Y/Ns POV

As Jason and I walked down a trail that lead to who knows where it was actually peaceful. Flowers surprisingly grow here I'm guess Jason grew them cause well considering he seems to like being outside.

"So Jason...What Made you come live here?"I asked as he looked at me. Only realizing that he cannot talk 'I need to remember that' I made a mental note to bring a notepad.

"I'm sorry I didn't bring a note pad with me"I said as he looked down at the ground before writing in the dirt. 'It's okay' . I smiled at what he wrote before he continued writing.

'I didn't want to live here..a forest fire was set by some teens..I was forced to come here' I read word for word as he wrote. I frowned. He lost his home..

"I'm sorry.."I said as he nodded and shrugged his shoulders. "So..do you like it here?"I asked as he began to write again. 'It's okay..I miss my home sometimes..but I miss my mom the most' he said as I remember from the movies his mom talks to him.

'I can't talk to her anymore..since shes a bit to far away for her to reach to me and sadly the rest of what I had left of her burned..' the things he said made me shed a few tears as he talks about his mom.

"I- don't know what to say Jason I-."is all I said before he put a hand on my shoulder. He nodded an 'it's okay' as i looked up at him he wiped my tears away leaving a wet dirt trail on one of my cheeks with the finger he used to write in the dirt with causing me to laugh.

"Let's continue yea? To get our minds off things"I said as he happily agreed too.
