《Save The Netherworld, Iruma-Kun!! || A WTDSIK Fanfiction》Chapter 14: Afterwards

"Our plan was successful. Great job Robin, Kirio. I'm suprised both of you managed to bring your worthless selves to kill people."
"But it wasn't successful. The teachers are still alive, and so are the younger demons and half of the students-"
"I found out what I needed to find out." Baal smiles at both of them. "Iruma is quiet a strong demon, isn't he?"
"He stayed alive due to pure luck!" Kirio yells, and Baal holds up a finger, wagging it back and forth. "That little brat is no more than a fucking scam!"
"Oh, Kirio? I'm suprised your so upset. Jealousy isn't a good look on you." Kirio frowns, looking back down.
"I agree with Kirio. He made sure Balam and Kalego stayed alive- and made sure the other students stayed alive as well. He saved the students."
"That's why I said he's a strong demon, yeah? Maybe even stronger than you two." Kirio growls, his hands tightening into fist. Robin shamefully looks away. "I'll handle him soon. How's the school look?"
"It's still intact, although they won't be having anymore harvest festivals any time soon." A smile appears on Baal's face. "The bombs you gave me wernt strong enough to take the school with it, only the festival grounds. You knew that, didn't you?"
"Ofcourse I did. I made sure it wouldn't destroy the school. I want to take it down myself. Have Sullivan beg at my knees as I kill him. How's Behemolt and Amaymon doing in the dungeons?"
"Still fighting away ofcourse. Behemolts close to giving up though, I heard he was getting hungry." Baal stands up, and both bow their heads to him. He leaves his throne, going to look out the window. "Amaymon though is still doing better. He's already killed one of our people- however-"
"He's to dangerous to keep alive. Or well... Awake. Kirio, do you still have the aid I have you?"
"T-that could very well kill him-"
"Like I said before we don't need him alive. Once I get rid of the Thirteen Crowns I can become the demon king, and we can once again go back to the old days, like it should be. Robin." The demon looks up, looking at Baal. "When do classes start back up at Babyls? And what of Sullivan?"
"Sullivan's hurt, and so is Opera. I'd say we should attack them now but at the same time their still strong enough to take us down. Classes will start once the teachers are better, I'd say about two weeks from now."

"Two weeks... Hmm.. That'll give us some time to plan for the next attack. I'm sure during those two weeks there will be a thirteen meeting. Robin, Kirio, you two will be there. I want Astaroth and Paimon to go.. missing... Next."
"Missing? Not killed?" Robin grins, and Baal chuckles.
"You both are no match for those two. They'll kick your ass and come after me next. You two are dissmissed for now. Once school starts again I want more info." Baal starts leaving the room, stopping. "Oh, and Kirio."
"Sir...?" Kirio looked over at him.
"Fix your necklace. You'll need more Mana to take down those two." Baal leaves the room.
-
Iruma squeaked as Balam hugged him, rambling on about something.
"Iruma-Kun, I was so worried about you, Azazel never told me which hospital he took you too-"
"I should probably explain that huh?" Azazel sighs. "Kalego, Balam, Iruma, sit." Iruma allows Balam to sit beside him, wrapping him in a hug, petting him on the head.
Balam hadn't been this clingy since the first time he had met him, it was a little claustrophobic but a look from Kalego made him stay. He knew Balam needed this.
"So, explain Azazel. Where did you go with Iruma?"
"I took him to a human hospital." They all stare at him. "It was the only place I could take him. People were already starting to smell his blood, expecially since it had soaked through his shirt. It was the first place I thought of taking him."
"But he could have gotten hurt-"
"Iruma is a human. I look the most human like out of both of you, they never suspected me." Azazel says. "I had to make a split decision and that was what happened. The zone was destroyed and it would have been easy for a sneak attack."
"How was it destroyed?"
"Bombs. I found you and Kalego, and Iruma was further away from you two." Azazel sighs. "He was badly wounded and wasn't waking up."
"No.. that can't be right. I remember seeing Iruma before that- he was okay... What happened?" Kalego frowns, and Azazel does as well. Iruma stayed quiet. Something wasn't adding up here.
"You both don't remember?" They both shook their heads no."Iruma?" He paused before nodding a bit, and Azazels frown seemingly deepens. He heard of Illusion spells before, maybe- no, that couldn't be right.

