Misfit Classroom
Nagisa's pov
"Alright, I'll see you later then...? Bye." I got off the phone and looked over at Clara and asked "Clara-chan, you got what I asked for?"
"Yes, Nagisa-chi!" Clara shouted as she gave me the piece of paper
"Nagisa-sama! Here's also a red bean bun and some spicy seasonings. Just like you asked for." Azz said with a smile as he gave it to me
"Nice! Our preparations are almost complete. Now all we have to do is make our way to the teacher's faculty room." I said
"Uhm... Nagisa-kun, what do you mean by our preparations are almost complete?" Kerori askef
"Yes, I too am confused. My rival." Sabnock said look at the items in my hands
"What are you planning, Nagisa-kun?" Shanx asked making the rest nod their head and started whispering to one another
I just cracked a smile and said "Oh... You'll see..."
-Timeskip-
As we make our way over to the teacher's faculty, we have to first make our way to the first year's tower
Where I over heard some people talking shit about me and this route is way more faster
I heard a group of demons talking bad about me and my friends and classmates, to which I responded by bumping into him
He seemed pissed at what I did but when he saw who it was, he immediately got cooled feet
"Hi!" I said with a smile
"H-H-Hi." He stuttered
"Mind telling me what you were about to say?" I asked politely
"Uhm..."
I got impatient so I grabbed him by the collar and threatened to push him off the edge
"Talk now..."
"You heard Nagisa-sama!"
"Okay! Okay! We were talking bad about you but we didn't mean it! We promise!"

His friends quickly agreed while nodding their heads as fast as they can
"Oh! Then I didn't mean to push you off the edge then." I said as I started to laugh making him and his friends laugh with me
I started to slow down my laughter and looked at the demon whose life is on my hand
"Funny... Well then... Bye." I said as I pushed him off causing everyone including the one falling to scream but the misfits were not included since they weren't dumb
I got annoyed and shouted "SHUT UP!" then looked over the edge then shouted "YOU'RE A DEMON, RIGHT? YOU GOT WINGS DON'TCHA?! THEN USE THEM!"
It looked like he had a massive revelation just now then opned his wings causing everyone a huge sigh of relief
As the demon got back on the walkway, I went over to him and said close to his face "Next time, you have something to say. Say it to my face... Okay?"
"Yes sir."
"Good... Bye then."
-Timeskip-
As we made our way to the faculty room, I looked at everyone and asked "You guys ready to raise some hell?"
They looked at each other and contemplated for a bit then Jazz said "Are you really sure, we should do this, Nagisa-kun?"
I smiled and said "Nope!" then opened the doors with a loud bang
"HELLO! THE MISFITS WANTS TO HAVE A MEETING WITH KALEGO-SENSEI!" I shouted
"Bastards... What is this nonsense about?" Kalego asked
"Ehh? Sensei... Didn't you heard what I just said?"
"OF COURSE I HEARD IT!"
"THEN WHY ARE YOU ASKING ME WHEN YOU HEARD WHAT I SAID THEN SHOUTING BACK?!"
"WHY ARE YOU SHOUTING?"
"BECAUSE YOU WERE SHOUTING!"

We were butting heads at this point until Stolas-sensei intervined
"Hai~ Hai~ Let's all calm down~" She said stopping Kalego and I's head butting compitition
Kalego cleared his throat then said "What is it that you want?"
"Like I said, we want to have a meeting with you and we ain't leaving until we get an audience."
He sighed then tsk and said "Go sit over there and I'll be with you in a minute."
I nodded my head and we went over to the sofas
We waited for him not that long since he only went to get his folder on his desk
"Thank you for taking your time to come see us, sensei."
"Just go straight with what you want..."
"To put it simple, the misfit class wants to change classrooms."
"What...?"
"Our classroom isn't fit for teaching incredible students and you know it too, sensei. Its to cold due to being underground and the broken windows and it smells awful because its near the garbage dump and why the isolation. Why are we even called the misfits?!"
Kalego-sensei then listed off what we did since the start of school
"... WHAT DOES IT HAVE TO DO WITH US BEING CALLED MISFITS DAMNIT!"
"EVERYTHING!"
"Well... I can understand being isolated but the fact still stands its not a good environment to teach kids there."
"I can't do much, since theres no other classroom thats isolated."
"Don't say that...! Open the king's classroom instead. I mean it's isolated and-"
"Uhm... Nagisa-kun..."
Kalego-sensei summoned his beast "... Bastard! How dare yo-"
"Yo, Kallego-kun." To which I responed by summoning mine
Kalego turned around and saw a red haired cat
"OPERA-SENPAI?! WHAT ARE YOU DOING HERE?!" He shouted
"Yes, Opera-senpai and I'm here because Nagisa-sama called me. Also Nagisa-sama, I bought what you wanted me to buy."
"Good, can you show sensei what you bought." I said with a smile
To which Opera smiled and said "As you wish." He pulled out a collar from his pocket
Kalego instantely knew what was up and turned to look towards me and saw I had a summoning paper in hand
"Don't you dare..." He threatened
"Was that a threat? Opera how can you stand there and let me be threatened?"
"Kalego-kun... Are you threatening my master?"
"No! It's just tha-"
"It sounded like a threat to me..."
"Nagisa-sama you should turn him into his familiar form so he could repent for his sins."
"You're right, Opera."
"Wait!"
I said my hand then a puff of smoke appeared, when the smoke was gone there was only a small snake with wings
"... SENSEI CHANGED FORMS?!..."

