《Seventeen One-Shots》(1)|Seungkwan| (REVISED)

You were on your way to the movie theater to meet up with a couple of friends...and by that, I mean your best friend accidentally made plans with you and her boyfriend, Mingyu, to go to the movies the same night and instead of canceling plans with him...she got the bright idea to invite his best friend too.
You arrived and you were greeted with a tight hug from your best friend and an introduction to your best friend's boyfriend's best friend. Seungkwan was a little shy at first but started loosening up and turned into an outright diva while y'all hung out in the lobby, waiting for the movie to start. He made you laugh a lot. Your best friend kept whispering things to Mingyu and glancing at you while laughing to herself. "(Y/n), Seungkwan...why don't you two go find us some seats while we get food?" Your bestie suggested. You and Seungkwan went into the theater to do as y'all were told.
If only Seungkwan could pick a cotton picking seat.
He'd sit in one, tilt his head, hold his hands up to form an angle and decide it wasn't good enough. You simply sat in a chair and waited for him to notice. He gave up and sat down with two seats in between you and him. Your bestie and her boyfriend showed up and sat in the seats above y'all and harshly motioned for both of you to scoot over. Y'all did as you were told and the movie started. Half way through the movie, for some unknown reason, Mingyu kicked Seungkwan.
Seungkwan shifted uncomfortably in his seat and awkwardly moved his arm around your shoulder. You were severely confused but you went along with it.
After the movie, (y/bff/n) suggested going to her place for a Netflix movie night. Everyone agreed and watched movies at her place. "Guys before we start...I need to talk to (y/n) about something. Be right back." Your friend said pulling you into the hall. "So..." She said with a large smile. "So what?" You asked. "What do you think of Seungkwan? " "He's really nice..." you said, not really sure about what she wanted to hear.

"Would you date him?" You were caught off guard by her question. You remained silent. "If he asked you out right now...what would you say?" "I don't know!" "You should say yes....Stay right here!" She ran into her room and shoved Seungkwan out into the hall. "H-Hey." He said rubbing the nape of his neck. His face was awfully red. "So...um...I was wondering if maybe you-you'd like to go....on a d-date with me some time?...like a real one...without Mingyu and (y/bff/n)" He asked avoiding eye contact. You nearly fainted. You felt all the blood in your body rush to your face. "I understand if you don't want to..." he said as his ears turned bright red. "Okay." You smiled. "Really?!" He exclaimed.
This was really bad and I couldn't really fix it other than updating my grammar a bit.
I'm sorry.

The Villain's Double Life
“The Villain’s Double Life as the Hero’s Mentor," “Demon Nobles Want to Live Too: A Hero-Raising Simulator for the Transmigrated Villain," “Just Because I’m a Villain Doesn’t Mean I Want the World to End!” Cyrus Calvide was the second son of an aristocratic lord; haughty, vain and power-hungry. One day, when his ancestral inheritance manifested, he discovered he was able to steal other’s powers and abilities using demonic magic. Taking this as a sign that he was destined to rule over others and become the new king of this land, he poisoned his father, killed his elder brother, and embarked on the path to greatness, taking advantage of a demonic invasion to consolidate power and harvest the abilities of others in a cruel and bloody fashion. Until he was summarily defeated by the Hero as a mid-game boss battle and executed for his crimes, of course. When a dedicated fan of the RPG “Next to Eden” awakened in the body of the cruelest future Count, four years before the beginning of the game, he pledged to live humbly. He would let his brother lead and support the Hero from the shadows to ensure the demon invasion would be defeated and he could enjoy life in peace. Rather, he would have, if he hadn’t gotten the Hero’s mentor killed in a freak monster attack before the Hero’s training could even begin. How was he supposed to live a life of peace and luxury if the Hero couldn’t stop the end of the world!? Donning a mask, Cyrus took up mentoring the Hero himself; how hard could it possibly be? . . . Four years later, the kind jack-of-all-trades hero Leon had become a twisted powerhouse: alienating his party members, clearing enemy encounters in a single magical blast, and coldly ignoring the affections of the girl whose love would have allowed him to clear the final boss. He seemed to have plastered himself to his Master’s side, instead. Cyrus bit back his despair while the hero reached out to grasp his hand. “Please stop ignoring the saint, Leon; you can't beat the Demon King by grinding stats! You need the power of love, remember?” “Don’t worry, Master,” Leon smiled as he traced the lines of Cyrus’s palm gently, almost reverently. “I have all the love I need.” VDL is two parts plot and worldbuilding, one part slow-build gay romance, starring a man far too proud to admit he's in over his head and the hero who loves him. Should be updating weekly.
