then Mark was back. "Sorry. Kids. You know. Anyway...it's just a basic cold, right?"

Namjoon paused. "Um, yeah, I think so. I mean, he's sneezing and coughing and his forehead is warm so...that's a cold, right?"
"Probably. Kids catch these things all the time. There are just so many germs going around, it's impossible to keep them healthy. Usually, you just have to give it time and let it work through their system, but there are a few basic things you can do." Mark then listed a few types of basic cold medicine which Namjoon scrawled down on the only available paper he could find, which happened to be the back of one of Tae's drawings. "A hot shower doesn't hurt. A bath if he likes those. But make sure he sleeps a lot, okay?"
Namjoon laughed. "Trust me, out of everything, that'll be the easiest part for him."
"Oh yeah, and one other thing that's really important. You need to-"
The line cut off.
Namjoon blinked. "Mark? Tuan? Hello?" He stared at the phone for a second before setting it down on the table. "Well, I'd better go pick up that medicine," he mumbled to himself before stopping by Yoongi's room. "Hey, kiddo. I'm going to go grab some medicine for you. Just get some rest while I'm gone, okay?"
Yoongi nodded, rolling over so his face was shoved in the pillow, and Namjoon left the house.

"Oh yeah, and one other things that's really important. You need to-"
The phone slipped out of Mark's hand, accidentally ending the call as BamBam bumped into Mark's leg, almost forcing him to lose his balance.
"Aish!" Mark yelled. "You kids have too much energy!"
Yugyeom just giggled, chasing Mark around the kitchen, only BamBam flung open the door to the refrigerator as just as Yugyeom rounded the corner, and Yugyeom smacked straight into it, falling backward onto his but as BamBam laughed gleefully and ran to hide in a different room.
Mark sighed, rubbing Yugyeom's mushroom head and picking him up in his arms. "Are you okay, baby? Tell me what hurts."
Yugyeom blinked for a few seconds before grinning. "I'm fine!" he said before squirming out of Mark's arms and running after BamBam.
Mark just sighed before noticing the phone. "Oh, I forgot to tell Namjoon to quarantine his kid...Oh well. He's a smart guy. I'm sure he already knew that."

"We took good care of Yoongi while you were gone, Daddy!" Jin said as Namjoon walked in the door.
Namjoon smiled tiredly. "Good job, Jin."
"And me! And me!" Hobi shouted anxiously, scared to lose credit.
"And you, Hobi."
"And Jimin! And-"
"All of you. Okay? All of you did a great job." Namjoon quickly bypassed the mass of clingy children and made his wake to Yoongi's bedside, noticing that Jin or one of the others had managed to tie a pink bow in Yoongi's hair without waking him up.
He decided to leave it there.
"Yoongi, wake up sweetie. I got you some medicine," Namjoon cooed at his sleeping turtle.
Yoongi rolled over, blinking slowly before allowing the medicine to slide down his throat.
"There, all better," Namjoon said, patting his head gently. "Now you can go back to sleep, okay?"
But Yoongi had already fallen back asleep anyway, the rebellious turtle that he was.
Namjoon sighed and left the room. Let's just hope it works. He's already cranky enough.
***
The next morning, Yoongi was at the breakfast table bright and early, apparently as healthy as could be.
Namjoon smiled, relieved. Thank goodness. "Where are your brothers?" Namjoon asked, looking around to find the kitchen otherwise empty. That's strange. Usually Jin is the first up...
Then Namjoon heard it.
The sound of five small children coughing in their beds, a few of them sneezing.
Oh, shit...
