This is their birthing room that Gabe will deliver in. ⬆
Gabes POV:
I was woken up by an extremely painful cramp in my lower abdomen. Whimpering I rubbed my strangely hard stomach. As fast as the pain came it left and I relaxed back into my pillows. Ok stay calm and relax it was probably just braxten hick-
Being pulled out of my reassuring thoughts by another burning pain. I gripped Jays hand trying to wake him up. "J-jay it's t-time wake up!" I grunted as the pain continued. He stirred slightly and asked, "What is it babe?" He asked groggily. Breathing out as the pain was gone, "I think I'm in labor." I smiled weakly at him and his eyes widened he flew out of bed and picked me up.
Jay quickly ran to the room we set up for the birth and laid me down in the soft bed. "Do you know how far apart the contractions are?" He asked me gently and ran a hand threw my hair. "30 minutes apart is my guess, I've only had two. I-im doing good go find Asia I'll be fine." He looked at me unsure but quickly ran off.
It didn't take long for them to come back with the doctor, Karsen, mom, and Ashley in tow.
"Alright so I'm going to quickly check your vitals and how far along you are. If you are hungry or thirsty you can have some toast and water or apple juice. After you reach 5 centimeters you can only have water and ice chips." Asia explained and continued her work.
"Looks like you are about 2 centimeters, you have a long way to go." I nodded, a another contraction started to roll in and I gripped mom and Jay's hand tightly. "Ow, meow!" I wanted and squirmed on the bed trying to release the pain. It didn't take long for the pain to stop thankfully. Releasing a breath I didn't know I was holding I relaxed into the pillows.
"Would you like some toast and water my love? It will keep your strength up for when you have to push." Nodding I closed my eyes to get some sleep. Jay kissed my forehead and left the room.

Jays POV:
Gabes contractions have gotten much worse, and is right now pacing around the room with Ashley's assistance. Suddenly he cried out and a gush of liquid burst from his anus. I quickly ran over to him and switched places with Ashley. He held tightly onto my biceps and squeezed his eyes shut.
"Looks like your water broke,Larsen would you start filling the tub while I check how far along he is." Asia ordered, Karsen obliged and began filling the tub. Asia pulled on some latex gloves and gently put two fingers into my mate. He wined loudly and I growled lowly. She smiled gently and pulled away. "8 centimeters so let's get you in the tub, and strip into only your black tank top."
I helped him strip and into the tub, Gabe visibly relaxed and leaned back against the tub. Quickly I pulled on my swim shorts and got behind my laboring mate. Karsen and Ashley settled on each side of Gabe while as Asia got in front of him.
It didn't take long for the contraction to roll in. Gabe arched his back high and cried out, "I-I need to p-push!" Asia quickly checked him once more and gave him the go ahead to push. Ashley and Karsen hooked their hands behind his knees and pulled them up and apart.
Gabe bore down and began to push. He held both my hands tightly as I whispered sweet nothing in his ear. "Ah fucking hell that burns!" He cried. I was shocked for a moment at the use of volgur language but was pulled out if my state by the doctor. "The head is fully crowning hun give me another big push and the head should be out." She encouraged.
He panted and leaned forward pushing with all his might. The babies head was quick to pop out and a little bit of the shoulders. "Your doing so good Gabe you can do it!" Karsen
encouraged. By this point he was bawling and grunting, struggling to birth the shoulders. "Their stuck! I can't push them out!" He screamed and tried again with no avail.

