《Seventeen One-Shots》REVISED (2) °Mingyu°

You went to a coffee shop with a group of friends to relieve some stress from finals one night.
Yall took a seat in the back of the shop and began talking.
"So Mingyu...Is it awkward being the only guy out with a bunch of girls?" A friend asked. "No...why would it be? I mean we are all friends after all." He retorted. "Won't you be afraid of someone thinking you're gay?"Another one asked. "Can't say that I am." He said, already sounding irritated. "Guys. Leave him alone. If he was worried what people thought of him...he wouldn't be here." You said, kinda annoyed with everyone else too.
Everyone dropped the subject and began naming all the tests they probably failed.
"Look (y/n)! It's comedy night! You should go up there!" A friend cheered. You cringed."Yeah! You're the funniest person we know!" Everyone agreed. "I don't think y'all want to hear a bunch of dead baby jokes." You said bluntly.
Everyone cringed.
After only an hour out with your friends your mom called you and said you had to come home because your little brother was refusing to go to bed without a goodnight hug from you. You rolled your eyes and told everyone goodbye. "I'll walk you home." Mingyu said, grabbing his coffee. Everyone teased y'all as y'all left.
"Are you mad at your brother?" Mingyu asked you. "I can't be mad at him for loving me." You sighed. "I think it's adorable that he loves you so much. Its almost criminal." Mingyu laughed. "It's great. I was walking with him to school one day and some girls in my class were right behind us making jokes about me and he yelled at them." I laughed. "You get bullied?" "All the time...why?" "I-I'm shocked." "You shouldn't be. I'm not exactly hard to make fun of." You said, hanging your head. "I find it hard to find a single imperfection though." "My nose is to fat, my left eye is slightly squintier than the other, my teeth are crooked and-" "I can't listen to you name off all these nonexistent flaws. I think you're perfect." He mumbled that last part. "R-really?" You asked as all the blood in your body rushed to your face. He nodded. "I love everything about you....I would say flaws and all....but there aren't any flaws to love." He laughed.

You stayed quiet the rest of the walk home. When y'all got to your doorstep, Mingyu made you face him. "You know I meant what I said right?" He asked. You nodded shyly. "What would you say to grabbing some coffee tomorrow...just the 2 of us?" You smiled largely and hugged him around his neck. He hesitantly hugged you around your waist. Just then the door to your house swung open, hitting Mingyu in the shoulder. "Quit stealing my good night hugs!" Your little brother, clearly exhausted, yelled. Mingyu laughed and waved goodbye as he walked off. You glared at your little brother.
Aren't little siblings the worst? I wouldn't know. I'm the youngest in my family. Aha.
I have discovered that I'm incapable of working on my books on my phone.

Rise of an Undead in a Fantasy World
Have you ever wondered what would happen if an undead being that doesn't know what it is like to be alive got free will? What would that undead creature do? How would they think? How would they view the world around them? Would they see life as futile and conquer the world, making it a lifeless danger zone to all living beings? Well, none of that matters, because that's not happening. Our main character is your average gamer from the modern world, yada yada yada... gets transported to a fantasy world through obscure means, blah blah blah... you know how this works. What separates him from the masses, however, are his views on ethics, and world politics. ... Oh, and the fact that he doesn't need to breathe. Message From Author! Accept?: Yes No This is only my second novel, so keep that in mind. I will try to keep the quality of the story to an acceptable level. This means something that I, myself would read. The quantity, however, may put some people off. Adding onto the whole "villainous lead" thing, I will make sure to have the character develop into that perfect little villain over time, instead of starting him out as a bloodthirsty murder-hobo. Of course, there will still be a lot of murdering and he may be a hobo for some of it, but it will mostly not be out of malice in the very early chapters. Last but not least, I have decided there will not be a defined release schedule for this, as I have lost interest in forcing myself to upload x amount of times a week. I will upload whenever I get a good idea, and take my time. That is, if I even feel like writing in the first place. Instead of taking breaks from this novel to do my own thing, I will take breaks from my daily life to post on here. Also, I'm lazy. Thanks for reading, and if you're alright with everything above, feel free to give it a read, and without further ado, have a good one! - Your Author P.S.: I will have little to no romance in the story, as I can't bring myself to writing it, so you don't have to worry about harems.
