3rd person point of view:

"Again, we'd like to thank the lovely kingdom of Zilk for their help. If it weren't for them, Makaes would be no more!" Julio shouted. The crowd began to scream in excitement. "Thank you all for coming out tonight, you may leave whenever you'd like," Laff announced before leaving the stage and grabbing Joocie's arm.

"Sir?"

"I need to have a word with you."

At first Joocie was afraid. What would Laff want with him? Was he going to kick him out of Makaes? He decided it was best to keep calm and just wait for what he had to say.

Laff lead Joocie outside of the large room from before and into a small room one floor down.

(A/N: I'm no good at these parts!!! I actually get scared of writing them.... Or typing.... You get the point...)

"What'd you want to talk about?" Joocie asked nervously.

"This isn't going to be easy to say.... But.... Ever since I met you my life changed. I feel happy when I see you, you make me happier than anyone ever has. And I was just wondering..... Do you feel that way too?"

"Uhm..."

Joocie thought for a moment. Honestly, he didn't think the king would take a liking to him, but he was wrong.

"I-I do..."

"Would you like to go out with me sometime?"

"O-of course!"

Joocie shot into Laff's arms and hugged him.

"I never thought you'd ask me..."

"I was afraid you'd say no."

"How could I say no? You're amazing!"

"I love you Joocie."

"Love you too Laff."
