《Empresses of Pangaea: The Clash of Queens [ BOOK 1 ]》10

The carriage ride led him to the guest building in the harem hall. Rehema was right, the harem hall and harem palace area was much more quieter. Things were more relaxed and calmer. Not as many servants, chefs, maids, and guards roaming around. The carriage stopped in front of the entrance of the harem guest building and the carriage driver opened the door for Sang-chul allowing him to exit. When Sang-chul took a look around the first thing he took in was the pretty yellow and red style architecture of the harem palace area.
The low ceiling building in front of him was the harem guest building and a servant was the first person that approached him bending on his knees slightly to greet him. The servant was probably only a few years younger than he was and was wearing a colorful patterned dashiki, with black drawstring pants, ad worn out brown shoes. The servant had moisturized sepia color skin, that glistened in the sunlight and a jet black mini afro haircut.
"You must be the new concubine for her majesty?" He greeted Sang-chul with a smile and had a cheery voice.
Sang-chul nodded and kept his hands hanging down his sides. The carriage that was behind him now rode away from the scene.
"Well, my name is Addo, Sir. I was assigned to be your main servant, and help you settle in," Addo continued. "You can follow me." Doing so Addo led the way inside the harem guest building with Sang-chul following behind him.
"You won't be here for much long Sir. Her majesty will give you a house soon like the rest of the concubines. It's just been so busy and hectic around the palace because we have a new empress." Addo was taking them past a hallway and up a marble staircase. They came across another corridor wide open space area and saw different doors in the hall. Addo walked past three doors and finally stopped at the fourth door, opening it, and allowing Sang-chul to enter first.
It was neat and regular sized bedroom. A grand sized bed sat in the middle and a table sitting area with two couches across was across the room. The floor was a bright green and red patterned carpet, and it was warm inside. A bookshelf was lined on the opposite side of the wall that Sang-chul came in from.
"You can get comfortable. I will be back here at night with your dinner Sir..." Addo wasn't sure of his name.
"Sang-chul," Sang-chul answered, as he walked around the room admiring the black and white cheetah spotted decorated wall.
Addo nodded, "Yes. Sir Sang-chul. I will be back at night with your dinner."
"Am I allowed to leave?" Sang-chul asked.
Addo blinked, "Of course, it's just it would be best if you let me accompany you instead of wandering off by yourself. Do you want to go somewhere?"

Sang-chul shook his head, "Not now but maybe later for a walk." Sang-chul went over to sit on the edge of his bed. "Thank you," he said quietly. Addo bent on his knees again to do a simple bow and excused himself leaving.
Sang-chul spent the rest of his afternoon resting and taking a nap. He woke up when it was night and he had gotten thirsty and hungry. So far, he liked Addo. His servant back in the East Asian lands hardly ever talked to him or showed up to his side. But Addo seemed different, genuine, and loyal.
Just like Addo promised he showed up with dinner at night, carrying a silver platter, and Sang-chul had just woken up.
Addo kneeled, greeting Sang-chul first and then placed the covered silver platter on the table across from the grand bed. San-chul got up from bed and approached the table.
"It's beef stew and rice for dinner, Sir Sang-chul," Addo lifted the cover from the silver platter. Two bowls were in front of him, both steamy. One bowl with a rich brown color inside along with vegetables, beef, and sauce mixed together, and the other bowl was simple white rice inside. The cooked beef spice, aroma filled the room and suddenly San-chul felt even more hungry.
Sang-chul quickly took a seat, and Addo gave him a fork, and a plate that was on the platter as well. Addo poured the stew on the plate and scoped up some white rice putting it on the plate as well.
"Thank you Addo," Sang-chul said before stuffing his mouth. A sweet warm taste filled his mouth, and the spices drove his taste buds.
Addo smiled and stood by his side, holding his hands together. Sang-chul stopped eating for moment and glanced at Addo standing beside him. He gulped, "Would you like some?" He offered Addo pointing at his food.
Addo shook his head, "The servants eat elsewhere. Don't mind me, I'm just going to be accompanying you most of the time."
"How did you get here? Are you new?" Sang-chul asked.
"I grew up here, Sir." Addo said. "My father used to be a servant for the late empress Tamela Eze harem, while my mother worked outside the palace as a merchant. When my father passed away, I left the palace and lived in the city. I just recently now became a servant when the palace was looking for new hires, so now I'm back."
Sang-chul put his fork down and wiped his mouth, "Can you promise me something?"
Addo looked at him seriously now, "Sir?"
"Loyalty as my servant," Sang-chul looked up at him. "I now how scheming a harem can be, and I have heard of backstabbing servants before."
Addo kneeled on the floor quickly and did a kowtow, "Of course you have my loyalty, Sir Sang-chul."