"Ok this might hurt a little but I'm going to pull the baby out when I tell you push as hard as you can." He nodded and just wanted the baby to be out. "And push, Jay count to ten and Gabe close your eyes and bear down!"
"Huuuung, gah!" He grunted. "One, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine, ten." And that's all it took for our first boy to come into the world. He screamed out in protest and was hand to Gabe.
We burst out into tears and admired our first baby boy. "H-Hi baby b-boy you took a-alot to come o-out but we love y-you." Gabe cooed at the baby, I cut the umbilical cord and Ashley took the baby, cleaned him and put a small bracelet on his ankle that read his name, Alex.
"H-his sibling wants o-out now." Gabe cried as anither contraction gripped his slightly deflated abdomen. "Hold on babe do you want to switch positions or to the bed or birthing stool?" I asked, "I w-want to t-try the s-stool." He whispered tiredly. We helped out if the tub dried him off a bit and lowered him down placing a towel beneath him.
Karsen was crouched down next to Asia prepared to take the baby and wrap him in a towel, as Ash was keeping an eye on Alex.
"Alright sweets on the count if three I want you to push as hard as you can. Jay I want you to count to ten after he starts the push." The gray haired woman ordered.
"Alright babe, one, two, three push!" And I began the count down. After the ten second the baby's head popped out if him. Gabe gasped at his quickly the baby came out of him and put a hand on the babies head. "H-he's got a l-lot of hair." Gabe told me happily before pushing once more.
With one last grunt the baby slide out if him and into Asia's awaiting arms. "Hey Jason it's nice to meet you." I told the strangely quiet baby. Karsen took the whimpering baby over to Ashley where we was cleaned and tagged.
Before I knew it Gabe was pushing again but Michael was having a hard time coming out. "Ok Gabe don't panic but the baby is breach I need you to push harder than you have before can you do that?" Gabe let out a pained sob and nodded. He took a deep breath, and pushed down as hard as he could. He pushed for a solid 20 seconds and just like that the baby floped out with a gush of fluids.
The baby screamed louder than any of the others and was passed to Gabe. But this baby was different he had blonde kitten ears and a tail. "H-hi baby boy i-i was so w-worried you w-weren't ok but your just h-healthy, Michael." Gabe cooed at the baby tiredly.
***
After all of the babies and Gabe were cleaned of the bunch if us cuddled in bed. Alex and Michael where breast feeding of of Gabe, while I was feeding pumped milk to Jason.
"We're a family Jay." Gabe said gently and happily. "Ya we are I can't wait to teach these guys ever-" I was cut short by my team and friends stubbling in the door loudly.
I shushed them quickly and they all shut up. "Gabe, we got you these for the three of them." My close friend Mikala passed a bag to Gabe. "D-do you g-guys want to h-hold them?" Gabe asked nervously.
The boys nodded furiously and Gabe and I passed them a baby each. My mate untapped the package and giggled at the sight. There were little letter man jackets with baby skinny jeans and baby converse. Each jacket had the first initial of their names.
"There so cute!" Gabe squealed loudly. Chuckling I pecked his head and passed all three of the babies to Gabe. Once the team left Gabe and our children fell fast asleep.
I kissed his lips gently, "My little family."

Essentia Animus
Second Book of the Soul - Celesi Veil Trilogy When the living essence of three girls are put at risk, giving room for a second essence within themselves, even their hyper developed fantasy world might not be enough to contain their new found ambitions. Another story of another world, these three girls must adapt to their new essence, all while each is left to question if they are truly still even alive. While this story is a sequel of the previous story in the trillogy, it is also fully capable of standing alone in its own light, taking place in a distant corner of a Celese returning readers will be otherwise incapable of recognizing. However, the events of the story are a spoiler for the previous book, in case that matters to anyone. This story takes place over two centuries after the events of Vitae Memorandum, when Celese had developed into an advanced world, improved to a point that it is much like modern-day Earth while still using the gift instead of technology. The Aethyx languages are still present in this book, and even English still exists in the world after the events of the previous book, but are much less of a focus after the same closing events of the previous book. What is instead important is how the ending events of the previous book had resulted in the start of the Instrumentation Era, and exactly how the gift translates in a modern-day sense. While this book is still effectively a fantasy world of its own kind of magic, it isn’t the classical medieval scene that would be typical for such a story. The laws of science still do not exist in Celese, but that didn’t stop it from developing into something that looks similar enough. Earth itself still remains present on the other side of the veil, and its previous exposure continues to shape and advance Celese into the world it has become. This story contains scenes exibiting mania and similar dark themes, as it goes to great length to explore concepts of life and death. While the degree of such themes should not be considered to be as serious compared to matters such as actual horror, the psychological depth is still siginifcant enough to be potentially concerning for people sensitive to matters of this nature, such as any individuals with concerns questioning matters of suicide, mental harm, or a variety of emotional injuries. While none of these subjects actually occur in the story, readers who are currently troubled by such matters may find themselves considering old wounds if they are especially capable of empathy while reading, which could lead to furthered emotional or mental stress. Readers with a high capacity for empathy may find themselves troubled by concerns regarding any potential lack of mental/emotional control as well as considerations regarding the meaning of death. Readers who appreciate subtle dark themes in a story may instead find this to be an interesting twist of the same idea.
