You had taken up an after school job as a waitress at a local diner alongside your best friend, Seokmin. He was a total fool and brightened your work day. Because of him, you laughed more, you were happier, you smiled more and thus got better tips.
Yall stayed after closing Friday night to clean up. Your boss told yall to lock up when yall were done so it was just the 2 of you.
You yawned as you wiped down tables. "Do I hear yawing?" Seokmin sounded slightly enraged. You laughed at his acting as he got in your bubble and squared you up. He walked to the counter where his phone was located, not breaking intense eye contact with you.
You laughed again and rolled your eyes, continuing to do your job.
Just then, you hear Sistar start playing. "Why?" You smiled, trying not to laugh at his attempt to dance to Touch My Body.
You began laughing hysterically. His face was priceless and so was his dancing. You began wheezing and crying from laughing to hard. That song ended and he stopped. He looked at his phone, awaiting the next song. Me Gustas Tu by Gfriend began playing and Seokmin began dancing like a fool.
"Why're you like this?!" You laughed, letting out a louder than life snort. You quickly covered your face hoping he didn't hear it.
He stopped dancing and paused his music, looking at you in disbelief. "Don't say it. I know my laugh is awful and I humbly apologize." You said, still covering your face. "Your laugh is the cutest thing ever! That snort just makes it even better!" He yelled running to hug you.
He nearly suffocated you, lifting you off the ground and spinning you around.

"Can't breathe." You choked out. He let you go and straightened out your clothes.
"I...I am sorry. I got a little excited." he laughed nervously. "It's okay. Can we get back to work now?" "If you promise we can listen to music while we do it." Seokmin nudged you with his elbow. "Fine." You smiled and rolled your eyes.
You continued to wipe down tables while Seokmin did dishes.
You eventually gave into Seokmin's infectious playlist and started dancing with him. Yall danced in the diner until 1 in the morning.
Your heart dropped when you looked at the clock. "My mom is gonna kill me." You said with wide eyes.
"Tell her you were helping me study after work...She'll believe it took 4 hours for me to understand something...She thinks I'm an idiot." He laughed, rubbing your shoulder. "You can vouch for that?" "I wouldn't suggest it if I couldn't." He smiled sweetly.
Seokmin walked you home and explained helped yourself to your angry mother. She looked at both of you suspiciously. "Pay more attention in class. It's late. You can stay here tonight." your mother said spitefully to Seokmin. "Thank you!" You said, relieved that you didn't get in trouble, hugging him tightly. "Don't mention it. You owe me a date though." Seokmin winked, setting up his couch that would be doubling as his bed tonight.
You blushed, going to your bed room to squeal into your pillow.

The Hawkshaw Inheritance
The Hawkshaw Inheritance is a completed story, with twenty chapters in total. For as long as almost anyone can remember, a small percentage of people have possessed fantastic gifts. Superhuman strength, speed, and smarts are just a few of the many such abilities on record. Some choose to exploit these powers for personal gain, but most use them for the benefit of their fellow man. Thanks to these people, who we call superheroes, the world is safe. The reality is a little more complicated. Most heroes are content to stop the supervillain and pose for the cameras. But it takes more than a few costumed cops and superpowered celebrities to save the world. Humanity is in danger from forces that ordinary heroes are woefully unequipped to handle. But neither they nor the public will ever be aware of the danger they are in, thanks to the efforts of the Council. For more than twenty years, the world's most powerful, influential, and intelligent metahumans have worked tirelessly in secret to protect the world, and subtly steer it on a better course. Six months ago, one of their number, the infamous vigilante detective known as Hawkshaw, disappeared without a trace. Now it falls to his protege to take up the mantle of Hawkshaw, learn the truth of his mentor's disappearance, and uncover the secrets of the most powerful people in the world... as well as what they're willing to do to keep those secrets buried.

Finally, the white fox girl realizes she has been treated as nothing more than a prey item ready to be devoured. She's staring at the night skies for a long time and slowly closes her eyes once she gets that divine premonition from somewhere else. It was soothing in the mind. Her lovely smile showed acceptance with tears flowing through her pinkish cheeks, and her consciousness began fading away.