"I.. I do remember, but I don't know who the people are. Atleast, I don't know one of them. The other was Kirio." It spills out of Iruma's mouth before he could think.
"I... That can't be right, Kirio is a child. He couldn't be-" Azazel rubs his face. "I'll look into him."
"Wait. What happened when you got to the site?" Balam asks. "I can't remember shit, and I want to know what happened to the other faculty and staff there." Azazel glanced away, before speaking.
"Well.. we had just gotten to the site of the explosion. The DBC ofcourse hears about these things after they happen- and it seemed like the rest of the Thirteen came along to make sure Sullivan was alright. I had just gotten into the pit..."
-
Azazel slid down into the pit, glancing back at the other thirteen. Who had done this- how had they had the strength, the power...? Fuck fuck fuck!!
"We need to get everyone out of the pit! It's not stable and will collapse again soon!" He yells. "Amaryllis, Belzebuth, Baal, you two work on finding the students!"
"Got it!" Azazel sees a deep grin appear on Baal's face. What was that idiot planning? For now, he'd fold it away, he didn't want to worry about that right now.
"Paimon, Astaroth, Belial, you three find Sullivan."
"We'll do our best."
"Levi, your with me finding the teachers."
"Got it." Azazel slides deeper into the pit, seeing students running past him or helping others. Some were already- He bit his lip. So many stupid casualties. No group had confirmed this yet- but Azazel knew it was probably the Six fingers. Those bastards.
He spotted Balam first, the man was slumped over, Kalego laying infront of him. He didn't see Iruma anywhere- but his duty was to his friends first. He made sure they were alive, pulling Kalego up to sit up.
He had bruising on his cheek and a black eye- someone had punched him- this wasn't because of the explosion. Balam looked alright, other than the blood that had pooled around him.
He made sure Balam was alright- he was, the demon had injuries to his head, shoulder, chest, waist and his face- someone had punched him exactly like they had punched Kalego - but he was okay. Still breathing. Azazel wraps him up a bit, making sure he's okay, before heading off to find Iruma. The boy was still missing, and as Azazel takes a deep breath- oh no.
Azazel could smell Iruma. The smell was sweet, disgustingly tasty. He follows the scent before finding the boy. He looked badly hurt, worse than Balam, and it didn't look like he was breathing at first.
Azazel runs over, checking his pulse, sighing with relief when he feels it, before picking him up. He needed to get Iruma out of there- it's too dangerous for the younger boy to be here and he needed to go. He felt his throat hurt as Iruma felt much to limp for his liking, flopping around like a ragdoll on a string.
"Azazel?" He nearly jumps out of his skin, looking over at Levi, who was standing by Robin, who looked hurt. The man was bleeding from a wound on his face and a wound on his arm.
"Ah, Robin, Levi, what's the problem?"
"They've almost got everyone out. We found Balam and Kalego, should we-"
"Get them out of the pit." He shifts Iruma in his arms. "I have to get him to the hospital, he's severely wounded." Azazel sees the small grin on Robins face as Robin looked down at the ground. Iruma was wounded and the man was smiling??
"Go ahead. I'll make sure Balam and Kalego get out safe." Levi nods before heading off, Robin following after the man. Now, to get out of this pit.
-
"And then I took Iruma to the hospital. That's all." Azazel says, and Iruma glanced down at his hands. He had been alright when he was knocked out, what happened...? "That's all the story time though. You all need rest, now."
"What about Sullivan?"
"Ah, he's fine. A couple of bruises and a sprained leg, but he's alright." Kalego and Balam sigh in relief.
"Deviii, if he was seriously injured we'd be seriously in trouble... One of the big three getting killed?"
"Let me handle that business. I still have to find out who set the bombs. Do you two have any other clues? Students, staff?"
"No, I couldn't belive anyone would do this, it's hard to think Kirio would even be in this." Balam replies, hugging Iruma a bit heavier. Iruma squeaked and Balam loosed his grip a bit.
"Neither can I." Kalego frowns. "These kids are stupid, not suicidal. They wouldn't do something like this."
"Alright then. I'll look into this. You guys get some rest."

Blood Blue
Mayevil is a renowned assassin who is known to complete any mission without fault. A hybrid that is ostracized by each of her respective halves. To her peers, she is an enigma as distant as she is powerful, a person they cannot hope to understand or relate to. Yet, while this is how they see her, the reality is that she is simply confused. Without a greater sense of purpose, her day-to-day life repeats itself over and over again. In the hope that she will eventually find joy or meaning, she continues, without so much as understanding why, as much as why not. Encountering noble vampires, powerful martial artists, and haughty mages all the while, her journey will prove to be a difficult one. This story is inspired by the works of Kinoku Nasu, and various martial arts-oriented stories such as Kengan Ashura and The Raid. Expect a mix of magic, comedy and fight scenes, with a sprawling fantastical world. As a side note, while the story starts off relatively tame, there may be some less than wholesome things that happen later on, so do be warned! Hello!
