《Seventeen One-Shots》(1)|Woozi| (REVISED)

You were walking around the halls with your best friend during free period.
The halls weren't empty but they weren't crowded either.
Your best friend suddenly got a devilish smirk on her face as she watched a group of boys walk into the cafeteria. "(Y/n), I'm hungry. Can you run to the cafeteria and buy me a bag of chips while I get something out of my locker?" She asked you, handing you some money. You didn't question her until you walked into the basically empty cafeteria. You wanted to shrivel up and die. Sitting at one of the tables right by the snack line was the love of your life...Woozi...and all of his stupid friends that got on your ever loving nerves. "That explains her weird smirk." You thought to yourself, recalling your friend's actions. She always did stuff like this to you...putting you on the spot and in awkward situations. You secretly loved her for it though.
You took a deep breath and walked to the snack line, avoiding eye contact with Woozi and his friends. "Man! Go get your girl!" You heard one of his friends yell. You cringed as they shoved him in your direction. "H-hey (Y/N). What's up?" He asked awkwardly. You had died and gone to Nirvana...not Heaven...Nirvana. "N-n-no-not much...just getting something for a friend." You smiled lightly. "That's cool. What'd you get on that test in biology?" He asked. Before you could answer, your best friend skipped over to yall happily. She took the chips from you and took an exaggerated step back to examine you and Woozi. "Are you two friends?" She asked, playing dumb. You and Woozi had a couple classes together and talked a lot but you weren't really clear as to what yall were. .

Woozi looked at you then back at your friend. "Don't worry about it. Just keep walking." He said bluntly. Your friend pursed her lips and raised her eyebrows...she liked that answer. "Get 'em tiger." She whispered in your ear and skipped away. All of Woozi's friends left...not without yelling for him to 'get his girl' first. "Friends suck don't they? They're like parents but they want you to do bad things." He laughed. You laughed with him.
Things got painfully quiet.
"So...I think I should explain my answer to your friend a little..." Woozi started, rubbing the back of his neck shyly. "I wasn't really sure what to say...because I flirt with you a lot and I think you flirt back so i didn't want to say we were just friends...but. couldn't say we were together either....because we aren't.......what I'm trying to say is...could we be together? " He asked you shyly. You were definitely in Nirvana now. You were so happy that you couldn't even answer him. You just smiled and nodded like an idiot.
This chapter honestly sucks...It was 'loosely inspired' by how my (ex) best friend and her 2nd boyfriend got together...They broke up after like a week...Oh well ig...

'Mariana''Lieutenant''Admiral''Europa Airgetlam'Those are some of the names people have taken to calling me but it wasn't always like this. I used to lead a much simpler life as a florist but apparently fate didn't like that I was wasting my time. Cruelly was my life taken away from me and I found myself in another world with a different identity: Mariana Von Ulysses. Another world, another life, it's all the same to me. The only reason I ever became a florist in the first place was because it was an easy opportunity for me to live comfortably. That's really all I ever wanted, to live 'comfortably', and perhaps I didn't have any grand ambitions of my own but what's wrong with that? However this new world is hellbent on not letting me have it my way. Wave after wave of problems, from monsters to national politics, it seeks to drive me towards the center of all these inane drivel. If that wasn't bad enough, apparently humans are hated in this world, eh? I'm a human too... Fine, you want it your way world? If you push then I'll push back! I'll solve these problems the only way I know how: Flowers! Don't underestimate their poisonous attributes just because they have cute colors and girly patterns. Orcs? Elves? Humans? Fairies? Dwarves? Dragons? Titans? Celestials? Ascendeds? Gods? To stand before me means that they have forfeited their lives. I shall show them all, the deadliness of plants... The slow and agonizing torture of poison and venom, swirling within your system as you writhe in excruciating pain. It burns you from the inside with no escape. The only release from this hell would be 'death'. That is my power. In the end, the world does not seem to want to leave me alone. Thus I've come to a conclusion: the only way to make myself truly comfortable in this world is a hostile take over! So let me demonstrate their powers to you; I'll let you taste the reason why they call me the 'Flower of Malice'.
8 216A City of One
A three-part story about a mad scientist, a child of death, and a man plagued by imminent doom. Part 1: He's the last man on earth, and it's all his fault. The time counts down as Cain fights against the remains of a fallen world in order to complete a mysterious mission. Where did all the people go? What is Cain's goal? Find out in "A City of One." Author recommendation: This story is best read slowly with sad music playing in your ears. (The Interstellar soundtrack and the song Undaunted, by Audio Machine, are some excellent tone-setters for this tale.)
