You were in PE, hiding out under the bleachers while everyone else ran laps around the track.

You sat down on the cold concrete and rested against a support beam. You put your earbuds in and proceeded to jam to J.Cole.

You closed your eyes and began drifting off when suddenly someone ripped an earbud out of your ear. You were about to cut a bitch...but the you looked up and saw an angel. "Shame on you for cutting class." He wiggled a finger in your face. squatting down in front of you. "Haha. Same goes for you Vernon." You rolled your eyes at him.

"Mind if I join you?" He asked, already sitting down beside you.

You looked at him and observed his appearance. His cheeks were flushed. He had droplets of sweat forming on his forehead and along the sides of his face. His t-shirt was soaked in sweat and clinging to his body. "How? How is he still so perfect?" You asked yourself. "How'd you get so sweaty? Class just started like 10 minutes ago." You questioned him. "I cut choir to work out last period. I'm not to gross am I?"He asked, unsuccessfully unclinging his shirt from his body. "You smell like you haven't showered in 2 months." You joked. "Good thing you're the only person here and nobody important." He laughed. "You're a comic genius." You said sarcastically. "I know right?" He mocked your tone.

"Do you wanna grab some pizza with me after school today?" He asked randomly. "Promise you'll shower right after this class?" "I can't guarantee anything. You're special but you aren't that special." He joked, walking away with his hands on his hips. "Hansol Vernon Chwe. You make my heart explode when you smile at me.You make my cheeks burn when you look at me and your laugh kills me. I am in love with you and I want to spend the rest of my life with you. I don't know how to take you calling me special. Are you flirting or am I just crazy?" You said out loud after he was out of earshot. You took a deep breath. "Definitely crazy." You said quietly.

After school you met up with Vernon to get pizza like y'all planned. "So...I decided you were worth showering for." Vernon laughed. "I'm honored that you view me as being that important." You joked. "Ah. How could I not? You're like...my favorite human being." He smiled at you. You averted your eyes from his as you began internally screaming. "I'm sorry. Is your heart exploding?" He laughed. "What?" you asked as your stomach began knotting up.
