"What does it say?" Dave asked anxiously,
"Amir it doesn't happen instantly, we've got to wait," Naala muttered watching the 4 pregnancy tests lined up on the counter.
Dave picked up one of the boxes, "It says 3 minutes, oh my God," Dave whined, "I just want to know if I've got my son or I need to put in more work," Dave said holding onto Naala,
"Be patient," She chuckled. The truth was Naala was nervous as hell, they had brought Sinai home from the hospital yesterday and she had been avoiding taking a test. That was until Dave literally drug her into the bathroom and locked the door.
"You're nervous," Dave said analysing her face, "I told you I've got us ma, no need to be nervous," Dave said rubbing her shoulders,
"Mmm, I know baby," Naala mumbled still staring at the test.
"Surely we're good now," Dave said reaching over to pick up the tests. Naala stood back, scared to even read them.
"What does two lines mean?" Dave questioned out loud as he picked up the box again,
"T-Two lines?" Naala stuttered, reaching past him to pick up the tests,
"Yeah, there's too pink ass lines right there Naala," Dave said squinting to read the box.
"Oh my God," Naala mumbled, "Babe," She said holding on to his hand.
Dave looked up and say her glossy eyes, "We're pregnant?" He asked, "Don't fucking play with me Love,"
Naala laughed nervously and nodded, "We're pregnant," She shrugged.
"Yooooooo," Dave shouted causing Naala to jump, "Tell me you're shitting me Naala," Dave sad grabbing onto her,
"I'm being serious Amir," She laughed, "I'm pregnant," She said more to herself. Dave lifted her up on to the counter, causing her to squeal,
"No fucking way," He said placing his hand on Naala's stomach, "That's my seed in there?" Dave asked once again pointing at her stomach.
"Oh lawd, YES," Naala shouted, "Unless my other nigga didn't pull out when I told him to," Naala said as if she was thinking,
Dave staled faced her, "I'd kill both of you," He said bluntly, "Play with me if you want,"
"Okay daddy, I was joking," Naala smiled at how serious he got quickly, "Lemme up so I can get ready," Naala said as Dave was standing in between her legs,
"I don't want you stressing out at work," Dave said holding onto her. Naala was currently representing Jonathan Kirk aka Dababy. He had got into an altercation at one of his shows and now the person was trying to sue him for damages. He's been giving Naala a lot of hell and she's been coming home stressed,
"Hopefully we are going to sort it out today," Naala sighed, "He makes me feel like I'm bad at my job,"
"Stop. You are a beast at your job, tell him to holla at me if he's got a problem with how you work,"
"I will," Naala smiled, leaning into him, "We're really pregnant," She said into his chest, Naala vowed to herself that she didn't want any more kids but Dave came in and switched it all up.
"You know I didn't want any more children," She said quietly,
Dave looked down at her, "Why? You're an amazing mother,"

"I didn't want to have children with anyone other than you," Naala admitted, "You're the only man I could imagine fathering my kids,"
Dave smirked, "So you was waiting for me huh?"
Naala smiled, "I guess I was," She whispered, leaning in for a kiss, Dave returned the kiss, holding on to the back of her neck so she couldn't run away.
"You always want to start some shit when you have work," Dave said as he pulled away from the kiss, Naala bit her lip flirtatiously,
"We've got an hour," She shrugged, opening her legs wider for easier access. Dave smirked and reached under her shirt,
"No panties," He grunted, "You planned this," He said slipping his fingers into her slit. Naala moaned immediately, arching her back.
"You're so fucking wet, Love" He said into her ear, pumping his fingers in and out of her. Naala threw her head onto his shoulder, moaning loudly,
As he saw her almost at her peak, he pulled out his hard dick and lined it with her centre, sliding himself in, they both moaned at the feeling.
Once she adjusted to his size, he started to pump in and out of her recklessly, "Oh my g-goodness," Naala moaned as his dick slide in and out of her. Dave grunted in her ear, her tightness swallowing his dick.
"Mommyyyy," Naala heard Sinai shout, followed by the bell ringing. The bell was Dave's idea, he wanted Sinai to be able to reach them at all times.