The Laptop Hero (Portal/Isekai LitRPG)
[participant in the Royal Road Writathon challenge] - April 2022 Silas got summoned to another world—by a group of kids attending magic school who seemed rather unhappy with the results of their ritual. After a brief glimpse of his summoners Silas woke in the town dump. Unable to speak the local language, a misunderstanding escalated and before long Silas wound up in a jail cell, the locals having confiscated all his worldly possessions aside from his laptop, which had formed some strange bond with him. Now he can summon his laptop at will, and he can view his Status, level up, and gain powerful skills and magic as if he were some character in a video game, which is great and everything, but all Silas really wants to do is sit in a dark room and play games on his laptop. Only, life isn't a game, and Silas needs to get his act together because everyone else is playing for keeps. Or does he? Maybe for Silas life is just one big game now, with everyone else stuck playing by his rules. Assorted Disclaimers, in no particular order: I am only posting this on RoyalRoad.com, so if you find my story elsewhere it was not posted by me. Please do let me know! While I do consider this a progression fantasy, and have tagged it as such, Silas's Status improvements will not necessarily proceed in a linear fashion. His RPG stats will have ups and downs, exploits and nerfs, periods of growth and stagnation. Such is the life of a gamer, to be held under the thumb of the all powerful devs, or in this case a certain goddess devoted to the idea of Balance. SIlas himself should learn and grow, improving and progressing in areas where he struggles, or rather, to show such is my goal. The story is told from multiple points of view. While other PoVs will come and go, Silas shall remain the only lead character. The world Silas finds himself on is not a nice place. Expect him to encounter gore and traumatizing content and bad people who do bad things for selfish (or possibly noble) reasons from time to time. Some characters will use profanity, however due to cultural differences the curse words used will differ from those used in our corner of reality, so I'm not including the profanity content warning. Silas himself isn't one for foul language. No explicit sexual content here. This novel is intended for mature readers, however, and will include mature topics, including, but not limited to, sex, violence, death, and taxes. No harem. Might be an eventual romantic interest, possibly even some competitive jealousy, yet as his story begins Silas is too overwhelmed with other concerns to consider long term plans. Musophobics might want to steer clear of this story. Same goes for turophobics. You have been warned. Keep in mind, however, if my other disclaimers didn't make this clear, I only have the faintest of outlines at the moment. This story will take me where it will. My goal with this story is to write it to the end, something of a long-term writing exercise, with the hope others might take an interest in my work and encourage me to keep at it. I've started a number of works before, even finished a few, but this is the first time I've shared any work in a public forum. My temporary cover was made by me, in GIMP using public domain images. If you can do better I'll happily accept your submission and give credit for your work here!

The Demon King Absolutely Has No Attachments
Welcome to Akoras Online, where the power lies in your hands. This sandbox virtual reality MMO has gained a dedicated community, but it has a catch: those who die in battle have their stats reset. Spending all his time on the server to escape his shut-in life, Kas is the only long-time player with a death counter of 0. However, his social skills are also a big 0, so he's condemned as the cold-hearted “Demon King”. Now, the number of players who actually like him is also 0. (Which is fine. He enjoys the peace and quiet.) However, Kas' dreams of being left alone are banished over and over by challengers with various grievances against him. Among them is Gabriel, the celebrity "Hero" of Akoras, who has just as much time on his hands as Kas. Seriously, Gabriel tries to fight him a lot. It’s getting kind of tiring… Wait, this guy isn’t even in high school yet! The (not-so) idyllic trials of a Demon King and a Hero, with a raging faction war in the background. Now updates on Tuesdays, with the odd chapter in between.

If your answer is yes, then you have come to the right place. Join us and watch as he slowly gets fucked up(figuratively) by the foreign world he was kidnapped to. Watch him slowly morph from a normal teen into a sociopath who enjoys murdering, suffers from PTSD, and see how he tries to redeem himself from it. And much much more, only at Genre: Fantasy. T&C may apply. This is a slow-paced novel(the prologue itself consists of a dozen chapters.) that pressurizes more on the relations between its characters.
