《Father Laff AU (Socksfor1) Volume 1》The Trial (Pre-Op) Part 2:

Flipping through a law enforcement book, Joocie took down some notes as he rubbed his eyes. He yawned softly as he glanced up at the TV that was playing some famous verdicts; including Brown v. Board of Education, Miranda v. Arizona, and the infamous O.J Simpson case.
The threat of Laff going to trial against Beef Team Six originally enticed Joocie to learn about all the jacks of the trade of the court proceedings to help their case just to be safe if they do end up going to court. But searching up law practices and court proceedings was something that actually interested him as something to pursue.
He yawned again and rubbed his eyes, looking at the time. It was late and he hadn't realized how fast the time went. He let out a soft "oh" before closing his book and turning off the TV. He blinked softly and looked around "Have I eaten..?"
Joocie set the law book down and walked over to the small kitchen. He walked to the fridge and smiled softly "I've saved my favorite treat.." He pulled out a small white box and let out a soft hum "Jaffa Cakes with extra orange jam." He smiled and opened the box's lid.
The box was empty as Joocie quickly frowned and sighed "dammit Tbh..." he looked in the fridge again and pulled out a crumpled piece of paper that said "Joocie's Jaffa Cakes." He huffed and threw the box away "I even labeled it like you said..." He glanced over at the sink and sighed "and you didn't even clean your dishes..?"
There was a pile of dirty dishes in the sink as Joocie sighed, exhausted as he shook his head and reluctantly walked over. He rolled up his sleeves and started washing the dishes, staring blankly down at his hands. He took in a breath before exhaling softly with his eyes closed.

He opened his eyes and looked at his reflection in the window. Joocie had been overworking himself trying to find something to pursue and something to do with his life but every time he tried to work at something it felt harder and harder.
Swaying softly, Joocie nodded his head in exhaustion as he groaned quietly. He put the last dish on the drying rack and dried his hands off. He looked back at the pantry and slowly moved over, looking inside. Sighing quietly, he grabbed a bag of chips and closed the pantry door "this is fine as anything...I guess..."
He walked over to his and Tbh's room and opened the door quietly. He wasn't sure why he opened it slowly; Tbh wasn't even there. The bed was neatly made and the room was organized.
Joocie groaned quietly and walked over to his side of the bed, sitting down before opening the bag and mindlessly started to eat the chips.
Tbh said he was gonna be late tonight with work, and that was the same excuse the previous night, and the night before that, and the night before that, and so on for the past two weeks. Joocie doesn't know what to believe anymore, he honestly doesn't care at this point. He felt so bad and it hurt trying to do anything.
And without much warning, Joocie felt his eyes stung with tears as his grip on the bag lessened. He sniffled and rubbed his eyes "G-God...W-What the fuck am I doing..?" He took in a shuddering breath and started sobbing, gripping onto his arms.
"H-He doesn't care..! S-So why...?" He sniffled and sobbed into his arms "W-Why do I stay with him..!?" He whined and rubbed his eyes "I-I want my Tbh back...! T-The Tbh who would m-make me feel good about myself, t-the Tbh that makes me laugh and smile..! T-The Tbh that...T-That L-Loves me...!!" He hiccupped and looked at his nightstand where the small black box with the custom CrabClaw necklace he bought for Tbh sat.

Joocie frowned and growled softly, grabbing it "W-Why did I e-ever think getting Tbh would be a good idea-!? H-He doesn't pay attention anyway! H-He would never spend five grand on me s-so why the fuck did I!?!" He let out a loud yell and threw the box out the window, not caring where it went as he collapsed back onto the bed, curling up and wailing loudly.
He buried his face in his pillow and screamed loudly, trembling as he kept sobbing loudly with no one in sight to hear him...
Opening the door, Tbh stumbled in while giggling softly. He took his hamburger shop hat off and hung it up "God the Smiths know how to party." He closed the door behind him and giggled quietly, tossing his keys to the side while taking off his vest.
"I didn't think they could sneak that shit into work, but hell that was some celebration-!" He stood up straighter and walked over into the kitchen, opening the fridge and looking inside "Where are those yummy cakes my Juicy Baby gets?" He tilted his head and let out a soft hum. "Huh, guess he ate the last one."
He looked over at the sink and smiled drowsily "Awww, baby did the dishes for me.." He chuckled softly and closed the fridge "My honey is so sweet...Now, where is he?"
Tbh walked into the living room and tilted his head "Hmm, not here?" He looked around and noticed the bedroom door slightly opened. He stumbled over and walked inside, seeing Joocie curled up on his side facing away from Tbh. He chuckled softly and walked over "Awww, my baby is sleeping~" He smiled drowsily and pulled the covers out from under him and tucked him in without seeing his face "Nighty Night Juicy Baby." He walked to his side of the bed and flopped down, groaning softly as he fell asleep almost instantly.
Tbh yawned and rolled over, curled up as he snored softly. He mumbled softly in his sleep, nuzzling in the pillow "I love my Juicy Baby.."
Joocie was sniffling quietly as he laid on his side, sobbing quietly as his voice was too hoarse to make any noise. He pulled some more tissues out of the box beside him on the nightstand and rubbed his eyes with it, crying quietly.
Tbh rolled over and subconsciously wrapped his arms around Joocie in his sleep, nuzzling in the back of his neck "Juicy baby~" He mumbled quietly. Joocie sniffled and hiccupped quietly, curling up more on himself, and sobbed quietly; shaking.
-please...give me back my Tbh or kill me...please...please...-
But no one was around to hear him. Not Laff, not Oompa, not Charlie, not even Tbh.
No one.
No one.
No one...
