The sunlight was peeking through the curtains, brightening the quite hospital room while hovering over the sleeping face, waking him up in the process.

Taehyung squirmed and moved in his place, slowly waking up because of the sunlight. He opened his eyes slowly and tried to look around where he was. He tried to move but hiss in pain. His head was bandaged and some many more places were wrapped up with the white material.

Though he was in pain, he tried to sit up but at the very time, the door of his room opened followed by his hyung. Seokjin was carrying a tray full with medicines and healthy food for his brother.

As soon as Jin saw Taehyung awake, he rush to his brother. Placing the tray beside at the table, he sat at the bed and checked his brother's pulse. Then he looked at the monitor, observing the condition his brother was in. Jin sighed a big after watching everything was fine.

While checking up, Taehyung half layed on the bed, fixing his position. He couldn't make the meaning of Seokjin's blank face and sometimes scared and sad face.

" Tae you okay now?" Jin asked his brother softly while caressing his hands where the channel for the saline was created.

Taehyung tried to talk but couldn't. He choked and point at the glass of water. His throat was dry for not talking for hours. The elder understood this and quickly handed him the glass, helped him to drink. Taehyung heaved after drinking the full glass of water.

" You okay? Do you want something else? Are you hungry?" Jin asked again.

" Yes hyung I'm okay" the younger smiled and answered back softly, he was happy to see his brother.

"Okay if you say so. But now you need to be careful, how can you do this, huh? How can you just go and risk your life for others? You could just call me or joonie-- we could have helped you." Jin uttered in a pleading yet concerned tone. He wasn't scolding the younger rather he was pleading to him to atleast think for himself first.

Taehyung smiled at his brother's fondness and careness. Jin was ranting to him but in a soft way. He could feel the concerns in his brother's voice. But he had to do it. He knew what he did was wrong, he should have atleast informed someone but that time he couldn't decide anything. But he was still happy that he had saved those lives he love.

"Hyung?" The younger stopped Jin and he looked at his brother with a curious face.

" Han? How is Han?" Taehyung asked and Jin visibly frowned. It's not like that he was accusing him or didn't like the kid but he just wanted to talk about them right now. Not anyone else.

"Hyung what happen? Tell me-- is Han okay? Ji-jimin hyung? Is he okay?" Seeing his brother silent Taehyung got tensed. He asked Jin while shaking his hands but still Jin didn't tell anything. In the fear of losing them, he tried to sit up hurriedly but hurt himself in the process.

Jin looked at his brother while sighing and again helped him to lay down. He knew his brother is stubborn and won't let him go unless he hear about them.

"Hyung?" The younger whined seeing his hyung standing up for leaving. He grasped his hands tightly, not letting him go.

" Okay, they are fine, Jimin was fine yesterday so the doctors didn't admit him and Haneul needed some observations so we admit him. But he is fine and healthy. Jimin is sleeping with him now." Jin said irritatedly and Taehyung got relief at the news. He released Jin's hand and layed down properly, smiling to himself, completely forgetting about his own child.

Jin sighed in disbelief. How can a person be so selfless that he forget about his own child while caring for other? He move to leave the room, he couldn't stay there, he could say something to his brother in anger that he shouldn't say. But he had to halt in his steps.

" Hyung? Can I ask you something else?" Taehyung asked him softly. Seokjin turned around and looked at his brother boringly, he thought he was going ask him about Jungkook or Haneul again. But Taehyung's next question shock him to the core.

"Hyung" Taehyung placed his hands on his belly and while caressing it he asked " how is my baby?" Seokjin could see the nervousness on the younger's face, his voice was shaking from the anticipation for knowing the wellbeing of his own blood.

Seokjin was caught off guard, he was not ready to answer the question. His face dropped and he looked away to hide his own tears. Taehyung saw the tears rolling down from his brother's eyes and he didn't have to think about it more. He understood what happened. He remembered how Bogum shot him before kicking him randomly.

" I'm sorry Tae" Jin whispered and left the room. He couldn't watch and bare the pain his brother was having.

Taehyung laid down in the bed while silently crying and clutching his belly where his baby should have stayed if nothing was happened.

