The mysterious player 'NotOP' is also buying up the new gear known as 'WorldGear', which is the technology required to be able to play Paragon. 'NotOP' was a player who was rumored to be a god amongst gods. But of course, his real life identity is one that only he will know. Isaac Arthur aged 18.
