~Hikaru's POV~

Kalego and I were in the staff room, looking through piles of paper.

Hikaru: I'm bored~!

Kalego: I don't care that you're bored, we have to go through all of these.

Hikaru: *sigh* I don't have your hardworking traits! My power of laziness overrules it.

My mind was wondering off until I remembered something.

Hikaru: Did you hear about the new teacher?

Kalego: Of course I did, we were informed during the last staff meeting.

Hikaru: Wanna greet them once we're done~?

Kalego: I don't care about new staff, as long as they're aren't annoying and focus on their job.

He stares at me when he said that.

Hikaru: *pouts* Hey!

Another teacher approaches Kalego, looking very nervous. It was Marbas March, head of torture studies.

Marbas: Kalego-Sensei...we've received another complaint from a student...they said you're too...harsh.

He puts down his papers and gives his usual glare, scaring Marbas.

Kalego: What?

Marbas: (He's so scary.) You should be more gentle...

Hearing gentle and Kalego together, I laughed a bit.

Hikaru: Pffft, Kalego being gentle to another person! That's a sign of the end!

In an instant, he bonked my head and I held my wound in pain.

Hikaru: Meanie!

He ignored me and continued talking to Marbas.

Kalego: I only separate the trash. No matter the reason, a teacher must always be dignified when teaching...

As he says that, he starts glowing. Now Kalego poofs and was not in his seat anymore.

Marbas: Huh? Wh-Where did Kalego-Sensei go?

I smirked and quickly fished out my phone.

Hikaru: Uncle! Where is Iruma's class right now?

Sullivan: Oh? You're interested of where my precious grandson is~! It's at...

Once I got the location, I quickly booked it out of the staff room. I sent another text.

I went to where Sullivan gave me and arrived to see Iruma nervously sitting across from Kalego.

Hikaru: Hello~!

Iruma: Hik-! I-I mean Nightray-Sensei!

Kalego: Hikaru?!

I see someone coming to me, I'm assuming this is the new teacher.

Robin: Hello! I'm Bars Robin! You're a teacher as well?

I give him a smile and shake his hand.

Hikaru: Nightray Hikaru, the magical and weapons defense teacher. Please to meet you~!

Robin: I'm teaching the familiars class.

Hikaru: I can see that~! I'm just here to observe your teaching, so I'm going to record this lesson. Is that a problem?

I held up a demon recording device.

Kalego: You...!

Robin: No problem! Record as much as you like!

Hikaru: *smiles* Thank you so much~! I'm just going to record this student here. I only need one student to record.

I walked over to Iruma and sat down next to him. Kalego's aura got darker, scaring Iruma.

Kalego: ...Why are you here...

Hikaru: I can't miss the opportunity of seeing little Iruma here do his first familiar lesson~! I gotta capture this moment.

Kalego: ...I hate you.

Hikaru: Love you too Eggo-Kun~!

Kalego started lecturing Iruma a bit but Robin came over with a frisbee.

Robin: Let's play frisbee!

He hands it over to Iruma.

Robin: Use this item to build a trusting relationship!

Clara: Yay! I wanna play!

Clara's familiar grabs the frisbee and she's the one fetching it. Robin praises them and turns towards Iruma.

Robin: It's now your turn!

Kalego: I'm supposed to do that?

Hikaru: Good luck~! You can do it~!

I said as I held up the recording device and started it.

Iruma: I couldn't possibly ask you to..

Robin: Then your mark...

Robin pulls out a clipboard. Kalego was shaking.

Kalego: So be it...

Iruma: You will do it?

Kalego: Hurry up and throw it!

Iruma threw the frisbee and Kalego hesitatingly walks over to grab it.

Lied: Wow, he's walking.

Jazz: Hey, Iruma-kun! Familiar-Sensei is doing a good job! You should praise him!

Iruma: D-Don't make thing worse!

I cheered for fluffy eggo.

Hikaru: You're doing great Eggo-Kun~!

He grabs it and walks over to Iruma to hand it over.

Iruma: Th-Thank you...

Robin: We'll done~! Now high five each other for doing a good job!

Iruma: Okay...

They gave each other a double high five.

Hikaru: Aw~ so adorable!

Robin continues the lesson. Next, they had to dance together, chase each other and lastly do a three legged race.

Hikaru: This is so wonderful~!

Kalego collapse on the ground, being very tired. I walked towards Kalego with a bottle of water.

Hikaru: You okay Eggo-Kun?

Kalego: That fool of a newbie! Getting closer, my ass! First of all...

Iruma called out to Kalego. They had a heartfelt talk as Iruma apologizes to Kalego for being his familiar. Suddenly there was a burst of two magic pillars. Sabnock and Asmodeus was yelling at each other, about to fight with their familiars. Robin couldn't stop them but in an instant, Kalego slams the two familiars to the ground.

Kalego: Silence!

Hikaru: Ooh~! Good job.

Kalego: Pathetic...

Kalego turns towards Robin and gave him a lecture on familiars, after he was done, he face towards the class.

Kalego: What are you waiting for!? Give comfort to your familiars now!

Everyone started comforting and grooming their familiars. Kalego was in Iruma's lap while being brushed. Robin was on the side fanning Kalego.

Hikaru: You don't willing let me brush you Eggo-Kun.

Kalego: That's because you're an idiot.

Hikaru: No fair! Iruma, pass him to me!

Iruma: H-Huh?!

Kalego: Unhand me!

I manage to have Kalego be calmly brushed by me.

Meanwhile after the incident, Kalego in his regular form hands Robin a big pile of papers.

Kalego: Start over.

Robin: You're so strict! Why, though?

Hikaru: Poor Robin. It's okay, Eggo bullies me too~

I was suddenly grabbed and was forcefully taken.

Kalego: Since I'm such a bully, for missing your work for unnecessary recording, you get double piles of work.

Hikaru: Eh?! Wh-Why?!

Kalego: *smirks* Revenge.

Hikaru: H-Help! Someone save me!!

The teachers gave Hikaru a salute as he was dragged out of the staff room crying.
