"He did what?" Jimin gasped when he heard Seokjin, narrowing his eyes at Jungkook. Jungkook's heart stopped when he saw the hurt and disappointment in Jimin's eyes.
"I can explain," Jungkook started, slowly moving towards Jimin. "I-"
"You promised me Jungkook," Jimin turned away sniffling. Jungkook's heart broke into pieces.
"Don't cry Jimin please-"
"Shut up I have a runny nose you idiot," Jimin reprimanded the raven haired boy as he reached for a tissue. He wiped his nose with it and dropped it on his lap, turning his attention to Jungkook, his nose a cute red in colour. Jungkook smiled unknowingly and Jimin's heart fluttered. "Stop looking at me like that," he muttered shyly, pulling down the sleeves of his cardigan.
"You're beautiful," Jungkook rubbed the back of his neck. "Can't really help myself."
Jimin rolled his eyes, a soft smile playing at his lips. "Flattery won't help you this time Jeon. Now tell me why your brother tells me that you relapsed into smoking after months of not doing it?"
Jungkook sighed, crossing his arms like a child. "Stop calling me Jeon. Stick to Jungkookie instead I love that name. And that was hardly a week. I stopped after didn't I?"
"You still broke the promise you made to me," Jimin sighed dramatically, eyeing Jungkook. "I mean so little to you?"
The change in Jungkook's face made Jimin want to crack up or cry or do both. Jungkook looked like a sad bunny as he wrapped his arms around Jimin from the side.
"You know how much you mean to me Jiminie," he sighed into Jimin's ear. "I love you. Don't be mad, please?"
And just like that Jimin gave in, smuggling against the warm chest. How could he ever stay mad at Jungkook for more than just a few minutes? He couldn't bring himself to.

Seokjin chuckled as he brought out four mugs of hot chocolate. He watched the two boys snuggling and rolled his eyes.
"So Jimin let you off the hook so easily?" The older one spoke. "Stop playing your charms on him Kook."
"You fall for it too," Jungkook winked at his brother cheekily as he pulled a mug for himself. "Here Jimin, want some?" He asked after taking a sip, holding the mug in Jimin's direction.
"I made a whole mug for him you brat why would he want to share with you?" Seokjin rolled his eyes at Jungkook as he took a mug into Namjoon's room. Jimin chuckled at the two brothers arguing.
A lot had happened over the past week and the two boys were just happy to be next to each other without any problems in the way. Jimin wouldn't lie, he had missed this. He had missed having Jungkook's arm around him like a constant reassurance and support. He had missed feeling the warmth of the younger boy. He had missed the way Jungkook's black hair would tickle his neck whenever the younger boy would rest his head on his shoulder.
"I missed you," Jimin whispered as he took a sip of his hot chocolate. Jungkook placed his mug down and turned his attention to the smaller male sitting next to him. Jimin's cheeks heated up at the fond stare and he turned his gaze away. "I missed you a little too much some times. You were like my personal anchor you know. An anchor for all my problems, a constant support."
Jungkook moved gently, pulling out Jimin's mug of hot chocolate and placing it on the coffee table in front of them before pulling the blond boy onto his lap. He stared into Jimin's eyes, the ever so enticing pools of chocolate brown that brought every colour to shame. Jungkook loved Jimin's eyes. They could convey everything and nothing at the same time.

"I'm sorry," Jungkook breathed almost guiltily. "I shouldn't have left you like that. Forgive me baby, I love you." Jungkook's heart twisted in satisfaction at the sight of Jimin's shy smile and flushed ears. The boy had a faint moustache of hot chocolate smeared above his upper lip and Jungkook smiled fondly. He was so fond of the smaller boy. "Come here," Jungkook said as he pulled Jimin down, gently wiping the moustache off with his thumb and placing a soft kiss on the blond boy's nose. "There, so messy."
Seokjin had walked into the room to find the two boys lost in each other's eyes. The older man slowly turned to head back into Namjoon's room, not wanting to disturb the two boys from their little intimate bubble.
"Thank you," Jimin had whispered softly at the same time as Jungkook, the two boys giggling when they realized. "Why are you thanking me?" Jimin questioned, eyes crinkled into the smile Jungkook adored with all his heart.
"I could ask you the same," Jungkook closed his eyes, smile playing at his lips as he felt Jimin brush his fingers through his hair.
"For coming into my life," Jimin whispered against Jungkook's forehead. "For being there for me every step of the way ever since you entered my life."
Jungkook huffed playfully, opening his eyes to look at his lover. "I was going to say thank you for intertwining your fate with mine because it sounds romantic but you beat me to it in a simpler way huh."
Jimin threw his head back as he laughed, hands buried into Jungkook's soft hair. "You're an idiot Jungkookie."
Jungkook smiled fondly at the boy. "Your idiot."