"Fuck," Naala panted as Dave sped up, "I'm c-coming baby," She screamed to Sinai,
Sinai had been home from the hospital for a few days and she was loving it. Her Mom and Dad were waiting on her literal hand and foot, she was truly spoilt.
Dave laughed as he continued pumping, "T-that stupid bell was your idea," Naala moaned, her eyes almost rolling to the back of her head.
"Mommyyy," Sinai screamed again, ringing the bell even louder,
"Mommy's coming," Dave shouted back, kissing on Naala's neck.
"Let me go Amir," Naala whined feeling the pressure build up in her stomach, "I'm gonna cum," She breathed out, holding onto his neck.
"Cum for me," Dave said in her ear, causing the flood gates to break open as she cummed all over his dick. He followed after her, emptying himself in her. There was no point pulling out he thought.
"Move," Naala panted, jumping off the counter,
"Don't be mad at me," Dave smirked, "'we have an hour' head ass," He said grabbing a wash cloth to wipe her down,
"Now I have to have another shower," Naala complained cutting her eyes at him, "Lemme go and check what the princess needs," Naala said leaving the bathroom,
Naala walked into Sinai's room, seeing her all bundled up in the bed, her bell in her hand.
"I called you twice mom," She said holding up 2 fingers,
"I know, I was erm, I was fixing my hair," Naala said playing with her bun,
Sinai looked at her weirdly, "But your hair is exactly the same as before," She pointed out,
"Yeah, it didn't work out," Naala answered quickly, "What did you need?" She asked, sitting on the edge of the bed,
"My sock came off," Sinai pouted pointing at her foot, "Could you help me put it back on please?" She asked sweetly with a bright smile,

"You must be mad," Naala said, "You had me running in here like you were dying," She said lifting her foot up and putting the sock back on.
"Anddd can I have my juice," She said pointing to the dresser where an apple juice carton sat. Naala huffed and grabbed the juice, putting it to her lips for her to take a sip.
Sinai took a sip then drew her head back, "Ew it doesn't taste right," She turned her nose up. Naala sighed, "Do you want a capri sun?" Naala asked. Sinai nodded her head rapidly,
"Yes please mama and some cookies," She said sweetly again.
"Cookies in the morning?" Dave asked as he stuck his head into the room, "What's the matter stink?" Dave asked peering around the room,
"Her sock fell off," Naala said bluntly, "Let me go and get the stuff for you baby," Naala said to her before kissing her head and got up to leave the room.
Dave chuckled and took Naala's place on the bed, "Why you running your mama mad baby?" He said,
Sinai shrugged, "I thought you guys said I can have anything I want?" She said tilting her head to the side,
"We did but you have to go easy on your moms, she's tired," Dave explained. He knew Naala would never say no to Sinai, especially after what happened.
"She's always tired," Sinai whined, "Is she sick?" Sinai asked looking at her dad,
"No, she's -" Dave started before Naala walked in with the juice and cookies,
"Here you go mama, I've got to go to work now, are you gonna be good with daddy?" Naala asked with a concerned look,
"Yeah she'll be good ma, we might hit up the studio," Dave said, he might as well take Sinai with his today,
"Mmm, no fast food," Naala said directly to him, "I'm gonna shower," She said over her shoulder as she walked out the room to get ready.
"You gon' roll with daddy today aight?" Dave said,
"What about school? I miss my friends," Sinai pouted, since her release from hospital Naala has been keeping her at home,
"Next week mama, " Dave reassured her, "Now what do you want to wear?" He said shifting through her closet,
"I wanna wear that," She pointed at a two piece sweatsuit her mom bought for her, Dave pulled it out,
"Uhn uhn, no way," He said shaking his head, "You don't need to wearing no crop top, why did Naala even get this," He mumbled the last bit to himself putting it back.
"What about this?" He asked holding up a a tie dye set, it was black and blue.