He finally lost the last string which he could have claimed as his own.

"Jungkook, drink it" Yoongi gave a coffee can to Jungkook who got back to reality after hearing Yoongi's voice. They were in the cafeteria of the hospital. Jungkook took the can from his brother and Yoongi sat beside him, shaking his head in the process.

" I had told you-- don't come to me crying after realising your fault, but I guess I have to endure it now." sipping his own coffee Yoongi stated. Jungkook just chuckled at his brother. He remembered Yoongi saying it in anger when everything started to fall apart, everything started to drift away. And he himself was the one to initiate it.

Jungkook sighed, looking at the coffee can in his hand and suddenly remember that Taehyung doesn't like coffee, and the moment when he told this to Jungkook. He chuckled to himself again. And hearing him smiling Yoongi looked at him suspiciously.

" What? What is so funny in this?" Yoongi asked in a monotone, he knew Jungkook was hurting but still he couldn't just forgive his brother for the deed. Both the brother didn't go home last night. Yoongi stayed with Jimin who was always by Haneul's side and Jungkook--

He was sitting outside Taehyung's room, waiting for him to wake up and wanting nothing but to stay by his side.

But to his dismay it couldn't happen because Jin didn't allow him. But he was content just to stay outside the room. Atleast he sometimes could see the younger through the glass of the door.

"Huh? Nothing.. it's just I remember something." Jungkook answered back, a small smile staying on his face because he was thinking about the moments he had spent with the younger. But the smile was a sad one because it was slowly drowning upon him, the fault he had done, the wrongs he had done towards his own husband, whom he loves.

Yes, now he can admit that he loves Taehyung. Jungkook knew it from the very beginning, but was just ignoring the fact. Ignoring the truth that he had moved on from the past. He is now someone else who loves Taehyung and only Taehyung.

But alas! Perhaps it is too late now--

"How is he hyung?" Jungkook asked Yoongi quietly, not looking at him but could tell by the voice that Jungkook was upset, sad and moreover...guilty. Yoongi sighed seeing Jungkook like this, he was in pain just like wise Taehyung. He had encountered with him after waking up and had seen the pain in his eyes too.

" He is awake Jungkook and doing good" Jin strictly prohibited Yoongi to not tell Jungkook anything but Yoongi couldn't, he just couldn't after seeing the real guilt and pain with the extreme love in Jungkook's eyes for Taehyung.

Jungkook snapped his head at his brother in shock. " Hyung why didn't you tell me before ?" He hurriedly stood up and left the table.

" Jungkook wait--" but the CEO was already on his way to the exit of the cafe, stumbling and running in the process. Yoongi sighed seeing this because he knew after seeing Taehyung, his brother might not be in good condition.

" What are you even saying hyung?" The younger uttered in disbelief, he couldn't believe that his brother was saying him to get divorced-- Yes divorced. Seokjin had already said what he told to Jungkook before and how the CEO had reacted after everything and he hoped that Taehyung would agree to his proposal but to his disappointment Taehyung was strictly opposing it.

" Hyung, I can't do this! I can't get divorced!" Taehyung desperately said and looked away from his brother. He couldn't do this.

" Kim Taehyung! what I said is final." Jin said sternly but he also doesn't want that to happen with his brother...Ever.

" Look what he did to you! You are crying over someone who doesn't ever care for you. He just want his son happy and that's all. The position you are right now... it's just because you are his husband--" Jin spatted out, he was hurting too but his brother's wounds were fueling his anger.

"Jinie please" Namjoon was there too, afterall it's his family matter too. " Let it be, don't say anything more please. Tae is hurting , Jungkook is hurting too and you know that. So why this things-- why divorce?" Namjoon said softly, while caressing Jin's hands, he was standing beside Jin who was sitting at the bed.

" No joonie, Tae needs to know his worth. He had lost himself in the process to love Jungkook and his son and make them happy. And Jungkook is guilty now, NOW! When he should be from the very first when he ignored and blamed my brother without any reason--"

" --And that is why this needs to be happen. YOU need to do this." Jin jerked Taehyung and turned him around to look at him. Taehyung was silently crying but he also knew what Jin was saying was absolutely true. He had lost himself for others.