Sang-chul smiled and Addo rose up, "And I promise to treat you as an equal, and not look down on you because of our status as a servant."
Addo now smiled at Sang-chul and thanked him. He cleaned up the rest of the leftovers Sang-chul had for dinner and cleared the table. Sang-chul got up to change behind the wooden divider in the corner of the room, changing into his sleeping clothes. A plain silk white top and draw string white bottom pants. Bare foot he went to climb in bed.
Addo was still finishing up cleaning the table when Sang-chul was now resting in bed.
"Addo?" Sang-chul asked in the bed while staring at the ceiling.
"Yes, Sir" Addo responded turning his attention to him.
"Do you know when will be the first night I serve her majesty?" Sang-chul asked.
"It depends on when she will pick you. The harem affairs office will present the picking board to her majesty every night. Each stick on the board has a name of a concubine, and its up to her for who she picks. Some nights she may pick nobody," Addo told him. Addo stood up straight after finishing cleaning up the table and walked to the exit of the door. "When her majesty picks you to serve her, you have nothing to fear and I will prep you up in my best way possible. Good night Sir, I will come by in the morning."
Sang-chul said good night and closed his eyes to sleep.
Two year old Mosi giggled jumping up and down in front of his mom. Rehema smiled at him clapping her hands, as he danced in front of her. They were in the sitting area of Chike's bedroom in the Graceview house.
Suddenly Mosi went ran over to his mom and began hugging her at her waist. "Mommy! Mommy!" He shouted up and down cheering.
"He really missed you, while you were gone," said Chike who was laughing and sitting next to Rehema and had one arm wrapped across her shoulder. Ever since she came back Chike had been touchy feely with her.
"He has been a good boy while I was gone right?" Rehema said with an eyebrow up looking at Mosi was laying his head on her lap.
"Yes, he very much has," said Chike with a laugh. He reached over to his son picking him up, "Sorry, but it's time for bedtime now."
Mosi started to cry little, his lower lip quivering but Rehema got up and brought her face close to Mosi, as Chike was holding him. "No crying ok, tomorrow you have all day to play," Rehema said light fully but still stern. Mosi then stopped frowning and remained neutral. A male servant came over to take the two-year-old to bed.
When the door shut it was now just Chike and Rehema.
"So who will you be sleeping with tonight?" Chike asked when the servant left. They went back to sitting at the open area.
"No need for me to go anywhere when I'm already here with you," Rehema said smiling at him. She brought her hand to his chin, running her index finger smoothly on it, "Unless you want me to go?"
Chike quickly wrapped his arms around her waist picking her up in front of him and taking her to his grand bed across the grand space room. Rehema gigged as Chike gently placed her down on the bed and he started to undress. He then climbed her over and placed his hand over her cheek.
"It drives me mad when you have to leave for such long journey's," he said bringing his lips to hers. Rehema held her hand on the side of his tone, and muscular back. He then went over to lift Rehema's dress that she was still wearing pulling it up, slightly over her waist and pulling down her underwear. Next thing Rehema felt was Chike's tongue flicking instead her. Rehema couldn't help but cry out his name in pleasure and her toes curled up. She held her hands on top of his puffy, long, and think natural hair as he continued.
"Chike!" She cried out and he stopped when she came, wiping his mouth and then climbed over her, kissing her neck. This could be the last night in a while that he had the chance to sleep with her. Knowing that Omari was desperate to be the second father of the harem, a new man joined the harem today, and auditions were coming to bring in more concubines. Tonight, he had to make the most of it.
He gave one last kiss to Rehema on her chest area, where her dress was showing cleavage and entered her. Rehema held onto's Chike's arms on his side, as he thrusted in her. Her back arched and he started to sweat, he was trying not to cum yet and to do so together with Rehema. But he couldn't hold it in any longer and Rehema could feel a warm liquid inside her.
Chike manhood hood soften and he pulled out taking deep breaths and collapsing next to Rehema.
"Wow," Rehema whispered, breathing hard as well.
She sat up and brought her dress down. "I can't spend one night without you and your urges. All this afternoon you were so touchy."
Chike smiled, giving a short peck of a kiss on Rehema's shoulder, "It's your fault for being so irresistible."
Chike laid in bed as Rehema got up and changed leaving her only in her undergarments, and she laid down next to him. He snuggled up to her putting his arm around her waist and burying his face into her neck.

These should be going up within the next week or so, still have to go to work, but I am here, I haven't forgotten or dropped the story. Just trying to make this the best work that I can produce. P.S. I will be releasing additional stories. They are all going to be in the Good Necromancer world, however the others will give you an idea on how humans in other locations survived and have thrived. This is the story of an older man who lived a hard but full life, being reincarnated into a fantasy world as a human-lizard hybrid. In this story the protaginist will not just be a muscle bound monster. He is not a proper hero, willing to sacrifice himself for the good of a stranger, but neither is he a maniacal villain. He is trying to survive, and he is trying to give himself and those he deems himself responsible for a seat at the table of the"goodly", the "civilized" races. He is trying to create a secure home for his people, to arrange beneficial trade agreements, explore ancient ruins, decipher ancient runes, push the boundaries of magic to create a better life for everyone around him, to learn about the history of the world and the multiverse, and ultimately attempt to become powerful enough to take on a being that even the gods themselves fear. This is my first story and it blends many different elements and styles. It's a bit darker than most of what I have read on Royal Road, but even with that, I hope you give it a try, and I hope you like it!