Sinai shrugged, "I don't mind," She said looking at him with a pout,
"Alright, lemme start with your hair," Dave said as he pulled out her hair products,
Naala stepped off the elevator at her office, her heels clacked loudly on the floor as she made her way to her office. Taina sat at her desk, typing on her computer. She popped her head up when she heard Naala's heels on the floor,
"Hey girl," She smiled sweetly, "I didn't think you were in that early today, I was gonna move your meetings." Taina said getting up and bringing all the necessary files with her.
"Hey T," Naala said pushing the door to her office open, "I left 'Nai with her dad for the day," Naala sighed, her belly bubbling at a unfamiliar smell,
"What's that smell," Naala asked scrunching up her face, "Smells like straight ass in here," She said walking over to the window,
"It's those," Taina said pointing to the flowers in the corner of the room, Naala gagged as she neared them,
"Please get rid of them," She asked clearing her throat, she didn't want to vomit.
Taina looked at her friend strangely, "You told me to put them up last week, you loved the smell,"
"Not anymore," Naala gagged once more, "Nana when you get rid of them could you get me a coke?" She asked nicely, fixing a few things on her desk.
Taina nodded, "Yeah will do, also your first meeting of the day starts in -" She paused to check her watch, "It starts now," Taina spoke quickly.
Naala threw her head back and sighed, "Great," She said sarcastically picking up her notebook and dragging herself out of her chair.
"Conference room 1," Taina added, "I will bring you something to eat," She said as if she was reading Naala's mind. Taina took the flowers away and left the room. Naala stood up straight and planted a smile on her face,
"You've got this Lala," She said to herself, fixing her dress. She strutted out of her office and went into the conference room. Seated at the table was Dababy and his management team,
"Finally," Dababy mumbled as he watched Naala walk into the room,
"Good morning," Naala smiled ignoring his rude comment, "I hope you've not been waiting too long," She added,
"That's okay, Mrs..." Dababy's manager dragged out waiting for Naala to fill the blank, he looked her up and down hungrily.
"Just Ms. Love," She smiled taking a seat, "Let's get straight to business shall we," Naala spoke opening up the file,
"Yes let's," Dababy said, giving her a mean mug,
"Okay so the claimant said he will only withdraw his claim if he receives the sum of 3 million dollars. Obviously that is --"
Dababy cut her off by jumping up, "What the fuck man, I ain't giving that nigga shit," He hyped,
Naala drew her head back slightly, "I understand how frustrating it must be but I assure you we are going to --" Naala started to say before she was rudely cut off again,
"Man what the hell are we paying her ass for?" DaBaby said directly to his manager who just shook his head,
"Well if you let me finish -" Naala began to say however she was cut off once again by DaBaby shouting,
"Man fuck this, you're fired," He spoke before dragging the door open and slamming it behind him.
Naala sat there staring at the door for a second before she cleared her throat and began to stand up,
"No wait," His manager, Crewe said, "He's just angry right now, can we reschedule?" He asked with pleading eyes,
Naala chuckled, "I don't come to work to be treated like shit, there will be no next time because I'm done. My assistant will send over my billable hours spent on the case," She said nicely before grabbing her things and leaving the room.
She let out a breathe she didn't realise she was holding as she walked back to her office. Taina rounded the corner with a croissant and a soda for Naala,
"The meeting can't be over already?" Taina said as she saw Naala in the hallway,
"He walked out," Naala shrugged, "I can't work with his rude ass," Naala commented, she couldn't believe how rude he was.
"Wow, I didn't know he was that bad," Taina said as they both stepped into Naala's office, "He is no longer my husband," Taina joked. She had a huge crush on him but now that Naala had mentioned how rude she was, she was second guessing this crush.
"Anyway," Naala blew out a breath, "How have you been Nana? I feel like I haven't heard from you since Cancun," Naala said honestly,
"I'm getting there you know? I've reached a point where I'm happy with how far I've come," Taina said truthfully, "I've found my inner peace," She smiled,
"Aw T," Naala pouted, tears welling up in her eyes, "It makes me so happy to hear that," She said a few tears slipping out,
"Are you okay Lala?" Taina asked her friend, everyone knew Naala to be emotional but not this bad,
"I'm fine, just feeling emotional," Naala laughed wiping her eyes, "I am very hungry though," She said trying to change the subject, she didn't want to say she was pregnant until they were 100% sure.