" Tae I don't have any graude against Jungkook or Haneul, especially Han, I love him, a lot and you know that very well. I'm not saying you can't see him or leave him, I'm just saying stay away from Jungkook for some days only. He needs to know, needs to understand your worth Tae. I just can't see you like this for forever." Jin was crying too. How can he snatch away the only happiness from his brother? No he can't. He was just praying that Jungkook understand his fault. Jin also doesn't want it to happen.

Taehyung broke down in tears after hearing his hyung. He understood what Jin was doing for helping him, helping Jungkook to understand and helping them to start fresh, start a new. But he also know, it was a painful way to do it.

" So now tell me, will you do it or not ? Are you agreeing to stay away from Jungkook?" Jin asked, becoming stern again. Wiping the tears on his brother's face, he jerked Taehyung and made him look at him.

" Tell me Taehyung?"

" ...Yes" it was a mere whishpere which came from Taehyung but Jin and Namjoon both heard him clearly. It may be just a yes but it means a lot to each one of them. Each one of them knew how much pain Taehyung was having just to say the yes. He was breaking into pieces from inside and outside too.

Taehyung again broke down, crying hard on his brother's chest, clutching his shirt tightly. Jin also hugged him tightly while crying silently. He also didn't want it but had to do it. Seeing the family sobbing so hard, Namjoon wrapped his hands around them and hugged them both.

Jungkook needs to know his love fully, needs to understand Taehyung is more than what he think of him.

Yoongi was right. Jungkook was not in a good position now-- not even in any position to stand upright. His heart was wrenching, knees were buckling, hands were trying to reach the doorknob of his husband's room but that One word stopped him.

"...Yes"

Jungkook heard Taehyung answering to his brother's questions. He just arrived there and heard Jin saying if Taehyung could stay away from him. And he halted on his feet.

Jungkook was just praying for Taehyung's answer to be no. He had promised to himself last night that he would never leave Taehyung again, he would never give him pain and always try to love him the most because Taehyung deserves it. Even he deserves more than anything in this world.

But how could Jungkook give his all to Taehyung when they were going to drifted apart? When they were going to divorce and not see each other again?

Tears started to breaming from the corner of his eyes. He didn't even have the power to move aside and sit at the chair. He felt like he was suffocating. Breathing was also very difficult for him.

But he nonetheless moved away from there. Going to the place he was before he came there and hiding his face from people who couldn't see his sobs, his tears for Taehyung.

I understand how painful it was for you Tae, but please... Please give me another chance to prove myself.....to prove my love for you, please---

" Tae do you need anything?" Namjoon softly asked the younger after giving him the required medicines. He was better from earlier now. It was night time and Taehyung was going to sleep.

After their talk before, Taehyung met Haneul and the baby was crying so hard that he also cried for hours just to calm Haneul down. Jimin and Yoongi also came to meet him again but they had to leave. Jimin also gone through this and he also needed time for rest.

So now, Haneul was sleeping beside Taehyung, clutching his sleeves as if his life depends on it and cuddled to his side, Taehyung was caressing his hair. He smiled at his baby, sleeping all cute in the bunny onesie.

Jin and Namjoon also smiled at the scene. Jin was happy that Haneul really loves Taehyung as his mother-- even more than his mother.

" Tae, I'm going for a round. If you need anything tell Joonie okay" Jin pecked Taehyung's temple and caress Haneul's check while smiling fondly at him before leaving them.

" Hyung?" Namjoon turned around after hearing Taehyung calling him.

Taehyung knew Jungkook was in the hospital. But he didn't come to meet him. He also knew why he didn't. And it was the time. It was the time to face the reality, to face the truth and to face the pain also. They both need a closure and comfort too.

" Can you do me a favour?"

They both look so happy to spend a little time with each other and Jungkook was so happy that Taehyung himself approached him first..... It just felt so right... Tae was so nervous before Jungkook came... It was seriously a real date😍😍😍😍😍

And Jimin😂😂😂😂 it felt like Jimin was their common friend who was helping his one friend to talk to his crush who is apparently his another friend🤗🤗🤗🤗 he really is an angel🥺🥺🥺🥺
