"Y-yeah! I mean, if you..." I stammered, staring at him. He grinned, pulling me closer, cupping my jaw and kissing me.
The thing is, Percy Jackson can't fix me. I'm too broken. No matter how much I might want it, he can't kiss me and make it better. He can't cover up the cracks, and he knows it. I know he knows, from the way he looks at me when he thinks I don't know.
But he accepts it. Accepts me, and my flaws. My brokenness. He's okay with it. And he still wants me to be his...well. His boyfriend.
That's why I love Percy Jackson.