"Oh yeah, here," Taina said handing her the food she picked up for her, "Do you want me to clear your morning?" She asked Naala who was busy stuffing her face with the croissant.
Naala shook her head, "Not the entire morning but could you push back my meeting with Greg, his breathe always stinks like stale coffee in the morning, let him eat something first," She said,
"You're not serious," Taina laughed leaving the room to go back to her desk.
Naala's phone buzzed on her desk making her set her croissant down and pick it up.
Zuri 🐉 connecting........
Zuri's face popped up on her screen, she was in her kitchen preparing a smoothie.
"Hey sis," Naala spoke propping the phone up on her computer, "Whatchu making?" Naala asked nosily,
"A smoothie bitch," Azure replied, "Why did daddy say you're not coming to dinner tonight?" Azure said putting her hand on her hip staring at her sister.
Naala rolled her eyes, "Because I'm not coming,"
"Why not?" Azure asked, "Please save me from them," She begged,
"I don't want to see your mom that's why," Naala said, "Oh and her little minion," She added.
It was no secret that Naala hated her step mother, Monica. They had never got along due to Naala being a product of her father's affair. Her step sister, Topaz was just as worse. The only people Naala got on with was Azure and her father.
"Come on Lala, it won't be long," Azure knew how much Naala hated being around their family but she needed company,
"I'm not in the mood to go back and forth with your mom or Topaz. I will deck her in her shit," Naala said taking another bite out of her croissant,
"But daddy has something important to tell us apparently," Azure said, "I will speak to Mom and Topaz, they won't say anything to you, I promise," Azure pleaded, "You can even bring Dave, Derrick's coming,"
Naala furrowed her eyebrows, "Why is he going?" She asked confused, "I thought y'all were done,"
Azure shrugged, "Daddy said he wants us all there," Naala sucked her teeth. Her dad always did things like this and the most important thing he will say is that he's getting a new car.
"It best be worth it," Naala mumbled,
"So you'll come?" Azure said excitedly,
"I'll think about it Zuri, It's up to Amir," She said honestly, "You know how he feels about being in big groups," The vacation was the longest time Dave has spent with anyone other than his family
"Alright, hopefully I will see you tonight," Azure said taking a sip of her smoothie,
"Mmm maybe," Naala said, "I've got go Zuri, I'll speak to you soon," Naala spoke waiting for Azure to reply before cutting the phone.
"Here we go," She said to herself, she really didn't want to see her family today but if her dad said it's important then it must be.
Her phone buzzed once more, it was Zuri again,
Zuri🐉: be there for 8pm pls x
Naala didn't reply, she just sighed. She went to her text chain with Dave and sent him a message,

Dave pushed the cart along sliding his phone into his pocket. "What about this one daddy?" Sinai asked pointing at the fruit loops box,
"It's got too much sugar, Nai" Dave said picking up Frosted flakes instead,
"What else do we need baby?" He asked pushing the cart forward, Sinai sat comfortably in the cart,
"Mmmm, I want candy," She said excitedly, "You promised," Sinai reminded him as she saw his face scrunch up,
"I did, didn't I?" Dave mumbled spinning the cart round without realising a woman pushing her cart in that direction. The carts crashed together making a loud bang,
"Shit, I apologise," Dave said quickly as he saw how startled the young woman was. Looking at her he realised who it was,
"Charity?" He said as the woman put her head up. She smiled when she realised who it was.
"Oh my God Davey," She squealed in her high pitch voice, "How have you been?" She asked leaning in to hug him. Dave returned the hug and stepped back,
"I'm good, how've you been, what you doing round here?" Dave questioned tugging on his beard. The last he checked Charity moved to LA the same time as him.
"I've moved back home now," She smiled, "Who's this pretty lady?" She asked staring at Sinai, who turned her nose up and looked away, she wasn't a fan of strangers.
